I've been with these guys for years and they have always been great, they're always happy to help out when there are issues and they put a great amount of effort to put together great builds for you even when things are rough on their end. My most recent purchase is an amazing PC that is doing even then what I was expecting/needing from it. I'm also confident it will last me for a very long time as my previous PC that I had been getting upgraded by them over the years is still perfectly functional and still of use to me even today. 100% recommend them, so worth it that I still chose to drive an hour of travel time to them for when I had moved further away.

If you get home and have a problem with something (even weeks later), they will help you out over the phone or have you bring it back for repair (often while you wait or shop). They now offer 1 hour repair for broken phone or computer screens (with discounts for seniors). Friendly and knowledgeable staff.

Everything is extremely overpriced, I know that you have to make a profit but charging 4,900$ for a GPU that I was able to get online for 1,600$ is just ridiculous (matched exact part number, model, manufacturer, vram and everything). Pretty much every single component sold here that's not already dirt cheap, is priced far beyond what it should be. They even charge thousands for an RTX 2060... If you are looking for computer hardware, look elsewhere like pccasegear, newegg, or even Amazon. Staff also tend to be hit or miss if they are nice to you or not. I've seen the same guy like 7 times and he's been nice to me only 5 of those visits. This being said, I build, maintain, and fully diagnose consumer/enterprise desktop/server hardware and software and am aware of what I am talking about and its value. Thank you for reading.

From VERY helpful advice, to discounts it was very refreshing to have genuine help from the owner of the store. But to top it off he NEVER made me feel like an idiot. I put in my Samsung S20plus to have both front and back screens replaced. On booking the appointment i made a deposit (in cash as thats all they where accepting at the time) which was fine as it will cost nearly 600$ to replace but on picking up my phone as it was a different service consultant he tried to tell me there was no deposit made even though i had the receipt. Totally distracted by all the fuss over this missing deposit i didnt look at my phone properly until i returnd home only to see the whole back screen was not flush with the housing i then returned to the store only to have them say its a very good job and would not even look at the visable fault in the screen they put on the phone and refusing to fix their mistake. I definitely dont recommend getting repairs done by these guys as they have taken no responsibility for their dodgy handy work and i have now had to spend more money elsewhere to get it fixed properly.

We recently bought a gaming computer, quality is excellent though there was minor issue with the monitor, they immediately attended to it and had it replaced. Overall, I am very happy with the service and purchase we did on this shop. The staff are very friendly and accommodating.

The owner is a neat dude. The stock they have is pretty average. but if they don't have something they ship it in roughly within a week. The pricing is a touch high but obviously that would be because they probably do the same shipping for stock as when they don't have something so no surprises there. Seriously the shipping for one of the parts took 3 days. It makes it worth the premium tag on them.

Would not recommend. Way too overpriced and rude staff. We were told we would get a call back in a week to diagnose our computer problem. No response for 3 weeks until we had to call back only to hear that they were still working on it and forgot about it. Told we would get called back as soon as they knew what was wrong. 2 weeks after that we went into the store and they said they’d already diagnosed the problem weeks ago, and apparently we even spoke about it. Waste of time and money.

I ordered a monitor from this place and they did price match it for me but after I paid the deposit I got told that the delivery would be 1-2 days and it has been more than a week and my monitor still hasn't come and to top it all off the person I spoke to on the phone about my monitor was very rude.

Absolute stupid pricing , quoted me 3 times the rrp on a particular part and all other parts I asked for quotes on were well above rrp , they refused price matching and told me to go to the other place to buy the items then told me to leave Beware of this RIP off merchant there are other places that are cheaper and better customer service

Great bunch of guys. They did good deal on a glass case for my pc and one of the fans was faulty so they replaced it.

I took my laptop there for service. They said they are very busy but will definitely get back to me in 2 days. I went back to ask about it after 7 days.. still nothing. More promises finally after 10 days I went for the third time!! They said they will have a look now. After 2 minutes they said it can't be fixed. Straight after they offered me a new one similar to mine for $1600 (I paid $550) I could keep going with the bad experience but the main thing... EVERYONE BE CAREFUL WITH THESE PEOPLE!

Thieves......I took a laptop into be checked and was told they couldn't get it to work (prob motherboard and not worth fixing) so took it to personal friend for second opinion. Upon inspection it was discovered laptop is now working but missing the 8gb ram. computer republic's response was very rude and denial. So now I'm out of pocket for new ram 😢
