Disabled parks out front of the ramp.thats 5 stars for me..we sat in a booth but there are normal tables inside and on terrace..When you book online you can choose which area you want..I had the steak sandwich as Fitzys do the best..

Great atmosphere and service. Very pleasant waitresses. Food looked great but somewhat a disappointment. The fish and chips seemed powdery and the chicken parma okay. Salad and chips were great. Great atmosphere and would come back again.

Horrible service during and after a chair broke from underneath me. I sent an email days later and have not heard anything back. A simple reply wouldn’t have gone a stray. Also, continuing to charge for a meal when an injury was created… horrible! First round of drinks, kids drinks never came out. I had to get up and ask for the drinks. Kids meals…. No drinks or dessert were provided. Was I meant to get up and ask? I was not told anything. Kids spilt a drink, I had to clean up as no one came over.

Following Dennis's insistence of parma greatness, Josho and I descended upon Fitzy's. We presented as a strange duo, with me in skinny 3/4 pants and white shoes, and Josho with his Akubra, Ariat boots, and hi-vis (that had been deemed of low visibility). After ordering our drinks and chicken parmas, we returned to our table to realise we'd been seriously under charged. I returned to the bar to rectify the oversight, to be informed it was Parma night! It seems odd that we hadn't been previously made aware of the special, but it would be even more bizarre to complain about receiving unexpected value. Long story short, Dennis's advice was excellent, as were the big, juicy, delicious parmas. I'm ashamed to admit we couldn't finish our huge meals, but happy to inform you that later in the evening, Dusty the snausage dawg, got a big ol' feed of chicken parma.

The steak always used to be excellent but even though the last one was good, it wasn't as good as it usually is. We will give it 6 months and see if it gets back to the level of excellence we expect from Fitzys. Well, we gave it a while and yes, they are much better now. Maybe they went back to an original supplier but steaks have flavour and taste again. Thanks Fitzys for listening

We had a group of 10. Nice meals. Good service. However the male toilets were rank. Looks like mould on the ceiling.

We came in for dinner then Balls Out Bingo. Steak was the best I've had in a long time and portions were a good size. Bingo was very interractive and a whole vibe; a bunch of fun

Very disappointing. We called twice & booked & verified details of a specific area we wanted for a baby shower which then after our booking was made the staff doubled booked. We were told the area we booked could only accommodate 20 people so we culled our guest list down. When we arived & noone knew where we were to b seated. Gave us another area which was fine but not what we booked. Tables were dirty. Managers were extremely unphased & didnt care about their mix up which put us out not them. Food came promptly when ordered except one meal did not show up at all. The staff had no transaction or docket for the meal we had to produce the payment made on the phone then received the meal after everyone had finished eating. One guest ordered mushrooms on their pizza & was charged $10.00?? Not a great advertisement for any of the guests there for the event. Nearly all our guests are locals & have said they won't return. It was a very poor effort from all the uncaring unhappy staff. Very poor form.

I recently visited your establishment and I must say I was most impressed with the seafood dishes, the salmon really hit the spot. I do apologise for the hair ball I coughed up on the bar - it happens especially when I drink Guinness. Very FF (Feline Friendly) bar. Our family has been coming here for various get togethers and simply for a pub meal. Last night we came for a quick pub dinner and were absolutely shocked at how expensive the steaks were! As we'd been here before and the food had always been great with generous portions we decided to order a 250g rump ($34), the 250g sirloin ($45) and I had the schnitty ($26). When the food arrived my son's rump was cooked perfectly and looked great! My poor husband got a sirloin steak that was well done (ordered medium rare) and it was like a minute steak in thickness. I gave him half my chicken because he was still hungry! I reiterate....$45 for that?!?! The pepper sauce and my mushroom sauce was a tiny ramekin of watery brown liquid. Gross. The Norman Hotel's pricing is only slightly more expensive and their steaks are award winning and always spot on! Their NY strip (Sirloin) is 300g and only $47! Fitzy's is a place for families but I can't see how many people could afford to come here for a good pub meal anymore. We will not be returning and will go to the Norman instead when we want a really well cooked and delicious steak! Making my husband a steak for dinner to satisfy his cravings. 370g for $19 at Coles!

I’ve never come across a more consistent place that has pokies that just DONT Pay. You will loose thousands an hour here. Don’t bother. Local pubs in the region don’t have the same issues this place has. I can only assume Cole’s is not making enough profit from the people locally

We hosted a wedding here which is way more involved than just a meal out. The planner was excellent, decorations were beautiful, everything went like clockwork from the foyer nibbles to the farewell. Bar staff were very professional and patient. Totally a great memory.

Decided to have lunch with my family at Fitzys, like what we've done numerous times but sorry to say this time round the meal was disappointing. I ordered the eye fillet which was cooked to my liking but the veggies were way to crispy and not warm at all I know your supposed have a little crunch but for me poring warm oil over them is unexceptionable the pepper sauce in the tiniest ramekin was just about "half filled". I'll probably think twice about going back. Two stars

They recently changed their entire menu within this last month. What used to be good food is now dismal and disappointing.The new head chef has changed the menu from pub/bistro meals to now fine dining equivalent (still lacking in that area though) which is disappointing. For instance the steak now comes with vegetables (crunchy) and what somewhat resembles potato wedges instead of the normal chips and salad.

Fish was dry, way over cooked, chicken was same. Maybe we struck a bad night

We had a meal here today.The crumbed fish serve was less than acceptable with two small pieces of hake.We asked the waitress if that is all we get for almost 30 dollars and she looked at it and said i will get you another piece.Well done to her for addressing the issue quickly.When the extra piece arrived it was supplied with tartare sauce that wasnt with the original meal.We also ordered a chicken palmy ,that was a generous serve but with both meals the chips were cold and over cooked.Not a great experience for first time visit.

Ate there on Friday, 15th Nov. Staff were efficient and friendly. Place was really busy, as it was graduation day. I ordered the pear, walnut and rocket salad. Sorry, it was very poor. I've never seen so much rocket in one dish. One or 2 slices of pear and a mountain of walnuts. Not what I expected.

So impressed with this place! The Waitress went to so much effort to make sure our food was definitely vegan. The menu doesn't say VG or VGO on all of the vegan options but we definitely can't complain. Lovely atmosphere and amazing service from Chay!

A great, central location to join in a birthday celebration.. like at least 3 other parties! Fabulous location, easy parking. Meal sizes are huge, although not served as hot as we'd like. Lamb looked fabulous, tasted a little funky. Staff are overall pleasant even if not entirely happy. The nice touch to present the birthday cake was particularly appreciated! 🎂

Our server Kathleen was very friendly and helpful. Food was mouth watering and very tasty.

Very disappointing. I come here for a friends birthday dinner on Tuesday night, the restaurant was quite busy and we were told it would be a 30 minute wait to what we were ok with however, we order at 7pm and were not given our meals until 8.30... at no stage did they let us know there would be such a long wait. We had children with us who were starving but the time we received our food. The staff lacked communication.

Very disappointed in the service and food we had a table booked for 645 ordered our meal at 7:05 meals did not come to the table till 830 When our meals arrived as very disappointed in them as the two lots of steak that we got asked for medium well pretty well much still mooing our plate , Very poor on the salad, one tomato and a slice of onion and a tonne of lettuce , Kids meal was very dry and crusty. Very disappointing. You spend $165 on our meals and this is what we got , Will never be going back again.

Nice meal.. should have a separate bar and restaurant counter. Wanted a drink only but had to wait for people to order food. Lovely staff. Very helpful as were out if towners. Reasonably priced too.

I have been eating here for 30 years, but over the last couple of years the meals have really become hit and miss. Tonight I paid $57 for a 180g stack with a pawn topper, and that is exactly what I got plus some chips, no verges or salad just a lonely tiny little stack. Ok I said, this is not what I expected, but was content to enjoy the little that was being offered for a reasonable price. But when I cut into the first pawn, quickly realised that they were still raw. So ended up taking my dish back to the counter. They offered to re-cook the meal. But I had been there before several meals ago, when they had done the same thing with a raw stack, and ended up waiting for 30 minutes for another meal and to end up eating on my own as everyone else had finished theirs’s. So this time around I similar asked for a refund. As for the other 2 people that were with me, their meals weren’t to bad, except some potions were cold and the beans were not cooked at all. Over all very disappointing, obviously depends on who is cooking the meal, some very in experienced cooks now working there.

These guys are amazing, nothing was a problem to them, from booking right through to the night the process was smooth. Kelly looked after us leading up to it and she was fantastic. Couldn't recommend them highly enough.

In future group of 9+ should not be stuck seated in the back corner with another large group at another table, so noisy, we're more or less sitting on top of each other... Very small space for the 2 large groups. Also they don't do seniors discount anymore, we had 3 seniors in our group of 9 adults, might look at other venues for future group outings.

Great place. Will def go there again.
