We had a feed I liked mine but some of it was a bit pink the chicken. I do recommend to go have a look a feed and there is things for the kids to play on so friendly... Hihi...

What a lovely place. Cold beer and air-conditioning, clean and tidy pub with bistro, nice lounge area, put door seating, kids area with car games/ big buck hunter and chocolate machine. Huge variety of drinks, big car park and LOVELY staff. My first visit, and I Will be back.

I had a juicy eye fillet Diane sauce and veg. Ate the lot. Highly recommended it. You get a complimentary bread roll with your meal. My date had the fisherman basket with salad.

We had a party of 40 in lounge bar after Saint Patrick's race day and were told that they were closing that bar because they were too busy..... How much sense does that make? To get drinks we had to go to one of the other already overcrowded bars and make our way back to the lounge bar. That's like a publican saying business is doing so well, we are always full off patrons so i think we might shorten the bar to make it smaller haha. Anyway one thing Broken Hill has never had is a shortage of pubs to choose from so we didn't have to walk far to find one that appreciated our business. Thanks The Old Royal Hotel, great feed as well 👍

Just left the Mulga Hill Tavern after paying $60 for the two worst meals ever produced, boiled beef coated and badly fried as a so called snitzle rubbish and supposedly grilled butterfish full of some orange coating not asked for, then I tasted it, wet cardboard flavour and well over cooked yuk disgusting, the only thing good about the place was the staff great people, but what a total let down. Warning don't waste your money going there.
