Horrible service, was treated very oddly by staff, not even looking up at me to take my order and flinging my coffee without a word, just awful!

Just bought 24 hot donuts in white sugar, is the cinnamon to expensive to mix with the sugar? Has donut king changed the recipe of the dusting? Don't call them cinnamon donuts if there is no cinnamon.

Wouldn't serve in real cups because it was end if day but there was 2 hours till close!. Rude staff when I asked about it. I felt very unwelcome as a customer, like I was an inconvenience. Very expensive also. Disappointed.

I sent my young daughter over to place an order and you charged her $14.50 for 4 cinnamon donuts and a chocolate milkshake. Clearly you ripped her off and I didn’t notice until we arrived home. You’ve lost my business!

What is with the NO SERVING COFFEE IN A CERAMIC MUG AFTER 2 P.M ? what a let down. It's too early to start using takeaway cups....just one treat of the week.. but has been the same for awhile 2.p.m time frame..very dissapointing.👎😵 Coffee & donuts are good however.

The owner of this shop took my call and was fantastic about fixing an issue. The girl who initially served us was lovely too, and the donuts are always amazing. We have been here numerous times. The only down side is the manager is shocking, gives false information and is rude everytime we go in. All up would recommend this shop

Constantly getting the wrong order, and I received a thick shake warm and watery, the staff are decent but don’t really seem to care about me or my order, wouldn’t go there, it’s not worth your time

3:30pm on Tuesday 15th Aug a nd the young lady on the counter was bright, bubbly and very pleasant. Thank you for making my day after a very bad day. Very much appreciated Great donuts and chocolate shake.

The staffs are very unpleasant and rude, then the lady the one that serving us she's rolling her eyes and doesn't know how to be pleasant to their customer..

If I can rate them zero I will, their staff is very unpleasant and rude, they need to have good training how to be nice and pleasant to their customers.

Ordered vanilla milkshake and 6 donuts.. 5 minutes waiting they asked me what I ordered.asked again then given milkshake and two donuts.eventually given correct order. Milkshake was warm like the milk had been out for ages on the bench and possibly caramel..very disappointed and did not drink.girls lift your game..it wasn't even busy and there were 4 girls working.

It shouldn't take 40 minutes to make a cup of tea When I went back to ask they it will be out soon They spent most of the time on ther phone's talking

Tables needed clearing and cleaning, server talked to other staff instead of making my drink. Almost got my order wrong and had to correct Her. Great food but service needs improvement

I bought a chocolate volcano thick shake and it turned out to be mostly ice as they don’t use ice cream. They use a gelato machine as she so rudely told me when I took it back to question her on the quality of it would not recommend buying any thick shakes from ther as it’s a gelato not a thick shake. Maybe they should consider advertising it as so.. Asfor doughnut king I believe that They should look into that franchisee

Always find the staff to be rude or snide, today we ordered and they kept taking more orders and completely ignored our order after making all the orders after us after we asked then they made it with a foul looks on there face also have noticed sometimes the staff don't wear masks while working there... will not be wasting money here

Ordered a coffee and was a disgusting, Tasted like warm milk with no coffee In it Disappointed!

Went there at 5.30pm yesterday (Saturday) and it was completely closed despite the advertised close time on there website and Google been 6pm. We were very disappointed because we made the trip to the shops especially. Also tried to call the number on the website to make sure they are open today before we go and the number was disconnected. Very poor customer service.

Couldn't believe how nice the cinnamon donuts were. I didn't have long to wait and the customer service was so cheerful. Made my afternoon. Now I can look forward to my afternoon dessert and perhaps my early lunch if I feel like a coffee. The girl that served me smiled and was genuinely happy to be there. Been a while since seeing an actual person love their job like that girl. Suggestion though, might want to clean the counter as when I went to give my cash I noticed a fair bit of dirt around the cash register and dust on top of their machine. Other than that great service!

Ordered a donut cake and it was ready on time, fresh and nicely presented. The number for the store is incorrect so it took me a while to get the contacts from the plazas website rather than Google.

11/03/18 I asked for a MANGO smoothie an it tastes more like MUSK then MANGO, They should use REAL fruit an not just flavoring ,worst smoothie I have ever had ,not going back again
