Very Rude Staff...they don't know how to deal with customers

Much nicer than Kmart. Better selection and no need to stop for a receipt check on the way out is a bonus.

This place is ridiculous still no trolleys and more excuses as to why they don't have any. The service is not good

Not satisfied with customer service...

Had wonderful service. A very bright team member went out of her way to help me in store today. Was looking for a warm jacket as was not feeling my best. She was wonderful, it was like the old fashion customer service that everybody did once. Thankyou

Young girl on register today with blonde hair was very helpful and very sweet I asked her to check the price of something and she happily agreed with no attitude or hesitation, would definitely recommend buying from there as staff are amazing.

I had a very bad Experience here it started with the car park which looked like blood had splattered on the left far wall very off putting and then I was in books and then a fellow customer wouldn't stop coughing very off putting for the next two days I was worried i would catch covid I know you can't refuse service to others but could you please make it so the books have more space and the range off books very disappointing And the ps5 games and Lego which were also disappointing won't be returning wouldn't wont my kids seeing the blood splatter in the car park Went to Collins booksellers brought a book

Rude service continuously with the older female staff. I am a local and this just one of the places that surprise with their shocking service every damn time. Even today, I bet my sister $5 that the lady who served me would be rude. I won $5! She did not, I repeat DID NOT say a word through the whole transaction, until she walked away yelling out to her colleague. Rude rude rude. NB. I should add that this is referring to the older ladies who are always at the front of the store - the younger kids that work at the store have always been lovely!

Great bargains friendly staff

Store is large with plenty of options. However, their bigger sizings for women are typical of the big chain stores where there are not a lot of age group suitable clothing.

Huge shout out to Marie/Maree from Target Warnambool who went above and beyond to help me with a Click and Collect order which I could not pick up, but ensured I was able to receive it. A true asset to the team and an incredible level of customer service and kindness, was tuly taken aback. Thank you for your help!

Great store with heaps of clothes on special, but I couldn't find any plus sized nighties unfortunately.

It is a huge store but it is very disorganised. When I asked for assistance, to locate an item, the first Target Customer Service Team Member gave me really bad directions, so bad that I had to ask another Team Member whose answer was, 'I don't think we stock that item!' I eventually found the item I was looking for, only to be disappointed by the lack of choice. I could go on, but really I'd have to think Warrnambool K-Mart would dump all over them!

Quite a large Target store for regional Victoria, but the big letdown is you have to pay for parking here, my suggestion is shop at Gateway Plaza where the parking is free.

Great range, great sales, and great staff. The staff are friendly and very helpful. Returns are easy to do, and lay-by is easy. I would recommend Target Warrnambool to anyone who needs from clothing to electrical. There's something for every age and gender. If you need to buy something for a mate, something for yourself, or something for your family or home, Target will most likely have it. Pricing is from moderate to inexpensive. Most clothing is true to size, and great value for money. Some clothes have lost some of there quality in the last 2 years, but this has only seemed to affect some clothing ranges. Sometimes the items you are buying are cheaper than what is displayed. This is always a nice surprise. I would buy more if the correct prices were displayed. Be careful if you park out the front or back, make sure you get a ticket and display it correctly to avoid being fined.

Decent sized store with plenty of parking nearby. It looks neat and well designed with plenty of checkouts even though only 2 are manned they sure do look nice and pretty sitting there. Prices are typical target, being half way between Myer and Kmart. Like most stores you get served based on what you're wearing. Wear something nice and you'll have excellent customer service especially from the older staff that have been there a while. Review based on personal experience only and individual results may vary.

Was shopping here ..and to line up to check out ..a lady in front of me dropped her shopping on there floor ...aworker walked rite pass the lady not even helping her to pick her item's up off floor ..very lacking hospitality ..

Great place to shop, it's clean & tidy. Great for retail items with occasional sales on some items usually catalogue items.

Ideal country Target,for those rural area needs and wants, plus extra lines for those special occasions.

Really great selection of clothes, homewares and books compared to the Target locations in the Melbourne CBD. This location actually had decent stock of their Lily Loves clothing brand. Parking is close by and the store itself was quite clean. Fitting rooms were spacious and had great lighting. Workers on the floor were great help as well and even looked up stock at other Target locations. Sometimes you ask Target employees for other location’s stock and they seem bothered, but in Warrnambool they were happy to help!

In a far away place you can find the right baby gift… but there it was.. well done and thank you! 👍

Good sales on atm. Always a good bargain tobe found. Happy with product range and service. Nice and central. Bit low on stock atm but it's close to end of financial year so not surprised at all.

It was time to update the rags I'd been passing off as clothes and I find Target to be reasonably priced and stylish...for my taste at least. Their range is broad, staff friendly and helpful and you leave feeling justified that you just got painlessly robbed 😄 In all a good hour invested.
