We attended for my nephews birthday party. Jasmine was the party host. Everyone had a great time and the host was great. She was friendly and checked in on all the kids as they played their games. She made sure they all knew what was happening and when.

Small arcade, few options compared to Tea Tree Timezone.

Hope was an absolute angel for my son’s birthday. She was so kind, understanding and helpful. The way she spoke to the kids was so nice and she just did absolutely perfect. Amazing service!

I wish I could put no stars. Today I went into Timezone to redeem a $100 gift card that I had purchased online from prezzee and the clerk told me that the card was empty even though I had purchased it that morning. I then emailed prezzee and they have shown me that the gift card was redeemed at the store yet I didn’t receive it. Long story short I got scammed by the clerk that was attending me. Down below is the image of the gift card being received and as you can see that my play time card didn’t top up $100.

Kahlan was an absolute dream taking care of and supervising the kids as party host for our son’s party this past weekend. She was also a super star helping us out setting out the food etc for the kids during their party room time. The team at Timezone were super accommodating and made the overall experience stress free.

Not the best we've been too. If you are a Timezone fan go to Tea Tree Plaza it is much better Not a huge selection of games and a lot of games not working / malfunctioning. Candyland jackpot prizes were very poor.

Had my daughter's 9th birthday at timezone Elizabeth. All ten kids had an amazing time. They had an hour and a half of game time. They all went home with some prizes from the point store. The party room was set up beautifully, plenty of table space, balloons and even a sign on the table that said my daughter's name which made her feel special. Our host Mia was amazing with all the kids. She really hyped them up and ensured they had a good time. She played the games with them and spent one on one time with all the kids. She helped out sitting up the food I brought in and the cake.

Kids had a ball .... But the hostess , Kahlan, vwas impatient and snarky with the kids. Definitely not value for money either. For what the party cost I thought at least glasses of water would have been offered to the kids. Extremely disappointed. In response to Timezone Elizabeth Owner, I was a guest at a party on Friday afternoon for my friend's son. The mother told me she was charged $35 dollars a head. I'm interested how this figure is broken down because 10 children at $35 a head is a lot of money. Maybe you need to look into supplying something such as drinks for the children at the very least. I understand you have no kitchen facilities but we weren't even offered a party bowl for the chips the mother bought with her. We had to slit open chip packets that really doesn't give your establishment a good look. Although there were plates and forks in the cupboard alll we were offered were napkins for the birthday cake. All the other parents were disappointed as well and have sworn off Timezone Elizabeth as their next party venue. There was no party feeling at all and no one contacted my 2 days prior to the party to confirm final details. Looking at the rest of the revues Kahlan is the hostess with the Mostess. She must have been having a bad day because she barely raised a smile for the 2.5 hours we were there and was continually looking at her watch. She was extremely rude to the party boy because he was taking to long to pick his cheap plastic gifts and over priced lollies. She put constrictions on how many children he could have his photo taken with in the photo booth so he didn't get a photo with every guest invited. We weren't advised there was a limit to how many photos he could have so consequently a lot of children were disappointed. I think a 2 out of 10 rating is all that is deserved. .The party reference is VW758410.

I was recommended coming here by a close friend and was not disappointed! I came in on october 3rd!! I was served by a lovely young lady named Jorja who's smile was contagious and was so kind to not only me but my kids. I honestly didn't have a clue on what to do but Jorja guided me through the process and gave me her suggestions. I ended up loading $80 that came with an extra $45 bonus which is quite good. My two youngest kids had such a wonderful time playing the games, my son also won a prize on the claw machine! I will definitely be coming back here with the kiddos.

My son had his 10th birthday at Elizabeth Timezone and Ethan was our host. The kids had an incredible time. Ethan was so helpful, helping kids that needed a bit of direction with the games and he was a great help in the party room, rounding the kids up and even cutting the cake. We couldn’t have done it without his help.

Hope was an amazing hosts

The manager Shirley went above and beyond for us ! Our TZ card was not working at all ,she spent days going back and forth with IT just to get it resolved ! No other team members were able to successfully do this for over a year ! She is AMAZING 🤩, Shirley is very polite ,and understanding and very accommodating ! We can't thankyou you enough ! Time zone is my escape when I'm having a rough day and ,I am very excited to be able to come in again and have some fun ! Thanks SHIRLEY !! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We attended our family members party at Time Zone Elizabeth last night and the host Kahlan was absolutely fantastic. This was the second party we have attended there and feel Kahlan truly went above and beyond to attend to the kids needs. She helped and followed the younger ones so they were entertained and enjoyed themselves and helped in every way possible. Great job 👏

My new hobby. Been going here every few days for the last year and the staff are always excellent and the place presentable. The games are plenty of fun and they do occasionally change. Loyalty program and prizes available are awesome too.

I have concerns with this location that the payout on their claw machines is very low. I haven’t seen anyone win anything and after spending over $100 there myself I have walked away with nothing. I have attached a picture of prizes I have won recently from Tea Tree Plaza to show I am not a complete novice at these machines. I hope management take on board this feedback and improve the payout on their claw machines and also look at refreshing the plushies they have to include more licensed products. The current selection has been sitting there for a while now and is looking tired. Thank you and I look forward to visiting again in the future.

Just had an amazing weekend with my friends at Timezone. We went during double dollars so we spent nearly three hours there. There was some group games so we got to challenged each other. The staff were all very friendly and helpful when we didn’t understand a game. Highly recommend, even though they had some wifi issue the staff were very accommodating to us. Would also recommend going during the quiet hours so you get the arcade to yourself. Love coming to this place ☺️

Our party host was Zarah and she did an amazing job. Each child was included at one point or another, she regularly touched base with myself about what was happening and honestly I couldn't fault her or the experience. Would definitely return.

Went to a kids party lock in, awesome team, really enjoyed it. Both Alannah and Bailin were really helpful both to usher and ensure the party flowed smoothly. Will be taking my girls again there for sure, and would recommend.

I took the Junior McFuds here for some games and she had a ball. There was one staff member in particular who was so attentive and kind when we needed help. I’m not 100% on her name but she has red/blackish hair and long nails. Thank you girl. We’ll be back!

My son had his birthday party at Elizabeth Timezone today. The children all had a ball and there was plenty for them to do in the allocated time. We we told that the children had to stop their play time 15 minutes early to pick their prizes but I did not want them to miss out on the play that I had paid for. The host was accommodating and let the children have their full time. When booking, their website also wasn't clear about when we would have access to the party room and that caused confusion with how long the party went for. All in all, the party room was clean and had plenty of room, a fridge and microwave access, the host knew what she was doing and the children enjoyed the games.

A massive thank you to Jasmine who hosted my daughter's birthday. Everybody had a great time and hope to book another party soon.

We go to Timezone Elizabeth almost every weekend. Shirley the manager is great and always helps if we need, if a game gets stuck or takes credits. We have been to a few birthday party’s there and they always make sure the kids have a great time, and the party hosts stayed with the crew until the very end.

On the 10th of March my son and his friend had a party booked at 2pm. We arrived early enough to get everything sorted and to make payment. We were informed we can't pay and we can't start the party because there is no manager on. Finally after 15-20 the managers on duty strolled in Jordan and Fred with no apology no sense of urgency and in fact there wasn't even any vurble conversation just Jordan playing with the computer. At this point in time we had 15 kids wanting to play and start there birthday. We were given 11 cards at the party time of 1.5 hours and then 4 cards at only 1 hours! All of the cards didn't even work properly. I have to mention Georgia the party host she was absolutely fantastic and deserve a lot more credit than she gets.

Cool place to hang out with your daughter whilst on school holidays, she loves the basketball game, clowns, (although the last time it was out of order) the piano game and the lolly games, won lots this time around. Could do with a revamp and maybe a new game or two. The staff are friendly and polite and helps out when you need it.

Here on a very busy Saturday in the school holidays and a large majority of the more interactive, non computerised games are temporarily unavailable". These are my sons favourite types of games. When I approached staff they informed me that this was a decision made by 'upper management'. Considering this is a Saturday during the school holidays this decision was an incredibly bad one. Will not be coming back here. Would have appreciated being informed of the large number of games not working. It also smells bad but thats just location I think"

My kids enjoy a day at timezone. I would love to give 5 stars but it seems everytime we go a few machines are not working but otherwise it's a great day out.

Abeng was an amazing party host, interacted with all the kids and made sure absolutely no one was left out. She went above and beyond to ensure all kids knew what they were doing and helped them calculate their prizes at the end. It was all made so much easier with her help and would 100% recommend!!

Timezone Elizabeth is a great place to go if you want to have an awesome time. They have a wide variety of games to choose from and the atmosphere is always so energetic and fun. Plus, the prizes you can win are pretty cool too! It's definitely a must-visit if you're into gaming and having a great time.

Had my birthday party Here once when it use to be called Tunzafun I really enjoyed my experience back then now it's called timezone what a awesome name change. Timezone who knows maybe I can have my 21st. Keep up the great work timezone team ^w^

I bought a ticket for 60 minutes on 30th July for my child. Then I noticed 7 different game machines were not working. All of them were red or yellow. Very disappointed, at least, they could tell us before selling the ticket.

Great staff. Helped us sorting out our 15 timezone cards.
