Great food & service. Inexpensive great staff

The food is always great, the staff friendly and the place clean. Last week on steak night the steak was perfect. We will be back.

Great service excellent staff, a very cosy atmosphere and cold beer. Visited again today nothing changed great day of golf as well as enjoying a quiet beer.

Seniors menu is the worst ever. The banger n mash today was pathetic. Not even a real English snag . last time had the curry yuck. You need too do better. Table service and the front staff were amazing Pull your sox up . snag.

Nice place nice food

Very disappointing, nothing that comes out from a kitchen that fast can be good!! I ordered the panko crumbed chicken snitz with chips and salad, what I received was a processed snitz that Cole’s or woollies sell With oil dripping off it , some oily soggy chips and a side of a Caesar salad with grated cheese, no thanks! If you’re going to charge 25 dollars at the very least serve a chicken BREAST snitz, maybe go and see what your opposition is doing because they were cheaper and it was quality as I wouldn’t eat that rubbish

Great service and great staff

Went there for the first time on Saturday night. The staff were so lovely - warn and genuine. One lady was walking out an older patron and gave him a kiss on the cheek as he was leaving. I thought the meal selection was extensive - I opted for the Pork in Ginger Beer and it was delicious. Couldn't fault it. I will certainly be back.

Great food & atmosphere, the course looks great..

The people working here are the very friendly, made you feel like you were in local pub. Great food and even better service. I will be a regular here now.

Meals are huge and flavourful, fantastic staff. Pricing is very affordable

Food is good however appalling customer service, has a great experience the time before but can’t say this same this time, daughter hadn’t touched her meal so I asked for a takeaway container (the same as last time) only this time around told no? Yet we were given one the time before? Not only did they get our order wrong but then this. Sorry but customer service is EVERYTHING!

Always a good visit, and they have a fabulous bistro with great meals. Attended board meeting, this mornings for monthly board meeting.

Good food and a great vibe

Called into the RSL for lunch. Very disappointed, $16 for the seniors bangers and mash. It came with 1 crumbed sausage (worth $2 from a takeaway) and a couple of onion rings on a bed of mash. If this club thinks that's reasonable I won't be returning.

Our first visit advertised open until 10pm & we arrived at 9pm & was closed very disappointed

Was a great venue 5 years ago, but management have let things slip and standards have dropped, I now take my custom elsewhere!

Meals good value and well cooked. Wide variety of choice in Restaurant and reasonable wine selection. Staff are friendly and helpful. Children menue is pretty good as well.

The food was great..The atmosphere is lovely,felt so relaxed..Even in the pokie room it's quiet,which I like..Staff are friendly..Only thing negative would the carpark,it really needs new lines and a bit of a upgrade..

The food is consistently great - excellent value for money and delicious! The staff are absolute gems - not just one or two, ALL staff I’ve encountered are welcoming, helpful and friendly. An absolute local gem - worth the visit 👌🏽

Good food always nice staff

Great venue. Fine staff.

Meals were delicious, and came out nice and quick. Dessert was very underwhelming, we asked for our upside down pineapple cake to be warmed up and was told it can’t come warm - so we ate a rock solid cake that would’ve been 100x better warmed. Other than that, everything else was great!

Food was great a catch up with family for the night.

Well presented entrance ✊ absolutely amazing customer service 🍻 The bar staff were impeccable 🍾 speak to the fellas at the bar (Tee and Ryan) 🤙 if you feel like you need a chat and sip, nothing but good intentions and positive attitudes) I hadn't received such a great welcome into a pub since I was in my hometown.

Meals are amazing, huge serving sizes, great specials plus their everyday menu has a great variety to choose from as well as a great selection of tasty deserts. Friendly staff and atmosphere, easy parking. For just $2 for 12mths become a member and receive some discounts of your meal and drinks. Highly recommend.

Not a great place if you play the pokies. No service to that area AT ALL. Gaming brings in a good income so should be looked after like every other club and pub.

When you have Gribiche sauce on the menu, please make it and not serve the fish with plain old Mayonnaise and think you'll get away with it!

Can’t help but rate this place 5 stars because of Ang, Trish, the short haired Māori lady behind the bar & the younger Māori guy! But what does get 1 star is the red headed teenage girl who was nothing but rude & disrespectful when all our family was trying to do was order dessert & Gina who never fails to be rude both face to face & on the phone. If customer service is the job at hand, then live up to it. 🤷🏽‍♀️ 5 stars for the staff who deserve it! ❤️

We attended a Dinner in the function room on Friday night with about 20 people. Food was great. We were seated at tables with the trims coming off side of tables and tears and holes in chairs. Our table had a dip at the end which made eating and drinking difficult. The club is rundown and badly needs a facelift. We are embarrassed to take friends and family there.

I think they use others leftover food because there was a prawn tail in our chips bowl which was awful and they didn't allow us to take our foods

disrespectful staff denied my family dinner as my partner in a long sleeve was told her outfit was inappropriate by a foul mouthed lady with blue hair. I then called to speak to a manager which it was then revealed none were on duty. Which is in direct violation of the responsible service of gambling act and the responsible service of liquor act. I've since contacted both relevant government compliance boards an will continue to preach to all community members of the disgusting practice of the team at beenliegh rsl.

I arrived at the reception to signin, as I was not a member but was completely ignored by the 2 staff behind the reception counter. Upon arriving, the 2 staff were talking to 3 patrons for a short time.I waited until they left. I was standing in front of both the staff, I was ignored, and they started talking to each other about a booking for about 30 seconds not even acknowledging my presents. They were still talking as I walked out of the club. Not the reception I would expect for a Vetetran

A great place to visit. The staff are so friendly. Always helpful. The meals are really nice. Have taken most of my family and friends there for a meal.

We took a group of Seniors from Ipswich for lunch here today. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The Bistro food was amazing and all the clients were happy with their meals. Special mention to Teleia who looked after us in the Bistro. She couldn’t do enough for us. She was extremely helpful and friendly. Teleia is a credit to your club. Thank you for a wonderful experience. We’ll be back.

Food is great large meals value for money, we had our Budgie Club Christmas party here.

OMG !! I had the Vietnamese prawns with mango and macadamia salad. This was one of the best meals I have ever had out. It was so fresh and inventive.Thank you so much we will definitely be back for more.
