Poor service from delivery drivers. Refused to deliver the fridge I had purchased due to staircase on my property stating it was not wide enough (which was not true - I had triple checked dimensions). No alternative delivery options offered (e.g. tomorrow and removal of fridge doors etc which I would have happily paid for). Fridge was urgently need after failure of current fridge). One of the drivers was apologetic, the other was downright rude. I called Harvey Norman straight away, they more than beat the original price I paid but also explained the delivery options (taking note of my dimensions and the fact I already had a fridge of the exact same size in the house already) and I was able to book a guaranteed delivery service (at additional cost) with more person power and time built in to remove doors if required. I will not be purchasing from Bing Lee anymore.

New to bing lee. Bought a fridge, was cheapest around with free premium delivery. Perfect delivery, perfect tracking , very very pleased with this company, will buy more in the future. Thanks bing lee.
Great prices and excellent customer service from Bing Lee. Except I do not like the choice of delivery service they use. I received my order 14 days after placing the order. That was a long wait.
If this is an example of their customer service I think I will shop elsewhere

I needed a fridge as a priority and had a bit of a look around. I am so glad I went with Bing Lee. Model was in stock, I could choose the delivery day to suit me, and the communication about the delivery time was 👌 with regular texts, a call from the driver and ability to track if needed. Plus the lads were efficient, the price of the fridge was good, and my old one was taken away. I'm glad I didn't read the negative reviews beforehand as it may have put me off.
I would give 0 stars if possible, this is the worst customer service team I have ever dealt with. Also if it says an item is in stock it probably isn’t they can’t explain that one just claim there’s nothing they can do that it says that and have to wait for stock to arrive.
Online store/ I purchased a dishwasher from Bing Lee. During the transaction it indicates that delivery be directly from the supplier, Fisher and Paykal. All good so far. I then realised that I selected a date 5 weeks from when I needed it so I got in touch with F&P. Great support from them agreeing to cancel the order. However thy indicated that BL processes the transaction and I have to recover my money from them. I have now been waiting over a week for my refund. The BL customer service keep telling me they can only refund me when they get their money back from F&P.
Bing Lee have the worst online chat experience you can imagine with Amanda from the price match section. She is rude and arrogant I unfortunately managed to get her again or someone with the same name about 3 months after the last time I attempted to get a better deal and let’s face money is hard to come by with the cost of living pressures and you think that they would eagerly try to help out and with A large fridge purchase Costco is $500 cheaper but no delivery so happy to pay the premium delivery fee and I end up getting the deal through JB HiFi who beat it by $10 plus the added the Costco membership fee which I totally understand and was happy to do and then I paid the delivery and installed and package away fee in total $375 cheaper then Bing Lee. Not going to last long in these economic times especially trying to crack the qld market without a physical store👍👍 maybe employ a few more Amanda’s to make it a quick demise….
Fast delivery - received items next morning - seamless ordering experience at good prices plus took the old dishwasher away for no cost.
Worst ever experience purchasing white goods with Bing Lee. A synopsis of the experience: Bing Lee falsely advertised available stock Bing Lee falsely advertised the ability to deliver this stock to me Bing Lee notified me the day before my dishwasher was to be delivered to inform me that it was not in stock and that a timeframe for delivery could not be established Buyer beware: BING LEE STATES IT HAS STOCK WHEN IT DOES NOT, GO ELSEWHERE I then asked for a refund and was told the only way to get a refund would be to put the money back on the purchasing credit card. Unfortunately, in the time between purchase and refund I had cancelled this particular credit card. Bing Lee refused to place the funds anywhere else and have now refunded a non-existent credit card and said I will now have to deal with the bank (that I have no accounts with) to find the money and that the problem is now with myself and the bank. Thank you Bing Lee for the incredible waste of my time. Hopefully I actually get my money back somewhere along the line.
Good team, good prices. I just wish they had stores closer to us in Byron. Customer service at the centre and phone was second to none.
A great third party to purchase goods through. We purchased a SMEG kettle and it had issues with bubbling under the coating after 18 months of use. I reached out to Bing Lee to see what might be possible as the coating shouldn't be bubbling after such a short period of time. Amanda Claire from Bing Lee was amazing and very helpful. She was efficient and offered a solution and was true to her word.

This is for the customer care, not the delivery team, they were great. Received a lemon dishwasher - leaking out the bottom, error message displayed that the manual said was a technical fault, program meant to run for 1hr 40mins still going after 3 hours, tried to turn off and kept running, had to kill at wall. Total dud. Rang to swap over and the manager said I must have installed it incorrectly and tried to fob me off. Rang Beko and they were good, acknowledged it was dead on arrival, overruled Bing and said any fault within 7 days retailer should be replacing. Unit was replaced and works well. Not using Bing again but Beko handled professionally.
Arrived, backed in, loaded my washing machine and left. Really fast and efficient.

Great sale price on a fridge. But what really impressed me was the two delivery guys. Initials were KQ on the tracking app. They went above and beyond and ensured that they brought up my fridge up to the second floor kitchen. It took a lot of effort on their part to bring it up due to the narrow landing of our stairs. But they persisted and got the job done!! Was so happy they were my delivery guys. They are a tremendous asset to Bing Lee!! 10/10!!

This ABSOLUTELY THE WORST BUSINESS IVE EVER DEALT WITH. PLEASE DO NOT GO NEAR THEM. AN ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE TO RETURN AND EXCHANGE A FAULTY VACUUM CLEANER. TRYING TO TALK TO THEM ON THE PHONE AND YOULL BE ON HOLD FOR HOURS. DO NOT SHOP WITH THIS COMPANY
