I specifically asked for a green phone, the guy grabbed one out of the cabinet and assured me it was green but on Christmas day turned out not to be a green phone. (Child now questions about Santa)

This store makes you feel like a criminal as they have health and beauty completely sectioned off - you go through a security barrier and pay separately before continuing your shopping. I understand it's designed to reduce shoplifting but for upstanding citizens, by design it makes you feel like you have done something wrong even when you haven't as they are watching you shop the whole time.

Just bumped into a senior friend and helped her buy great grandkids presents. Very daunting but a really lovely staff member Rachel walked around with us and found everything with us. The real Christmas spirit. Thanks Big W Beenleigh.

Been going there a lot the last few weeks. Had to return some products which didn't fit me properly and no issues in getting it all sorted out. Very friendly people there. Cleaned and well stocked outlet

Found what I was looking for. A nice store. All Big W stores are pretty much the same.

i got what i needed so that was good i often go to that big w Beenleigh because it is easy to get to and you don't have to walk miles down a large shopping centre

The usual Big W shop. Always clean neat and most staff are terrific. However some customers are very rude and aggressive towards staff, even physically abusive but management doesn't really care nor do police.

I organised a gender reveal balloon for my best friend’s special day today. I specified over 3 times that it had to be blue for a boy. They ensured it was all correct. They went to pop the balloon and it was pink. It ruined their special day. I had to notify them it was incorrect and she was in tears because they both wanted a girl. This is their first child as well and they will never get that special moment back. I have never been so disappointed and ashamed of a business before now.

Prices, customer service and location are all good, I've not had any issues with this store, a pleasant experience each time and found many items I was looking for.

Would have given them no stars at all but there was no other option. I went to try on some jeans. The disabled change room is now a storage area. I was told I could take them home to try on and bring them back if they don’t fit, but who is going to pay for my time and petrol? Had to do my best with a normal change room. It was disgustingly filthy and had what appeared to be bloodstains on the curtain. There was a sanitary sticker from some swimwear stuck to the wall and the floor was gritty and covered in dust to the point where I had to brush my feet off before putting my slides back on. I’ve included only a few pics but I have lots more. Definitely to be avoided.

They are pushing the cashless self serve agenda hard. When questioned on why the wasn't a single register open for normal service by a human the rude lady in charge had the hide to blow up. Another big chain going down the drain.
