Got my old gottlieb farout pinny from simon,he has gone way beyond the call of duty to keep this machine original and going good,simon and his team are a great bunch of bloke's alway's trying to help out highly recomend.

Absolutely recommend. Have a 1969 williams paddock pinball that was past seeing better days that i was not at all confident could be repaired. Simon and his EM tech did a brilliant job getting it back to a playable condition and well under budget. They also picked up from my house and delivered back very convenient. Great job guys very impressed!

worst business i have ever dealt with. so got a quote on repairs to my jukebox amp was told 5 hours work and parts. so during the next ten weeks was told a variety of excuses, covid, christmas and waiting for parts, even 4 weeks for parts from the U.S. 5 hours work 10 weeks not good enough. before i demanded it back, a few weeks before yes we have the parts, then when i wanted it back we are still waiting for parts (so which is it) and when i picked the AMP finally from them, the pre amp circuit board was put in the wrong way around and cables were pulled of pins. he didnt charge me maybe cause i asked for an invoice and seeing that 0 was done how could he charge me. do yourself a favour get the part number and find it on the net the U.S has a range of rowe products for jukes, thats where i got mine from reconditioned and cheaper than his quote for repair. also force electronics on oaklands road is good. whatever he puts under this review dont believe it but if you want to wait months and months and months this is the place for you

I gotta start by saying that I have only good things to say about Simon,Steve and Paul from Amusement Worx. I bought my first plinball machine (Elvis Gold Special Edition) from him about a year ago now Simon has always been, kind, polite and willing to help out in any way, I now feel like he is a friend. The Elvis Athentic certificate was missing Simon promised me that he will get me a replacement it took a good year with Simon's hardwork and dedication he got me a replacement from Jack Guarnieri the owner of Jersey Jack pinball Simon told me that Jack Guarnieri is coming to Melbourne from America for the pinball expo. Simon had Paul going to the expo and got Paul to get the certificate from Jack Simon sent me a photo of Jack Guarnieri and Paul holding the certificate together Jack got Gary Stern (President) Steve Ritchie (Game Designer) Lonnie Rop (Director of Software Engineering) to sign the certificate for me Simon always said that he wouldn't let me down one way or another. He would get me another certificate On occasion, I pop in just to play some machines, and he always welcomes me with open arms. Simon is not just an enthusiast but just a great person to have a chat with. His business partner, Steve, is equally as nice and helpful. Whether it's a new machine or a refurbed old classic, I wouldn't go anywhere else in Adelaide. I highly recommend Amusement Worx's. Also, i have to mention Paul, who does all the repairs. I highly recommend him for any repairs or refurbed work he is a gr8 guy 👦

I have wanted a pinball machine for years and was unsure of buying privately, my wife and l dropped by Amusement Worx one day to get an idea of what's available. We had a good chat with Simon, played a few games. After talking to Simon we were very confident that we could get a great pinball and if any issues (servicing etc) he would be able to sort us out, with his many years of experience. We ended up buying a new Iron Maiden pinball, we are very happy with their honesty and professionalism and highly recommend Amusement Worx 👍

Myself and my partner drove to SA for a holiday and randomly called in as we found the guys in the Stern app . We thought it was an amusement centre. Simon and Steve were super nice and set us up to play a few games in store and shared some reminiscing.. Hopefully we will be able to call back sometime for a tournament next time we are down Top blokes super helpful and really into their pinnys

Every time I use my jukebox I grit my teeth at the fact this person stole my much loved rare 45,s that could not be replaces.Nice to say sorry but did not replace them.Very sad that I went to him.Look up product review on this company before spending your money

I bought a new pinball through amusement worx and couldn’t be more happy with the service I have received. Simon and his crew are full of knowledge and willing to help with all my questions. Even upon arriving and having a couple slight issues the team fixed them immediately and communicated extremely well. If your looking at buying a pinball I definitely recommend using amusement worx.

Recently bought an upright Arcade machine with 2050 games on it from Simon. The delivery and installation was fantastic and it’s reassuring that Simon can perform any Maintanence needed on it also. Get into amusementworx and get yourself a machine!

Simon who runs the place is a really nice guy. His knowledge of arcade games is extensive and they have a great range.

Fantastic place to play a variety of pinball machines and arcade machines, with regular lock ins and tournaments on offer!

If you like pinball machines this is the place for you. Video games could use some updating.

if you want your want machines no BS these guys the best and we are going to be using my pins as gins these guys rule and only option in South Australia Gaz MaRINO PS I just notice all the negative results are exactly one month ago and I believe anyone can see that is one pissed off person having their friends lie Simon is awesome

Love the lock in

One of the best pinball locations in SA, they have lock ins and occasional IFPA sanctioned tournaments. The machines are kept in good working order. They also have arcade video games but I'm not so interested in those so can't comment.
