We have purchased 3 large priced items at Betta Underwood and cannot fault the quality of products, their after sales services and their point of service counter staff. Levy was very helpful and courteous. He made sure the item arrived safe and intact into our car. These staff represent the store they work for and represent them well. For this reason Betta Underwood will be our 1st choice for our next big ticket item.

The guy who delivered the machine was very gentle and also very informative as to removing the bolts in the back for stability. Very nice driver. Couldn’t fault the delivery driver.

Bought a dryer as the belt broke on my other dryer less than a year in ( very cheap, bought from good guys ) betta were easy to deal with, bought the dryer online, good price, smooth delivery and on time, they even bought it up two flights of stairs. I will use it today but hopefully it will last longer than 8 months.

Roy was very pleasant to deal with and apologised for the item not being available at the time. But he assisted me in a courteous and professional manner and organised the items to be ready for pick up at the preferred store by the following Monday. I understand what the demand would be like during the Christmas period and the way this was managed is my main reason for the 5 star review. Secondly, the price for the products was the best in comparison to any other store. I bought a Hisense upright freezer from Betta Electrical Underwood. Not only did I get a great freezer but the customer service was outstanding. Simon looked after me so well and arranged delivery next day. Excellent, thankyou Simon. Brad and Tom delivered the freezer next day. They were both well mannered and very personable fellows. Brad made sure the freezer was set in the right position. You both deserve my 5 stars for all your great care you took. Thanks so much Betta Electrical. Bought a freezer online, they had no stock but offered an alternative for the same price. Two days later it was delivered. They gave me the delivery day within a time frame and then on the day updated the delivery to the minute with a 20 min heads-up. Perfect... Freezer is now unpacked and up and running, very happy indeed.

Betta Electrical Underwood.....what can I say but outstanding service from start to finish. From talking to Simon on the phone with my problem with purchasing washing machine online his patience was greatly appreciated. Went instore the next day to make the purchase. After receiving emails from Mei the day before about pricing on two machines got to meet in person and she was so friendly and helpful and my purchase went through faultlessly. Delivery on the following Tuesday ( 2days after purchase) the delivery men were great and should be commended. 5 stars for all involved. Thankyou so much 😁

After 30 years, I had to buy a new dryer. Levi, the young man who served me was very professional and engaging. They dryer I was wanting was in stock so I could take it home sraight away.The entire process took about 15 minutes. I will definitely recommend Betta to family and friends.

The items on display for sale are not actually in stock, and it is a 6 week wait to get your items. They don't tell you that until after you've paid. ALL their products can all be found at other stores and online at least 20% cheaper and shipped to your door faster then they can. Only giving 2 stars because it is convenient to inspect items in person before buying cheaper online.

Made my worst decision by buying a fridge from here. When I bought it the salesman confirmed it's coming in 7 days max, and now it's the end of the week, I called them and they said it's not coming until the end of September so another month from now!!!

Was allowed to purchase products that were not in stock not at all happy and not offered a similar item at the same price due to there mistake and now have to wait 5 days for a refund

Quite discriminating store , the white young guy do not remember the name will make you feel like you have stolen something , absolutely terrible customer care, surprisingly they delete the negative reviews very quietly , this particular store has problem , rest of them are quite good and I have purchased many items from them .. just avoid this store unless you are white

I purchased a dryer today 08/07/24, I received an email from Betta not long after purchase to advise the item is not in stock and they gave me two other options for dryers which were better than the one I originally purchased. I chose one, email them back and 5 mins later I got a call to arrange the delivery for tomorrow. Hands down the best customer service. Thank you! no more good guys for me Ill be going to Betta for all my electrical needs.

I ordered a new microwave online and received a personalised email from Roy, a staff member at Betta Electrical Underwood, letting me know that the microwave I bought was out of stock. Roy gave me some options including getting another microwave that cost a bit more money, but with a nice discount. I took him up on that offer. He then offered to deliver the microwave to my home that night because he lived close by and didn’t want me to have to wait for the delivery. I was very grateful for this extra service. The microwave works well, easy to use, good price and Roy delivered thank you so much for the amazing service.

I wanted to extend my gratitude for Levi's exceptional service at Betta. The challenge of arranging a dishwasher purchase plus installation from interstate, was compounded by the fact that online scheduling for installation is unavailable while purchasing via the website. Installation has to be scheduled in person, during the in-store purchase. Despite this hurdle of us living interstate and not being able to make it to the store, Levi's professionalism and dedication ensured a smooth process. He went above and beyond, guiding me through an alternative online purchasing process, and facilitating the addition of a fee to my order, then changing it to an installation fee on his end. Levi's outstanding service not only saved me significant time and effort (not to mention a 2 hour plane trip each way!) but also highlighted Betta's commitment to excellence. I purchased a washer/dryer combo originally from the pimpama store, they did not have stock and I needed it fairly quickly. They were very acomadating and transferred the purchase to a location I could pick up from the next day. They also offered to deliver for free. Very happy with the service they delivered.

Would just like to thank Levi and the team for going well out of their way (and above and beyond) to help us out to secure the TV we wanted when our local store on the Sunshine Coast was out of stock. I called to check stock because nobody responded to my online enquiry only be told to buy it online which I couldn’t do as the website wouldn’t allow it. Rang the store back and tried to purchase over the phone only to be told that they don’t do it. I was then told that if I went to the store and paid for it before 2 o’clock it would be delivered the next day, so I arrived and paid for it by 12 o’clock. Received nothing 5 days later so I rang the store to be told that if I had a tracking number that it was with the courier company and I would have to deal with them as the store had no control over the delivery. 9 days later I have finally received my package. I will never buy anything from this store or the group ever again

I will absolutely not tolerate purchasing any Beko product from this establishment ever again. Beko has consistently shown a complete lack of care towards its customers, even when they have purchased their products and attempted to avail themselves of the two-year warranty. Beko's products are nothing but worthless rubbish, and I strongly advise against purchasing anything from this brand. If you are unfortunate enough to have bought something from this company and encounter any issues or damages, do not expect any assistance or support from them. I have no intention of helping you. Save yourself the trouble and do not buy anything from this place. Instead, I suggest going to Harvey Norman, where they will gladly replace your item with a new one.

Not happy. My elderly neighbour who isdisabled with mobility issues and also recovering from cancer has just bought a fridge from here. Her daughter-in-law arranged it and for a friend to pick it up for her. He went down with the receipt to collect and they are insisting she goes and collects it herself. Personally I would cancel the order. At least I know where not to go for the new frdge/freezer I was looking at. SHAME ON YOU!

I purchased a Kenwood Triblade XL from the Betta Underwood store in September 2023. Within a couple of months of using one of the attachments (for mashing potato), it developed a problem, so I notified Betta, & returned the problematic attachment, and they said that they would exchange it. About 3 months had passed, and I hadn't heard back from the sales person. So I called back late January 2024 to find out what had happened. I was told the attachment had come in, but no one had bothered to contact me to tell me that. So eventually i got the attachment, only to find that it was the incorrect one! So I handed it straight back and told them it's the incorrect attachment, and they reassured me that they would get the correct attachment in. But just like the first instance, I waited and got no call back, so I rang Betta to find out if the attachment had come in. And just like the previous occasion, it had come in, but no one had bothered to call me to tell me. The excuse was the salesperson was on holidays. I made the obvious point, just because one particular staff member goes on holidays, doesn't mean that someone else can't step in and do the work of that missing staff member. All-in-all, a bad experience and a waste of my time. And this is not just a criticism solely directed it Betta, Kenwood should take some responsibility too. The problem with the attachment is that it is of poor design and mismatching of materials. The design is that the small metal pin that is attached to the metal blade attaches into a plastic insert, and the metal has worn away the plastic insert. The other problem is, the plastic is too soft, and exacerbates an accelerates the problem. Hence why it only lasted 2 months. I have no doubt, that this replacement attachment will not last long, just like the previous one. Really, Kenwood should totally rethink the design of their attachment for mashing potato because it's totally inadequate for the reasons stated above. Watch this space, because I will be replacing the second one, I have no doubt!

The first time I shopped at Betta, I got a TV online, and picked it up the same say, as they had it in stock. So good impression. My 2nd purchase, a washing machine, also online, and I heard nothing for 2 weeks, no communication, no updates, no calls or emails, nothing. Two phone calls and two conflicting explanations, they were still unable to tell me where it was , or when it was coming. I was initially told, it would be ready early next week. I eventually cancelled my order, after receiving no assurances or info as to when or if I would ever get it. Cancelled, and bought same machine at The Good Guys, and picked it up the same day. I went with Betta as they were near my home. Never again, The Good Guys all the way.

Went into the store today with a faulty LG vacuum and was made to feel like I imaging the issue. Never been gaslighted so badly by store clerk in my life. 11:40am 27th January, older male clerk. Claiming an issue doesn't exist to avoid a return is disgusting.

Adam Parke was excellent to deal with. Despite staff shortages due to illness (or perhaps the previous evenings Xmas party....) he was efficient and extremely helpful.

The team at Betta went above and beyond to find me the perfect fridge after an error on my part. Rielly, Adam and the team fixed my issue in 5 minutes and had the lowest price out there. Thanks guys!

What a wonderful experience purchasing our fridge from Betta Underwood. Great staff. Great service. While on holiday our fridge at home stopped working. The fridge mechanic gave us the bad news that it would cost more to try to repair than buying a new fridge. Looking around we found the fridge that we liked and would fit into the space that was available. Most of the big retailers did not have this particular fridge in stock so we contacted Betta Underwood, and they had one. The service of the staff was excellent, and they even squeezed in a delivery for the next day. A big thank you to them. In future when we need electrical appliances, bedding or furniture it will be our first port of call. Great work Betta Underwood.

Worst Service, they put a sale for product online and then they even do take the payments from the customer and when I reached them to ask the ETA for the product they say, they do not have any in stock. If the store donot have any in stock why would they even put the product on sale. It was the time of End of Financial year sale and I waited for my product, rather I would have got a better offer at other place, now I have to pay higher price as there are no sales hoing on!!Really disappointed with the service. Would never recommend anyone!
