Is this store self serve? Twice I've been in with items in hand to purchase and no-one has asked if they can assist so I returned items to the shelf and left...again. Thursday night at 6pm! Will not be returning.

The staff were very friendly and efficient.

Purchased an oven and cooktop online the cooktop and rangehood arrived but the oven did not many phone calls later with the same promise of it being delivered to still no delivery..... so i called the store who had my order and asked if there was a reason for no delivery and they could not say...and have said they have scheduled my delivery for tommorrow at this rate I'm not very hopeful that I will have an oven anytime soon unfortunately everyone seems clueless.....

We purchased an AC unit with installation through The Good Guys’ partner via an online order. Initially, everything that could go wrong did go wrong—we accidentally chose a model that didn’t fit the installation space, and the initially allocated installers weren’t available for another month. When I called the store for assistance, I found the team members to be incredibly helpful and kind. I want to give a special thank you to Karen, she was absolutely amazing! She went above and beyond to resolve the issues, proactively thinking ahead to find solutions. Thanks to her efforts, we were able to get the unit installed by Crowlz Electrical within a week. I’m so grateful to everyone at The Good Guys Loganholme for their support, especially during such hot weather. Their excellent service made all the difference!

Worst service ever received. Requested copies of my Invoices and was told that they are not allowed to release them to me.

I bought coffee machine (breville)and paid around $900 and pressure of the machine never went up more then half. I brought back , they told me it can take up to 4 weeks coz it needs time repair, why i have to use repaired machine while I paid full price but it didn't end there , 2 weeks later I called them several times to find out what going on, been told they just send them off, i need to wait 6 weeks. I told them if I bought it from myer or harvey norman they take the machine and give new one coz its faulty product , "gentlemen " on the phone said ,may be you should have. How awesome customer service is that. Never again ,even u give away free machine i will never step in there again. I will tell everyone I know how rude your customer service is.

I have always had a good experience with staff at that store. Today I rang 5times got hung up on. The 5th time I requested to speak to a manager was told she is busy but will call you back. Terrible service no one returned my call… you obviously don’t need customers very disappointed ☹️

Disgusting experience we are still waiting for a fridge we ordered over a week ago. I threw out over $200 worth of food thanks to this mob and their useless delivery service … never again🤮

Worst goodguys I ever been to.. ordered a fridge, and never came even though I updated my address 3 times and still today they haven't changed it, to the point my fridge I ordered has been sitting in there warehouse at the goodguys all this time, no one called me to let me know or to re organise anything, so when I rang for the 4th time to find out where my fridge is they said n our warehouse you can pick it up, even though I've paid for delivery.. so once again i got an ild address not my new updated address. Till this day I still don't have my fridge it's still at the goodguy, for another attempt for delivery.. goodluck to you all that shop there.. will not be going back unfortunately after I finally get my fridge. 😔

We’ve bought quite a few appliances and white goods from here and every time we’ve received amazing customer service. They always look after us, and give us the best deals. Even the customer service out at the loading dock is awesome

Thank you for your amazing service! I purchased a tv online from Good Guys. It had a couple of faults. I attended this store and Adam was amazing. He followed up on our concerns and arrangee an amazing outcome. He was professional, friendly and sorted out our issues. We have a new TV and will be loyal customers. Everyone in this store absolutely nailed customer service. Such a crazy busy time of year and everyone from the store people to the office and floor staff were wonderful. Thanks so much Adam.

What great service we received at this store today! I was shopping online, but I had a few issues, I called the store, was easily helped , and stock was confirmed. We traveled into The Good Guys Loganholme, where we were assisted by Kai in purchasing my fridge, we were given a better price in-store than online. Kai was friendly, welcomed us to the store as it was our first visit & made the whole process a pleasure. The team at checkout was also efficient, even though the young guy who served us seemed relatively new. The guy next to him helped out. At dispatch, the young man came out quickly was friendly & within minutes, we were loading up our fridge with a smile & a handshake & on our way, thoroughly impressed. Well done, The Good Guys Loganholme.

Good service sometimes can be better. You can always tell when the bosses are around just about every person asks if u need a hand. But still good service.

I had a terrible experience at The Good Guys Loganholme. The service was awful, staff members were just standing around and chatting with each other. I tried to find someone to help me, but it felt like everyone disappeared when I needed assistance. One person on the counter although staff members keep walking past. Won’t be going back in a hurry.

I recently purchased an item from the Loganholme store and was talked into purchasing the the gold services extra. The next week the same item came on special. I attempted to claim the refund online and had technical issues. I called the store who advised to come in, once in was told i could only do it online. Several phone calls being diverting to other (wrong) departments later, I was finally told the staff member couldn't even see the special anymore because it had ended and there was nothing they could do. Frankly the customer service was atrocious and I will go to another retailer in the future.

I purchased an item 2 years ago which has 10 year warranty on it. Unfortunately, it wasn't working great, so took it back to them. They sent it away to be looked at by the manufacturer, but it was entered incorrectly by the good guys as out of warranty, for them only to receive updates on it. It was 5 weeks before I got it back and I think maybe their communication could be better in the repair process. The staff are really friendly though and when we went in to check on the progress, they didn't mind helping

On Sunday 1/9/24 I visited Loganholme Good Guys with the intention of buying a new kitchen sink and tap. I approached Gil and as I was not looking at replacing a whole kitchen, she passed me onto Henry. I was particularly interested in buying a set but needed to check size to ensure it would fit. Henry went to source a pack and came back to me stating the kit was at the back of the store and not easily accessible and was I serious in buying it. I responded Yes if it was the right size. He went back to the warehouse and returned stating they could not open the pack for me to see if it would suit. I have never done a negative review of any business but was incredible frustrated at the lack of customer service offered by the staff of Good Guys Loganholme. I have since sourced a sink and tap from an alternative source. Craig

Had a great experience today at Good Guys. The service we received from Ethan was outstanding - he was very approachable and understanding of our need to stick to a budget. He went out of his was to help us find the best deal.

Within 3 minutes of being in the store there was at least 5 different staff approach us to offer assistance.

Big thanks to Maitland and the Loganholme team for helping my wife and I in replacing our faulty Breville microwave. The whole process was easy and painless. Super knowledgeable and helpful staff. Pay no attention to the 1 star reviews - this is the nature of retail unfortunately. Keep up the great work team!

We bought a Westinghouse / Electrolux Duel Fuel oven that failed after a month. From the time or purchase, to lodging the issue to now (a month later) when it still has not been fixed, the service has been appalling. The sales staff are pushy and lack proper knowledge. They were arguing in front of me about who was getting the commissions from the sale. When lodging the issues with the lack of response from Electrolux with the Good Guys manger Keiran he was pleasant and helpful at the time, promised to call be back a few days later with a solution, it has now been several weeks and despite me calling the store multiple times - he never seems to be in and will not return my calls. I have a brand new oven (purchased in May 2024 and installed in June 2024) with Gas Cooker that has not been working for over a month and there is no support to get this fixed Good Guys Loganholme and lazy and have no understanding of after sales care. I will never purchase anything from Electrolux or Good Guys again.

Lazy staff. Waited and asked several times for help and still couldn't get anyone to help. Chick with blue hair just full ignored me and walked off. Lost a sale and a customer for life now.

Member of staff that served me was more interested to convert me to join Telstra then his knowledge about product I was enquiring.

I would like to comment on the pleasant attitude and the high end advice we received from Stanislaw in the TV department. This help was great and his knowledge very good , nothing was too much trouble and we left with a tv that suited our needs. Alfso

The staff was nice and was able to help me, only thing that I struggled with was click and collect as it was one way, I had to reverse my car after collecting my order, they can put a sign for customers so they know.

Was told my order was ready for collection, then upon driving half an hour to collect the item I was told that the item was locked away in the warehouse and nobody was able to retrieve it. I was then told I would have to come back another day or pay $55 for them to deliver it to me. Useless service and they had the audacity to give me an attitude like it was my fault.

A huge shout out to Jack at loganholme, he was amazing, he was super helpful, very kind, patient, and a delight to work with. You could tell that he really cared about the customer experience! Def deserves a recognition! Thanks Jack!

I was at Good Guys Loganholme today, 1 May 2024. I found Adam to be very knowledgeable and helpful when explaining various features and differences between the dishwasher models I was deciding between. I would highly recommend based on today's purchase.

Hi I would like to give this good guy store out of 10 zero (0) I don’t recommend anyone to buy anything from this store as I went to store to return phone they saying they can’t do and they do price match and even I showed them price difference of around $200 but still they don’t want to listen had such worse experience with store I will never ever visit this store👎👎👎👎👎

Really rude staff. I stood around waiting to assistance then approach staff to ask for help to be ignored 🙁. I then just got what I think was correct and went to the front desk waited again for staff to serve me . Finally a women did and she was so grumpy and rude. I purchased the item and told me I will receive an email with the reciept but I had not given her any details .. i ask can i give you my details so it can be emailed so and she rudely shrugs like im wasting her time .. but i need my reciept she grumply asks for my number I tell her and just wait around a few minutes later she tells me I can leave. I had no idea it had been sent she diddnt say it was done or say thanks have a nice day . Won't go back walked out feeling horrible wish I went else where

My mother recently purchased an off the floor model LG French door fridge and freezer spending over $2400 on this substantial purchase threw your store after delivery of her purchase she found there was no hose and filter or operating manual supplied with her purchase making it unable to hook fridge up calling your store she was informed someone took the book out of the fridge and that a new set of hose and filter would need to be ordered from LG after numerous weeks and no contact from your store my mother rang your store to see if her things were there she was told they were but wasn't given the manual with the hose although being told second hand of a female employee that knew all about this and put the hose only on the counter not asking my mother if she wanted to check if everything she was after was in the bag with the hose my mother saw there was paper in the bag so thought the manual was in there so didnt realise till she got home that it wasn't so she again called your store and the store men asked her if she had a computer when she enquired about her manual and she said no her son does but before she got to explain he didn't live with her he hung up the phone on her and if the phone was disconnected he hasn't called back disgusting service if I could give less than one star I would

Was in store today (Sunday 24/03/24) with a few questions about Soda Streams etc and was served by the delightful Jennifer H who was a lovely, friendly, knowledgable member of staff. Your level of Customer service is the main reason I keep coming back here time and time again. Thank-you Good Guys.

I spoke a sales rep Ken on the phone to enquire a particular model of LG front loader washer and he said it’s available and come to the store to make a deal. Arrived and ask for Ken and did not show up and another rep ask my enquiry when I told him the model I’m after he checked and told me it’s not available, what a bummer!

Bought a samsung air-conditioner about a month ago after buying a brand new washine a week before that upon purchasing our new property. Came in store bough the air-conditioner book the installation with the product $800.00 for the following Monday. Monday comes around we excited it is hot, Monday morning I get a call from the company doing the install rings the basically said good guys overbooked and we would have to wait a month....... ok cool so i cancel the work order and find another installation company $550 can install Wednesday... cool.done. Wednesday comes around installer arrives he finishes the job only to find no book or remote with the product. At this point things are no longer cool not by a lo g shot. I'll call them up should be an easy fix yeh.....? I have called twice in 2 days and been told two days in a row they couldn't help me they would get back to me. Over a week and a half later I am still waiting for a cool back. One guy told me to call Samsung but never provided a number for them or any details. I find this entire experience very poor. I have been using these guys for years without to many dramas but after this experience I will not recommend them or go back. I'll post an update this morning after I physically go in.

Great delivery service. Ordered Bar fridge on line late Friday afternoon. Delivered 3.00 pm Sunday by Pascal. Lovely well mannered and very helpful young man. Highly recommend.

If I could give a scale of 0 I would. Last Friday I bought a new refrigerator and it was agreed that it would be delivered today 28th February. Great customer service. The fridge did not arrive today. I rang Good guys Loganholme and was left on the phone for 37minutes. Eventually I was informed that the delivery company couldn’t find my address. Then the guy on the phone had to reschedule the delivery for next week. Apparently the delivery truck can only deliver to my area Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday so how could they get lost finding my address on a Wednesday. Poor service!

* NEVER BUY AGAIN FROM GOOD GUYS * I have been a customer with good guys for more than 12 years and 90 % of my white goods are purchased from here with extra Gold Service extended warranty. My daughter's HP laptop ( purchased in 2022 ) was taken for a repair job more than 2 months ago, no one contacted us with any update, all lies, had to contact HP my self and I was told they sent repair update to good guys Loganholme 2 weeks ago. After no one returning my calls or emails, went directly to the shop last week and spoke with a so called amateur manager Jaden after looking into the job and accepting his fault still told me that I had to pay to get the laptop repaired. I agreed to that and he said he will ask HP to start the repair process asap. After 1 week no one contacted me with any update so again I called HP and they said no one has let them know to carry on the repairs. Finally, today I called again and spoke with a rude , unprofessional and careless another rocket manager Mikayla and she just hang up on me. Shame on you good guys, I will never ever do business with you again and will get all my family and friends to stop doing business with you. You are no more than a bunch of arrogant, unprofessional and rude folks.

No staff around to help

Poor customer service, zero communication within the staff, these guys wasted our 4 days made us wait for two days mentioned us that our fridge will be delivered on Wednesday, these guys never came on Wednesday and told us will be here on Friday, never got a call from them that they can’t come. We waited for them 2 whole days and now rather than compensating us they are being so rude and not telling us when are they Delevering our fridge and picking up the wrong fridge that can’t fit in our fridge space. I would not recommend them at all, as they are the worst.

Could have given negative 5 stars as they have the worst customer service, send my tv late 2 days and charged me for a delivery as I asked I have an electrician coming will tv get delivered today answer was yes never came Eletrician charged me for the visit they have just sorry to say. Before selling the products they act very polite after selling zero customer service. Manager-Jayden is the worst how cannot Good Guys head office not looking into complaints. They have Managers who do not act properly and effecting the Good Guys reputation. Will never buy anything from Good Guys in the Future.

Popped in to purchase a TV recently. Was greeted at the door ,good start... went to the TV section, wandered around for at least 20 minutes, not one staff member came anywhere near us So we selected the TV we wanted and went to Harvey Norman to buy it it, where the service was actually really good bought it at Harvey Norman instead

Custer Service very poor I have ordered Laptop on 31/12/23 8:00am for pickup but until now 3/1/24 4pm haven’t received any notification for your order ready for pickup

We have had a very negative experience with Loganholme good guys and you need to know before you purchase. I went to the store with cash to have our spend up on new sound bar and Tv. The salesman was polite everything going good we have new sound bar and Tv sorted then go and pay for it all in cash. I said I will take the Tv with me as I have a trailer, the salesman says no we have a promotion going that we will deliver it for free. As it was a big Tv I accepted their offer of free delivery. The salesman said it will be delivered on Monday as we bought it on a Saturday we said ok being trusting loyal customers. On Monday we called the loganholme store about what time it might arrive it were told from 1000 - 1400. 1530 still no delivery we called again asking what happened, our phone call redirected to admin it rang out transferred back to sales desk then back to admin “allegedly “ then back to sales Desk, I said to the we just want our tv as promised, I then said I will come down to the shop and sort it out tomorrow. Next morning I ring up before going down to loganholme and was told it will be delivered Today I said ok. I called again at 1230 and was told I will receive a txt 30 minutes before arrival I said ok. I called back at 1430 asking is it still coming and was told no the Tv is here but won’t be delivered unit next Thursday. My husband is went down Loganholme good guys to clear what is actually going on cause no one seems to know what is going on. A salesman started apologising he was told we don’t want your apologies we just want the Tv as you promised ! What can we do for you they say trying to smooth out there lies after there web of deception to get the sale. When I asked for my cash back I was given it on card no cash, I told them have been we where a customer of yours for 15 years we are now replacing the original appliances we bought from them years ago and you have just lost a loyal customer who pays cash. We are very disappointed with what’s just transpired, bgoodbye Goodguys Loganholme had enough of your lip service and lies. I will now go gladly out of my way for future household appliances and hopefully find a shop who can deliver on there promises

I am a long-term customer of this store - in simple way all my appliances / TVs are from this store. So far experience was great but this time it has been a big stuff up. Ken and Adam are great bloke, they did give me an excellent price and trusted service. Adam called me to give me free installation for TVs as they came up with the deal otherwise, I wouldn't have known about it and refunded my money for installation. But ... not sure where it all went peered shape regarding installation. My TVs were to be installed today via Hook Up guys and to my surprise it was not on their list and informed me the web work order for installation was cancelled on 24/11 by good guys. So, it became my problem and had to call Good Guys admin team. Next installation date available was 29/12. I asked them to check another vendor and they booked me with hang my TV guys for 20/12 (as this is what was showing up on their system). They advised me to call them to confirm this. Hang up guys said they can't do it on 20/12 and earliest available was 27/12. So, what was customer's fault? When I asked Good Guys why the work order for installation was cancelled - they said they can't tell why! This literally has ruined my Christmas plans - not going on holidays anywhere and whole idea was to just spend family time together, watch movies - kids on school break and were eagerly waiting for 2 TVs to be installed. Sorry guys, not done. All years of trusted loyalty has gone down the drain. ** Editing my review ** – just for one person Ken. Normally he gives me follow up call. He called me couple of days ago and I told him all about this. He was very apologetic. But not only this, he went out of the way to arrange private installer, paid him out of his pocket and got everything done in 2 days. I do hope Good Guys reimburse him for his expense. Rare to find people like Ken in this world. Mate, as said you are like Santa to my kids. They can enjoy their holidays now. God Bless!

Bought a Hisense air con here this September, we noticed an irregular noise from the outdoor unit when the air con was off. The installation is provided by the good guys from their contractor. The electrician came again to figure out the problem but unfortunately he said he could do nothing if the noises did not happen when he was here. It is ok because the sound sometimes happens sometimes not, I understand he cannot wait here for too long, and I cannot predict when the noises will happen. Then we booked a home repair service with Hisense Team through The Good Guys, but now it has been months and no one actually comes yet, even after phone contact . The store marked my air con as faulty, explained to me if it turned out to be a sound product after checking then I had to cover the costs.It is fine, but HOW COULD it be a sound product with such a noise (like dadadadada and then like moves of chains) ? They also said they would provide me with a proof of installation to claim the rebate but nothing I received. Think twice before using their installation service. The staff at this store are nice but their problem-solving seems ridiculous. ACCC might be my last and only resort left because no one really cares.

If you enjoy standing around in a store for 20min it’s before eventually getting so frustrated that you need to go to the front counter and ask for help, then this is your kind of store. Otherwise I’d suggest JBHIFI or Harvey Norman for a better use of your time.
