The manager is a left-wing Weirdo! He looks people up & down and decides who's 'worthy' of shopping in the store. I don't go there anymore, he tries to incite me!

I brought an item and really liked so i decided to get a second one which they organised through another store... Within 48 hrs both items broke down... Went in on monday and they were fantastic offered a refund or they would replace the staff were so helpful highly recommend them

I was in at Jaycar Beenleigh needing to buy a 12v Dc power adaptor and when I went in and up to the counter I asked a gentleman by the name of Tom for help and he was absolutely amazing he took me over to the area where they were and grabbed one for me. Back at the counter he explained to me what to do next as there are multiple fittings that can be used. I asked him if he could set it up for me and he went ahead and did it .No effort , no trouble. Tom was very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful.Thankyou

I've visited this store heaps of times. The staff are always helpful and if they don't have what your looking for they will tell you where to find it even if it's at a competitors store. Good on you Jaycar Beenleigh

Always helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Not All Jaycar shops have technically able people but some staff know more about fundamental electronics whilst others are stronger in other areas but the Beenleigh staff are always able to assist at most levels when I ask.

I have visited Jaycar stores around the Gold Coast and generally good service. However I do want to highly commend Dylan at the Beenleigh store for exceptional customer service and general knowledge for products in store. I live on a yacht. I purchased lithium batteries, wind generator, 12v to 240volt inverters, lights, refrigerator plus lots more. Good technical advice. Go Jaycar

Great shop very helpful staff

You could consider me a 'regular' to this Jaycar store, I am seemingly always in there on weekends buying components or odds & ends for my various hobby projects. So Ican confirm that the staff are always helpful and know their stuff if I am (rarely) ever slightly unsure. I highly recommend them if you are tinkering with anything electrical and as a keen electronics hobbyist, am thankful they still exist in this age of 'black boxes'

Staff were very helpful and they had everything in stock. I was able to repair a $250 amplifier with less than $5 worth of components...

Disgusting customer service and staff including the Manager Shane who dispite bringing it to his attention couldn't care less if his staff blatantly offended and gave attitude to repeat paying long standing customers who have spent thousands of dollars in this store. I will never forget this and will never be returning to this store !!! Shame on you Jaycar for allowing this behaviour in staff and management!

Phoned explained i would be there on 4pm, arrived 3 minutes past I knocked on the door shrugged his shoulders and said we are closed. Jaycar Aspley walks circles around you guys.

Had to get TV going after a breakup. I knew the antenna worked previously. Bought new TV, booster, and cables from big W. TV still didn't work. After talking to Shane over the phone he knew my problem and had me sorted cheaper than big W. Should have gone there 1st. And alot cheaper than the $120 call out fee. Thanks Shane. Very much. 😀

Purchased two LED strips for a fix for a broken Skylight and wasn't impressed with the very unhelpful sales guy and leaving the store vowed to never return. Durr, took one strip back cos I didn't know they were pole sensitive and the EXTREMELY helpful guy tested it, explained politely they are pole sensitive and spent an exceptional amount of time for a no sale. Thanked him, shook his hand and left the store wondering what I could buy there again. So impressed I write this review.. THANKYOU ...
