I have visited this hotel a few times over the past couple of months and keep coming bavk because of the Good old fashioned customer service... Rose, in gaming always goes above and beyond, we always feel our patronage is valued. Thank you again for the beautiful service.

I had the most amazing Hot Cookie Dessert, recommended by the wonderful staff member Renay! The dessert was absolutely delicious, and I truly appreciate when staff go above and beyond to provide exceptional service. Renay’s friendly and knowledgeable recommendation made the experience even better. I’ll definitely be referring all my friends and family. Highly recommend!

What a great local. The $15 midweek special is so great. Kids loved the playground and we liked that you can sit right near them and see everything. Will definitely be back

Food is spot on. Parmy with brisket is amazing. Coconut prawn starter is great too.

I was blown away by my experience here. The fish tacos are delicious, the food in generally is beautifully presented and the staff are highly professional and friendly. I just moved next door and am looking forward to being a regular.

Love visiting this place. Excellent playground for the kids and the food is always delicious. We usually go on weekends but this time we were able to purchase the weekday specials. Such a good price and the meals were huge.

Can't fault this place, great deals on meals and great service . Also has a good playground for the kids .

Nice hidden little gem. Has happy hour from 3pm to 5pm. good if you just want a peaceful quiet drink after work.

Absolutely amazing food! We had 3 courses and everything was delicious. The cookie skillet was hands down my favourite though!

Love the atmosphere at this relaxed, clean, feeling safe and fun pub! The staff are so welcoming, particularly Rose and Renee who made our night by showing such great and friendly patron service. They were so helpful and polite and just made us want to come back to this pub! It’s hard to find friendly service in hospitality these days but this pub and those two staff members provided this with a 10 star! ⭐️ we will be back for sure!

Great food and decor; inside becomes a little loud during peak hours so would suggest sitting outside the main dining area.

We celebrated our Christmas break-up party at the Wattle. What a lovely time we had. Our groups meals were served wirh out a hiccup. Everybody enjoyed what they ordered. The only small issue we had was that one ladies meal was cleared away before she was finished. The kitchen compensated her very well with a take-home pack. We were quiet noisy as we had games and lots of laughter. Thank you to the staff who cared for our group. Thanks, Wattle. we will be back.♥️

The gaming room is delightful, well spaced out and super nice. Probably the best on the coast that I've been to and ive been to a couple... Staff where super nice aswell ✌️

Our regular go to place for our family during tough financial times - friendly customer service, great food and plenty of off street parking and indoor playground for children :)

Update: I just got a call from Peter from the Wattle Hotel team, and I was incredibly impressed with his professionalism and concern about this issue. He mentioned that he’d also spoken with my grandfather. I really appreciated not just the apology but also for following up and investigating how this occurred. Thank you Peter. — Got food poisoning from the fish and chips. I’ve been disgustingly sick for the last 4 days and have had to take time off work to recover. At first I just thought it could have been the fish I ate here, but then called my grandfather who also got the fish and chips to learn that he got sick too - so now I’m certain it was the fish. 😭

Attended the new Pub Trivia tonight and it was a joke. Firstly ordered fish and chips but the plate came with no chips. Then, after receiving the chips I couldn’t eat the fish as it hadn’t been cooked through. The pubs close by produce way better quality food & charge less $ for food and drinks. Unfortunately I won’t be back and I’ve been a regular customer for nearly 3 years.

It’s a nice bright welcoming setting with plenty of seating area. The staff are friendly and serving with a smile. The food however was a bit disappointing. We ordered steak and chicken parmigiana. The steak was slightly burnt ( medium well) and the sauce was too watered down, not thick and didn’t have much taste.

Nice venue, great food, and friendly staff... But drinks are quite a bit overpriced. $15 for a jug of soft drink feels excessive. Would have given a perfect score if not for that.

Went to try out the $15 meal specials, ordered cheese burger which was awesome according to my son and I had the steak which was so tender and cooked perfectly, absolutely awesome dinner. Shout out to Emily who was so friendly and professional, a great employee.

A great place for a beer, to grab a bite to eat or to take the kids to hang out in the play area. The food is always great. Plus we're always greeted with a smile and a hello from Jess.

Awesome nite, got our table for 14 right next to the play ground, kids loved it, staff were extra friendly, especially Jess the duty manager. She hooked it up with the kids ice cream and quick turn around of food. Although it was busy food came out quickly and 14 x meals at that!!! Fed 14 peeps 7kids 7adults for under $250

Shoutout to Staff Member Rose in gaming, she goes completely above and beyond for every single customer that walks in & makes you feel so welcomed. Rose is always offering beverages or food, making you feel comfortable, or is even down for a chat if you need. The wattle are beyond lucky to have such a amazing staff member.

I have recently moved to Upper Coomera and have attended the Wattle on a number of occasions. The staff are outstanding , the food is amazing. I would like to pay a special mention to Rose. She has created a great atmosphere and it’s safe to say that this is my new local. Thanks Rose!

I am a support worker that comes here weekly with my client who plays the pokies. The service is fantastic and the staff are really friendly especially the lovely Rosie who's great service makes my client feel at home and wants to come back every week.

I just wanted to mention that Rose the new gaming manager is fantastic, always provides service with a smile and is always accommodating, welcome to the Wattle Rose, also all of the new gaming staff over the past few months are great. I still love the old crew that are still here but thought it was worth the mention of how the regular patrons feel about the new staff.
