We booked a barefoot bowls event for our business and even though we started later than expected, the bowls coordinator was amazing. He ran the whole thing from start to finish, communicated well and set us up games to play, he was also great with the kids and the kids all had a ball playing rubber bowls. The chips/wedges we ordered were fresh and delicious also.

We found this little gem about 2.5 years ago . Back then the food was great. In the last 18 months since the Reno of the kitchen we cannot find one positive apart from the friendly staff and well priced drinks. We were coming regularly once or twice a week and couldn’t fault. Now I’ve had a burger served raw, the pizzas have no flavour nor do the garlic bread for $9. The menu is basically fried food and chips or too expensive for what it is . I understand food is going up but it’s not hard to meet a standard and keep up with it. We keep going back every six weeks or so thinking it may have picked up again but now not so sure when or if we will be back . It’s a shame because we did love it as our local. Chefs , go and try the menu at KDV Sports and see how to cook a meal . Disappointed is all I can say.

Three of us went for lunch & it was sooo good. The Chef must be commended on the Barramundi it was moist & delicious. The medium rare Steak, actually was medium rare & very tender. The battered Schnapper so crispy & all in all a wonderful experience we will definitely be back.

Our three families celebrated Father's Day at the bowls club playing bare foot bowls. We have 5grand children which had such a fun time,sometimes bowling better than the older ones😂😄. This was all because of the most lovely volunteer,her name being Rose. Rose your such an inspiration to the club and such a fun,caring person. Thankyou so much!!

My partner and his brother go there often and can never complain. Sunny makes the BEST Chicken Caesar Salad!!! He also cooks a great Rump Steak. Staff are great.

Christmas function get together. Lovely Lawn, bowls. Taste Pizza and Sandwich platters. Jugs of Cold Icy drinks. What you need after playing barefoot bowls in the Sun. Lucky cool breeze sitting on side benches underneath awnings. I didn't actually look around the recently renovated club but did look fresh, shiny and new.. looking forward to next visit.

Should be - 0 stars, was assured by duty manager that big screens for Melbourne Cup day would be screening Sky Racing but they chose to screen Channel 10, food is second rate and over priced, I agree with a previous Review - the manager Steve is rude and hasn't got a clue how to attract younger people to the club, seriously need to get themselves a younger Manager with some people skills. Go elsewhere for your entertainment/meals

Was shocked at how expensive it was... Very expensive for a full dinner experience for families......and I'm not including drinks. Don't get me wrong, awesome cooks and talented kitchen staff....but... For a Bowls Club, most retired folks, the menu was super expensive and no more $5 roasts for seniors was very disappointing. Was actually shameful as I thought this place offered some economic relief like the Old Days for our elders in the community...not any more sadly....just pokies and high priced meals.👎

The food is terrible,I got eye fillet last week,steak so tuff ,unable to eat ,the salad was brown,$39 for a meal you couldn't eat...they're don't care about the bad food as it's been this way for years ,sad but true high prices for the worst good in Nerang,fish is frozen from Campbell's..you can buy for $3 ....plus there roasts are the worst ..fatty..tuff leathery and my dog wouldn't eat it even.....he walked away from bowl...that's how bad it is and the prices are unreal so high..a burger $20..stay away from there bad food

Disgraceful language from an old Irish woman in front of my kids last night. Told her to please mind her language and she threatened to tell her husband who apparently was a director of the club and would have us removed. We left without receiving our food. Never returning absolute disgrace of a place.

Very friendly staff

They are presently under going an extension to the building, but are still operating. The new extension is looking good. It will double the club's dining area. Looking forward to seeing it completed. Coffee is good and meals are reasonably priced.

Great Steak meal washed down with a cold beer. Prices here are reasonable compared to other bowls clubs Ive dined at. Will be back again soon.
