I bought a beautiful summer dress, wore it once, put it through the wash, wanted to wear it again today, but saw it was torn on the stitch line at the side. Unfortunately I chucked my receipt when I got home. Very disappointing.

Staff very helpful, walked all of store to show me particular Christmas light, as they seemed to be in several locations

There is always something available with stock nothing never runs out. Staff are helpful.

Big shout out to Madison for going above and beyond to help us find a particular size. She truly went beyond her job title to help us. She is an asset to your team

Disgraceful customer service

4/11/24 7:30pm It feels wrong even giving this store a 1 star. Do not come to this store, unless you want to get your time wasted and have a brain aneurysm. A toddler would’ve been more competent than staff member “Brayden” at the service counter. At 6:30pm, I payed for the 1hr photo printing service. At 7:30pm, I returned with no one at the counter, I could hear two staff members laughing and chatting in the back. I rang the bell to grab their attention. Unbeknownst to me, the next few minutes would be the most abysmal ‘customer service’ I have ever endured. Staff member “Brayden” apathetically informed me he was unaware of the print job and never printed it - he told me to come back in hr or next day. If I wanted to wait until tomorrow, I would’ve paid for the cheaper service. At this point it was almost 8pm, I had done all my errands and all other stores were closed (to browse). I also informed him I did not live in the area. He responded by saying “It’s not his fault, and that I had to go upto the counter and tell him to print the photos” and I replied to him and said “why is this not stated at the computers then? I have never had to do this at any other Kmart location. When has it ever been the customers job to REMIND workers to print photos? He repeated multiple times “What do you want me to do?” Um, I want you to do your actual job? Maybe stop flirting with your female co worker and you might be able to do your tasks, champ. This guy needs to be 1000km away from the service counter, and be in the back packing and sorting boxes instead. Or better yet, not have a job at all. I understand mistakes happen, but the way this was handled makes me lose faith in humanity.

There was no trolleys in the store. When I asked the staff member at door he said I had to walk outside across the road to the trolley bay and get my own as Kmart head office don’t pay for enough staff for them to have a trolley person. If you want people to spend money in the store then we need a trolley and shouldn’t have to go get our own. I’m active and healthy and able. What about people who aren’t?

I was just in kmart (11:58 - 7/10/24) and the guy at the front, his name was Zeke, and he was so nice! Really refreshing to see such great customer service. He was really enthusiastic and so nice. Helped us with everything and did it with a smile. 11/10 would recommend. Shoutout to Zeke!!

What a beautiful friendly store!!! I wasn’t feeling well and the staff when above and beyond to organise my large purchased item to the customer pick up loading dock and helped load it into my car! I’m blown away with the kindness. Thank you xoxo

I was at Kmart on Friday, the line was so long because apparently there was a show happening but the staffs were so fast. I was served by Sue, great customer service.

Seriously may want to hire some staff with half a brain in their heads, how hard is it to put clothes on the correct size hangers. Was looking to buy a complete new work wardrobe today 11 Aug 24. And could not find a single item that was hung on the right size hanger. Ended up going to Lowes instead.

Don’t bother with click and collect. I stood waiting in the cold for 30mins to collect my order. I opted for this because I was sick and didn’t want to go into the store. Would’ve been much quicker just to go in. Well done R-tards

I love Kmart with a passion. Weekly visit, thought I would come here for a change. Store quite a bit messy with things everywhere but everywhere I walk there were staff members around. Got to self service payout with a few items and realise the clearance top I found for $2 lost it tag. So I went to an older lady working there asking for a hand with it. She was very adamant on that I needed the managers sticker for her to do anything. I felt a bit off with her attitude on it, I was like it just over there and she kept saying it needed the sticker and that there might be shirt the same without sticker? No options at all offered not even saying if she would look for another one. Thank goodness another worker nearby went and looked even asked for the size. She accepted that it was legit in the clearance section and there was like 3 sizes remaining and got the older lady to put it through. But like she said that only a manager could do it but she ended up doing it anyway? Felt off putting being there will stay at my regular store instead.

The checkouts need to be moved back to the door. So the customers don't get harassed walking out.

Do not buy kmart clothes, very poor quality, they shrink after 1 wash

If I could give zero stars I would, absolutely no customer service and if you do find a staff member it's not there section, but they can't help and can't assist. Honesty I not sure why they claim to have any customer service, this us the worst kmart you could ever go too. Management shoukd be ashamed off themselves.

Don't believe anything on the kmart website. If it says in stock, it's not. Days delay in updating stock on the website one staff member informed me. Really? Even woolworths website updates stock every 2 hours! Do better kmart.

Good range, busy store & sometimes there is a significant que. Go during the slower hours.

Excellent Kmart. Just commenting because a blonde woman with two braids working on the 5/12 working was very rude and demanding to another worker and questioning her whilst she was helping myself and my partner, definitely very unprofessional and I'd hate to work with somebody like that everyday.

I spoke with a “Nancy” over the phone in search of a particular item and I couldn’t have been more impressed with the positive attitude and service she provided. Not only did she go to great lengths to look for the item for me but also took my details incase she was able to find the item today when unloading stock! Amazing customer service and such a lovely experience compared to the service I’d received from the brownsplains store!

Will not return back to this store, the staff were pleasant and helpful. The store is absolutely disorganised, as for the cleanliness the floors looked like they hadn't been cleaned in weeks,the manager of this store needs to take a walk around.

disorganised, untidy and filthy store. Stock everywhere, stolen stock / boxes throughout. Wanted to look at Christmas stuff but was all picked through and boxes opened. Such a shame cause I see what I want to buy on TikTok but can’t come see it in person without feeling like I need to shower after leaving this store 🤢

This is a nice, larger sized Kmart inside the Logan Hyperdome. It has a large variety of products available, though the selection in most product ranges is limited. It's nice to see a good balance of self-service and manned checkouts available in this store. Disappointed that they don't have much range in plus size clothing for men or women. The store is always busy. There is a lack of visible signs and items are often not grouped together logically. Still a nice store overall.

Hubby needed some pants. It was such a mess. Sizes mixed up, no order, clothes all over the place. He couldn't find his size pants anywhere. There was pants in number sizes, mixed with letter sizing. Then shirts everywhere. We were absolutely disgusted by the disorganisation. Absolutely overwhelming. Please tidy up. You lost a purchase that day.

Don't know if the staff member I spoke to today was having a bad day, but she was extremely rude and I asked her where I could find a particular item she just said over there" didn't day where just "over there" I thanked her and she just rolled her eyes at me... Like okay you hate your job but don't need to be a troll."

I was having trouble looking for stuffed toys. A lovely young worker named Shannon soon came up to me and asked if I needed any help. She found exactly what I was looking for. Great service here!

Tried to return some bedsheets that did not meet my requirements to Sharon. Her behaviour was unacceptable, borderline rude and very dismissive. In all my years working retail, hospital and sales I've never experienced behaviour like this before.

Absolutely ridiculous staff. I did an online order, i called to confirmed stock. I then came in 6-7 hours later only for them to say it hasn't been done. I then asked if i could go grab the items and he just mark it as i collected them and the rude gentleman said i can grab the items but only if i pay for them again and wait 7 days for a refund. I work in customer service and literally couldn't believe the disrespect from this boy. 100% will not be shopping here again.

Met this fella named tasish, even though he's a little bit dadl, he helped bring me back to life. I had a heart attack and Braun tumour appear simultaneously, tasish made sure to put me on the ground and perform brain surgery on me and save me from a heart attack too, god bless tasish

Trying to find a couple of Polo shirts and this mess is supposed to be the polo shirt display rack.

The store was like a bomb hit it never ever have I been to such an untidy shop in all my life it was like no one worked there I took a video as it was beyond disbelief wish I could post the video on here

Registers in the middle are terrible

Great staff managing low inventory. I've had encounters with many staff members who go above and beyond to help with requests. It is quite a busy store so the shelves aren't always perfect or pristine, and sometimes, the stock is low or not reflected accurately on the website, but the people who work there work hard. It's a popular Kmart.

Bought a set of QB sheets. Fitted sheet was double bed size not QB size. Visited Service desk only to be told that once the sheet is out of its packiging its yours, we will not exchange. I did not want an exchange, I wanted a correctly sized fitted sheet for my mattress. Sorry, that is how it is, so the lady behind the counter. I say sorry Kmart, not good enough.

Tasish is a great worker

This guy named Tashish that works here is a pretty cool guy, I asked him if he wanted his wee wee sucked, but he denied since he is a very hard worker. Give him a raise fr.

that tasish guy that works in this establishment is the best! Tiki s*cker p*nched my 10 year old kid, meanwhile tasish saw my kid passed out and he gave my boy CPR! that ben employee just stood there laughing! What a disgrace to this store! Anyway, the day after i went in there to praise tasish for his great work, and thats when i saw him lifting 5 pallets of stock by himself! What a strong little man! I have never seen someone have enough pride and joy into his work, tasish is the best! all praise tasish!

dealt with Tasish last week and his customer service was phenomenal. he gave my kid a lolly, it made him really sick but it was the thought that counts.

This Tasish guy is amazing, helped me around the entire store and makes sure the store is in good shape unlike some of the other staff.

Excellent service from one of your workers Ben. I normally shop around 7:30 to 8:00pm and notice that some of the workers finish at this time. I understand they want to go Home but at least point me in the direction of someone or in the area atleast. Ben was different he helped me when and was really polite and respect my baby was asleep and he was taking quite which I thought was very respect full. He walked me over and directed to the perfect item. Even my 7 year said he was so polite! My respects go to Ben 🤝

Thank you from the bottom of my heart to Tiki who just went above and beyond to help me find a product I was looking for whilst trying to juggle a baby. Very disappointing that the team member I spoke to before tiki was rude and couldn't be bothered helping me, wish I had of got her name too!!

Worst Kmart I've been too. Op shops clothing section looks better then kmarts clothing area. Op shops at least have woman's with woman's tops with tops oh and in size order!! Photos show male cloths and females mixed together, tops pants together, all sizes together, wrong size hanger to size of item attached. Oh EVEN DRINK IN THE POCKET OF PANTS! I asked for size of pants I found they said they will check back while they checked back i found the size myself in another section lady came back and said we don't have that size I said you do cause here they are I found while I waited she said oh OK. Then went back to change room area! 2 of them. Put 1 full time on tiding the area to size and item order until it's fixed. Absolutely disgusting left buying nothing I'll go to a Op shop instead easier and cleaner. And no it was a clearance rack, all full price and video shoes sections and sections of the same mess.

So apparently, Kmart doesn't offer its customers the benefit of following the Australian Scanning code of practice .. Shoe tagged at $20 scans at $25 and somehow this is my problem .. thanks but no thanks Kmart ..please do better

Whatever has happened to phone service, waiting on an extension call for 30minutes is disgusting customer service...3 rings use to be an accepted time to wait. SHAME ON YOU KMART. No personal service anymore, listening to an automated message is NOT service.

Staff are untrained and unprofessional as well as rude. I asked few of the young ones about the product as online it say’s available they don’t even know how to answer the question. So rude.

I love k mart especially for fitness gear ... always something new...however disappointed with 2 young female sales assistants who would rather flirt with a young man than do their job of customer service.

Workers are all ways on their phones and not foused on working

Most of the time I come here there’s no one doing the check out and it’s only self checkout yet there’s 2-3 staff hovering around the self checkout area. This is not just targeted at the loganholme store most Kmart stores in general. Stuck of how there’s no personal interaction anymore seem like they don’t want to do customer service and just want shoppers to use the self checkout. I want someone to pack my bags, staff need to do there jobs not rely on computers. And the check the receipt on the way out it’s a joke they only look at the receipt sometimes they will have a brief look in the bag but what’s that’s achieving

In the last year everytime I come to this kmart it is a disguisting. It's not cleaned or organised you can't successfully drive a pram or trolley around the underwear area without running over 150+ underwear on the floor nothing is in the correct spot it's all over the place... staff are amazingly kind though.

i don’t normally leave reviews but the girl on the service desk this afternoon was extremely nice and gave great customer service. I believe her name was annie. She definitely deserves some appreciation !
