Not bad for what it is. There’s (predictably) not many vegetarian options, but they do have some. Large portions, also as you’d expect from a club.

A beautiful club with exceptional people. Of all the clubs I have been too I would rate Club Helensvale at No.1. I have never been to a club with friendlier staff. In particular Caleb, Kelly, and Jorja. Thankyou, on many occasions going out of your way to make every visit a welcoming one. It's what sets your club apart. Have a great day :-).

What a great club. From the meals, facilities and staff to the patrons and the live entertainment. I visited for the first time last night 1/2/25 and thoroughly enjoyed the live entertainment by Chrisc & Mikky. What a surprise it was to see Mikky who I had recently seen on the TV series Headliners. What a star. My only criticism is the very large sport screens being left on behind the stage. There are so many screens elsewhere to be watched and leaving them on behind the stage is such a distraction to the show. Well done though on a fabulous club all round. I'll be back next time I'm in town.

Absolutely wonderful place to visit the friendliest staff so well managed and value for money is incredible. We recently moved house close to this club we don’t play Bowles but enjoy watching those who do. Five stars all round for this place and that comes from a retired retail operations controller of one of the top three retailers in the Uk . Well done to everyone management , staff , cleaners and of course the guy in the buggy transfer from the car park an absolute brilliant touch that my grandchildren loved can’t praise this place enough. Made my wife and I two very happy Pom’s enjoying our retirement life in Helensvale on the Gold Coast . Yes I go on a bit that’s why I retired 🤣

Helensvale Bowls Club has tasty food and friendly staff. My lunch special steak was good and the salad was best I've had. Worth visiting.

Waited far too long in queue for meal , should have 2 people taking orders at peak times. Plenty of staff behind counters but only one serving on bistro.

Belen is always there greeting everyone with a smile, she always makes my wife and I feel welcome. She is a huge part of the atmosphere and is part of the reason why we come back.

Love this Club. We went for their steak lunch special with a drink for only $19. We have been having their steaks at least twice a month. Hubby loves their scooners at $6 for members. Love that their 5 year membership is only $20 too. We also tried their macadamia and caramel slice which is delectable and they also had a cronut which was really nice. They served it with complimentary gluten free ice-cream. Great ambience and close to our home. Great place to go when you want a drink, have a decent meal and play pokies for fun.

Pokies are broken here and they rotate staff like potato chips. Avoid

The food is outstanding, salads are delicious, ambience is great, steak and beef dishes outstanding, 5 stars, highly recommended place for any ocassion or celebration.

We had the best food here. We ordered South American beef skewers, nachos, barramundi dish, beef broccoli noodles, 400g rump steak, pumpkin salad with quinoa . All cooked to perfection - tasty, great portion, great variety. I would recommend this restaurant 5star level. Thank you Club Helensvale for our wonderful new years lunch experience.

Very nice and cheerful environment

Nice , play ground is very big, lots of quality drink and food.

Went to the club yesterday for a meal with my wife. I used the online booking to secure a table and when we got there a table had been reserved for us. I had the 400g rump steak medium rare cooked to perfection, my wife had the pork cutlet again cooked to perfection. We both said it was the best meal dining out we had had for a very long time. All the staff were pleasant and professional in their roles. All in all a very enjoyable afternoon, thanks Club Helensvale

Had an amazing time at the Dean Vegas show on Sat night!! Apart from Dean himself being awesome 🤩, the food we had was absolutely delicious and such great value for money! Thank you Club Helensvale for putting on this fabulous event and my friends and I are looking forward to attending many more in the future 👏👏

I've only been for trivia which has been moved upstairs to the meeting/function room. Hasn't got the usual feel to the night as you feel as if you're about to have a lecture instead of a fun night. It does have a bar so you can get a drink but I'm not sure I'm happy with the new location.

Service was extremely slow. We waited for half an hour and we still have not received our food. Obviously it’s a Friday night and it’s busy but management should put on more staff if it’s a busy weekend. Not happy with the slow service

3 weeks in a row and the meals were fantastic. Presentation showed pride and care and that is so good to see. To top it off exceptional live music with The Hitmen. As this is our local club the changes that have been implemented over the past year are greatly appreciated.

I joined club Helensvale after playing bingo for a few weeks which I really enjoyed. On Saturday, we went for a dinner And the meal was really nice. It was a really lovely evening, and I look forward to doing it again soon.

I was host to a group of over 60's from the Gold Coast for a Dinner event. There were 18 of us in total and we all enjoyed our night out immensely. Our food was good, we were served by a great friendly staff member at the food order and at the bar. Thank you for a great night out.

We love the club and have been going for years and always take friends and family when they visit GC. But we are increasingly frustrated with the loud announcements of the raffles when trying to enjoy a meal in the Bistro diner. There are several screens placed around the restaurant that surely is more than sufficient. We were there recently with family that we haven't caught up with for some time and just ended up leaving due to not been able to communicate after been droned out constantly over a long period of time. It was clear to us while looking around at other patrons that we weren't the only ones frustrated by this also.

Great food, very reasonably priced. Friendly and helpful staff. Good atmosphere sitting outside near the bowling greens. Very small but good children’s playground. Enough to keep the young ones amused.

Large size Bowls club. Lots of greens. Very large off street parking areas. Large size dining area. Medium size sports bar area. large size pokie area. Very clean and tidy. Friendly staff. Patrons mostly stick to themselves or the group's they are in. Meal and drinks specials. Discounts for members. courtesy Van for those who live close enough. Had a sirloin steak salad and chips.. salad was the best part of the meal. Steak was medium rare but bit cold in middle, cooked out of fridge perhaps? Eatable but could of and should of been better. Had a great night on the taps with some solid wins after a meal.

Come in to check out the brand new cafe. Yep, it's new and still selling the same old menu?? Nothing different here. Wondering if the manager finished high school?? No imagination whatsoever. Very dissapointing. New poker machines worse than the previous ones they replaced. Strange how they pay well for one or two days to suck you in, then pay nothing. Sept 2024, pokies worse than ever. Over $500 and not one free spin. I'm done with this club.

We have been many times with good food, but tonight was poor. Crispy pork belly was not crispy at all, roast lamb was over cooked and dry. The menu options have also shrunk in a big way.
