Wouldn’t recommend. They’ll permit entry of patrons highly affected by illicit drugs, causing violence and disruptive behaviour. Better off throwing money down the drain in your local street.

Was being bullied by 2 junkies in the pokies, had signs waving signs over my head after head injuries and being rude. My partner is on a business call and they start calling him a “snitch” saying he’s talking to the police clearly off their heads on drugs and admitting to being on heroin. We were kicked out when responding to such disgraceful and threatening behaviour. Absolutely appalling I won’t ever be attending this venue again no regard for safety! I will now take this up with QCAT as I have received severe trauma from today.

This place is amazing. The beared barman Dan really knew his trade and was very hospitable. After we ordered drinks he gave us some delicious lollies chips nuts for free. He is a great guy and truly a representative of what an Australian gentleman is. Benny the badass doorman was very friendly and polite and made sure we had a good time.

To sum it up this place is so warm and welcoming,nothing is too much trouble for the staff,always kept clean,decided to have a feed and It was the best pub food I've had ,I'll be back,compliments to the chef,say hello to the guy behind the bar he's sure to say hello to you ,thanks guys

Highly recommend this venue. Staff are ALWAYS so warm and friendly. Hate to say it but I do have a favourite.. lol... Reese even though very new always goes over and beyond to make sure everyone is super happy. He's kind, he's genuine and he creates a nice environment for everyone. His Customer Service skills are exceptional! Employee of the year hands down!! 👍👏😊

Fantastic weekend stay with great nights enjoyed at Vegas Gaming Lounge. Manager Dan ensured we were well looked after with fabulous service. A special compliment to the lovely bubbly Summer who kept us in drinks throughout our stay. The service was faultless and good times were had. Thank you Vegas !

Genco and Laura are an absolute credit to the team, personalised service and always have a smile on their face. Brilliant food, couldn't recommend more highly.

Great hotel, many options for good food and drink, rooms available if you have too good a time 😆.

Food was amazing and on time but waited over 40 mins due to only 1 staff member serving totally inadequate staffing for the amount of customers that night

Very nice gaming lounge with a good choice of machines. $7 for a schooner of Byron Bay lager. They have a smoking balcony at the front looking over to the Novotel Hotel and Surfers Paradise Blvd. Very friendly staff. Out the front they have Goldies Restaurant with a great choice of pub food

Not a bad pub, friendly and helpful staff, I wasn't a great fan of the beer that they had on tap, reasonable food, well priced, I thought the chips were a bit dry, but the steak was pretty good, I'd probably go here again

Nice friendly staff, bar 1 Aussie bar tender who thinks it's ok to talk to others while you wait 6 minutes to be served, still talked to others not even acknowledging me, other than what beer I wanted, the female staff were awesome, place was clean and tidy, security were funny to talk to, had me in stitches, from laughing

Ok I'ma keep this short n sweet! I can't help but love a flutter on the pokies from time to time.....so if your that way inclined, then you might like the Vegas lounge..... It's not a huge gaming room, thou it sorta feels quite homely. Well that's how my senses felt about the place neways! Wishing Yall peace and love n happiness to all......🙏😬♉🙂

Excellent little place to have a go at the pokies. Staff are good and there's always a security guard around. Has a smokers area for those so inclined too
