Service was terrible and steak was way over cooked. Out of a party of 1 person had to wait another 40min for their meal.

Greta pub, great layout, great atmosphere and even better staff. Was in a pickle and thought I’d lost a cash ticket in a pokie machine but Tina went above and beyond to sort it out.

The staff are all lovely, especially Tina who always looks after us.

Held off first service experience by assistant manager’T’ walking away and having a laugh with staff when waiting for service in the gaming area!! This time we asked for glass of ice which was ignored and both occasions was a very sour look on face like she doesn’t want to be there - I avoid being served by her now

We had recently enjoyed a wonderful Saturday lunch here at Norfolk Tavern. Not only was the food absolutely delicious (can recommend the Barra) the staff were amazing. Thank you Renee, Ange, and the young lady in training my family really loved they afternoon.

Horrible food, basically inedible. My partner had the fish and chips. Both were not cooked properly. Fish was soggy and chips underdone. Schnitzel was a cheap cut/ borderline pink in the middle and crumbing soggy. Kids cheeseburger was disgusting. Dry and inedible meat patty. Server was rude and basically threw the food on the table with a grumpy look on his face.

We had a beautiful dinner thanks to the wonderful staff, we had a nice big group and one of the members offered to take our group picture so we could all be included! Food was delicious, service was outstanding and the overall atmosphere was so nice it really made our night!

I spend upto 3 days a week here and I am served by Macey, Tina,, Prue and Candice on a regular basis, their interaction and friendly service is what continues to bring me back, it’s employees like them that make a venue family friendly, entertaining with laughter and fantastic service so you feel welcome on each visit

Great lunch spot, I came here with a friend for the first time. Plenty of seating and staff are super friendly. Alot of specials throughout the week as well. Will definitely become a regular lunch/dinner spot.

Had a great time , the manager kia was so welcoming , food was on time and good atmosphere for a Sunday arvo- definitely coming back

Entree and kids meals arrived, waited almost an hour for mains and they didn’t come mind you it was pretty empty during this time - when my partner went to see if everything was ok the chef had said he dropped the pizza.. ridiculous first and last time coming here. Bruschetta was gross, kids chips were still frozen! We ended up requesting a refund for our mains!
