(Tassie) Taylor gave us exceptional service and although you didn’t have the washing machine we wanted she immediately came up with another option and a price that suited our budget. Taylor was an absolute delight to deal with, helpful, knowledgeable on the product and her outgoing bubbly personality topped off our experience. Thanks again and it pays to shop locally. After having to deal with my semi crazy we are buying a big TV today partner and multiple shops in the southern area the crew at Betta Seaford managed to tame the beast. They finally helped us settle on an 85inch monster of a tv the process was super easy and collection even easier super happy with the purchase the staff and manager were great highly recommend.

When you have ADHD and have one of those “I want a new TV and I want it now” moments, so then you hyperfixate on which one you want and start looking for where you can get one 5 minutes ago but the service everywhere you go is crappy so you give up… On the way home we discovered BETTA at Seaford and thought we would try our luck… The guy we were greeted by was awesome and super knowledgeable even when I was adamant I knew what I wanted walking in, he thought something might suit us better and asked if we were happy to look at that TV too… He was spot on and we absolutely love our new 85 inch Hisense TV… The manager was fantastic as well and we ended up coming back in on multiple days to buy more things that my brain decided would make me happy 😂

Great store, great staff. Don't let disgruntled keyboard warriors say otherwise. Always found the staff will either match or beat competition prices, not to mention they will order in items that I can't find on the shelf. Only complaint will be that it's too easy to spend money here on well priced, high quality goods.

Absolutely rubbish in terms of customer service. If you want to feel like you are disturbing the staff’s peace and quiet by trying to purchase something, this is the place for you.

What a terrible place to work at, and buy from. The staff are a fake disgrace and only work for commissions NOT THE COMPANY. Yes they will follow you around the store without a single care about your needs. You will also ALWAYS be promoted to sell what needs to be sold, not for your requirements. GP (GROSS PROFIT) is the only thing that they care about. Also DO NOT GET SUCKED IN TO EXTRA WARRANTY, the staff members will do their utmost to sell this to you. You will only get a replacement warranty if your product is more than $500 otherwise, your warranty cover you for exactly what you need to do yourself and that is to liaise with the manufacturer not the store GO TO HARVEY, local isn’t always BETTA.

Tayla and the team were friendly, helpful and the whole process of purchasing a new TV was a pleasure. They have a great range and expert knowledge. I'll be shopping here in the future and will absolutely be recommending them to friends and family. Thanks again Tayla

We were not very pleased with our experience on this occasion We ordered this 3piece on 30/03/24 was told it was in stock and would be about 2 weeks delivery after 4 weeks we phoned and was told it was still being made and would be ready for delivery 6/06/24 phoned again on 05/06/24 nobody seemed to know anything about it we did later get this sorted out and should be delivered on 11/06/24 during this period we never had any contact from Betta and we are convinced that had we not have contacted as we did nothing would have happened we do not think this is very good service at all we are not first time customers and do not think we were treated with respect

Such a pleasure to have used this company. Would highly recommend. Staff member Naomi went out of her way to source an item for me from interstate which i couldn’t source locally. The other staff i dealt with over the phone were also friendly, polite and efficient. I called on Friday to arrange delivery and it was delivered to me the following Monday morning. Kevin the delivery driver was punctual, friendly and professional.

TV is great. Very happy. Not happy to see the same TV advertised for $200 less in this week's catalogue. Excellent customer service! The product I ordered online was out of stock and I was contacted the following day to let me know. They then contacted the supplier to find out for me when it would be restocked and called me back. Unfortunately I needed the product sooner and had to cancel the sale but they were understanding and accommodating. Fantastic experience and will buy from them again in the future. Often have best prices around too. Highly recommended.

Bought over the years a fridge, kettle, tv,DVD player and more. Fridge played up and got fixed in no time. Got helpful advice for service later. Bought hob and oven lately and had very helpful advice. We prefer a local business above the big ones like Good Guys or Harvey Norman.

Betta service all around! I tried ordering a Dryer from one of the major white goods companies but didn't hear a thing for over a week only to find out they didn't have one in stock. Betta Home Living McLaren Vale kept me up to date throughout the whole ordering process and their prices were much more competitive too. I'll definitely be shopping here in the future. Many thanks

Do not waste your time buying from this company had a microwave that rusted on top a 10 year warranty after going to head office they offered a store credit I paid for a upright freezer they kept on giving reasons to why it had not been delivered was told I would be getting a refund after calls and emails still no refund so the store is hopeless looks like I will have to go to consumer affairs this will cost them a lot more so don't waste your time fuel or effort in going to this store

This Retail store would have to be the worst i have ever dealt with. They received a credit from LG under a warranty claim over 5 months ago and here i am today still trying to claim what is mine. They ignore emails, they never call you back when you phone them and the list goes on. Look through the reviews here, and i am not the only one who mentions their ignorance. Am now having to go through the entire legal process just to claim what is mine. Pathetic!

Had to warranty a TV that I bought online from here and was expecting it to be a lot of hassle. The people working here are awesome, put me at ease and kept in touch over the whole process. They even followed up to make sure the replacement was working. Thanks so much for the great service!
