On 15/2/25 I had a last minute wedding program to print for my daughter’s wedding. I was forever grateful to staff member Nicky. She went above and beyond and made sure the wedding program was exactly how we wanted it printed as a 4 x page double sided A5 booklet as it included the couple’s journey and how they met. Thanks for your service Nicky!

The staff at this store must be very unhappy, you feel it from the moment you walk in the door, when you ask for help it feels like your asking for the world and feel you shouldn't have asked for help in the first place. Very depressing service.

Went in store to purchase Ipad and pen for my son - no stock (my bad for not checking). Places a click and collect order and it was ready to pick up from my local store - Pimpama, next day. Fast & Easy service.

Most useless staff ever, went in here to buy a 2025 Calendar, would be easy to find here I thought but I couldnt have been more wrong. 3 different staff members gave me 3 different locations for them but all of them wrong. I went through the entire shop but could not find them anywhere. After 15 mins I gave up and went to Reject Shop and picked it up in 1 min. These 15 minutes at Officeworks is time that I will never ever get back..

Bought a desk which had a broken drawer. Still put the thing up because surely Officeworks can replace the drawer. Nope.. Have to return the whole desk. Wait 2-7 weeks for a newly ordered one to come in. Fabulous.

I should not be asked and feel shamed into donating to the Smith family at the check out after purchasing a item. shame on you 😕.

Imagine holding an item for a customer at Christmas time and calling them when the customer is on the way to the store saying they can’t hold it! Absolute joke of a store and the staff!!

I have always received excellent service when using the printing and copying section of this business.

Horrible service ordered at the store they said it would be in the next day (all paid) they send email you can track the original date of arrival was the day after I ordered it. Every day I look at the tracking it just goes up by a day it's now been 3 weeks and still nothing has happened (otger than the eta increasing a day...again) can't call them, can't email them.... useless

I shopped at OW Loganholme today. I spoke to 2 staff members about an item that I was interested in buying. After 25 minutes of conversation regarding which item in the range was the best for my Needs. After they had researched each Item in range And comparing quality for money, I decided on which one I would buy. Only to find out they had none. The staff were very accommodating and helpful and located the item I wanteddown at the Pimpama Officeworks. They contacted Pimpama and ask them to put this item on hold for me and I would go down and get it straight away. While at the Pimpama store, I was amazed at the size and the variety, quantities, ranges And the amount of stock on hand. I was assisted by a staff member named Sue. Sue was Very pleasant and eager to assist me. I had already picked up the item that I had on hold but continued to Shop for more stationary. Sue provided me with Product information, and helped Me by recommending a few more items. My experience while shopping at Pimpama Officeworks was enjoyable. It actually made me disappointed with Loganholme Officeworks and we also have a small Bunnings. The manager was away so I provided feedback to the Relief Manager. I would happily recommend shopping at Pimpama Officeworks.

Products are great but it’s really sad that staff aren’t so much. My mother needed to print a document and went to the printing counter to ask them to print it. They told her to do self serve. She had no idea what to do and I went in to help her. It ended up being a document that couldn’t be printed at the self serve and the same lady had to help. She acted as though she didn’t want to help at all. Couldn’t even look at us and had no customer service skills at all. As we left there was four staff members standing at the door all talking. Sad that poor customer service can put you off a store so bad.

Some extremely unprofessional and rude staff- yelling “were closed” as they walk away from the locked store before the advertised closing time. Received a message just 5 mins before that saying my order was ready and refused me entry before closing. Also Can never find staff for help when you need them and then they don’t know where your item is anyway.

Worst passport size photo everr taken my photo had got a shadow of my chin under my neck. How can they click such a disgusting photo when they know that it is for an official document neverrr going there back again waste of my money travelling there with uber and waste of my money taking the photo even the i wish I could give a zero star veryyy unsatisfactory

Everytime i come to this store , staff have an excuse of not printing and software doesn’t work. Seems like they never wanted to help any customer and rather love walking and talking . A proper training should be provided to staff to help out customers. Worst OFFICEWORK experience ever….

Wouldn’t print ONE page for a sticker that’s 10cm by 15cm until tomorrow morning. Takes 2 seconds to do and they were plenty of staff walking and talking not doing much so absolutely disgusting service!

I have so much thankyous to say to the staff at Office Works Pimpama who helped me to sort out a mistaken product. I am almost blind and was treated with great care while there. The staff are absolutely amazing. Great credit to all of them.

Awful. Fobbed off. Never again. 8.49 Thurs 29.8.24 Asked to have document printed. Store was empty Told to use self serve. Code didnt respond. Printed blank A4 Went to counter again for help. Told to try another printer. Grumpy, straight faced blonde lady. Asked again if she could print out for me. No, we are busy. Walked out, over it. Compton Rd later in day. Great friendly staff, helpful and polite.

absolutely atrocious. When you need a document printed and binded ASAP you think to go to office works. Iv been to office works 3 times in my life and NEVER walked out with what i walked in there for. Pimpama store staff was useless and rude. To the point where im wroting a literal review because of how angry i am. Disappointing

Usually love this store, however I received the absolute worst customer service from AJ last weekend, you're staff could do with some proper training.

Maybe the managers need to look at The communication skill towards elderly Customers I was there today and had a young sales women whom had I don't care attuide You are elderly go somewhere else. Young ones need to remeberbrespect

guy told me to click and collect the order that i was just going to purchase in store the next day, ended up getting an email saying they are out of stock (they weren’t) they literally had the extract item on hold IN STORE! now i have to wait for a refund (i paid with afterpay as im a fully time uni student) and now have to fork out an extra $1.5k grand out of my own pocket while waiting for this refund

Staff who does printouts there at print section are so rude that they made me feel like guilty that I am asking them to work. Throwing papers and ripping them aggressively after she couldn't print it propely. For a single page printout with lamination, they made such a big deal. I was there with my kids, even my kids were asking why she is so annoyed. Guys not everyone is good with computers if someone ask for help either do it or just say no. Please don't be rude.

I have been here multiple times and the way the staff speak to customers is absolutely disgusting. Not just myself but I've heard them talking to other customers with attitude and disrespect. Some training in simple customer service and people skills would go a long way for these rude employees. Officeworks Pimpama, get your staff into line.

The staff in office works pimpama are rude, unhelpful and always have an excuse as to why ‘ all managers’ are busy. Cant get any solid communication and they send the rudest and unprofessional member to speak to you, even my 7 year old asked your staff member why she was so rude. Do better people this is office works and not the government

Would not recommend for getting photos printed. Had several issues including two of my 8x10 photos missing and the staff seemed annoyed when I followed it up.

I always come here. Not just for the products and service but for the staff. You're welcomed with a big friendly smile when you enter. I was impressed that 2 seconds after I started looking for something the lovely Michelle asked me if I was looking for something which I was and she pointed me straight to it. Plus the manager there is amazing! Thank you! You make life so easy!

Wow the level of service at pimpama branch is diabollicy bad. 4 staff to customer ratio but act as though theyre offended when you need help, not an isolated incident, have been spoken to rudely , sighed at etc by three different staff. Asked for help using the app to order and was told noon ein the entire store could help me with it

I asked to use the toilet and was told ‘it’s out of order’ before another staff mentioned that they don’t like the public using it. I had to walk down to the reject shop to use there’s. Really nice people 👎

The wonderful staff member, mother of 4 who helped me today was probably the most kindest and helpful people I have met. She made a stressful situation seem so simple I am so grateful to her ☺️ thank you !!! Highly recommend !

No greeting when I walked through the doors, when I asked for help I was treated rudely like I was a nuisance. Then when I wanted a 12 page book binded together I was told I needed to make an appointment and it would take 2 hours! I called a local printing place and they said just bring it in. That was after I waited for the people behind the counter to acknowledge me while they had a conversation. My visit was on Friday the 12th 3-4 pm. The young lady at the register was the only polite person I spoke to.

Poor customer service. First time I’ be come across an Officeworks store where no one bothered to check if you need help. Surly staff as if it is the customer’s fault that they have to work on Boxing Day. Wanted to buy an expensive item but staff were all at the counter pretending they were busy despite no customer was queuing to pay. I would rather go to another branch in future.

Went to print photos the other night for our parents Xmas presents. Did self serve. After 30 minutes of the photos not printing went to the desk and advised them. A young lady came out and said wait a few more minutes, after 15 more minutes nothing. Asked at the desk again and was told there must be a fault and you will receive a text tomorrow when they are ready. Call Officeworks Pimpama at lunch time the next day to be told that they won't print for some reason and said sorry. Bad luck that I have paid for photos and never got them. Great service team, not.

Hi guys, you really need to have more than 1 register that accepts cash. Over the weekend I went into your store to purchase an item which I was hoping to be in and out within a couple of minutes only to wait for an extended period of time due to the register that accepts cash not moving at all. I prefer to use cash for my purchases as it's convenient, no issues with banks being down or eftpos not working. I've been a long time customer for my personal needs as well as my business needs but unfortunately your stores are no longer convenient for me so I'll be taking all of my business elsewhere. It's really disappointing to see so many businesses cutting down or removing cash transactions, people want to use cash!!

I go here to do my printing. Most staff are great. Michael a young bloke is particularly good. There is one older grumpy guy. It is a well located store. The ptinting does not allow to pages to be printed on one A4 page, that is an omission that Officeworks should fix. The opening hours are okay but one earlier start time in a week which be helpful, say 7am - then I could print stuff before going to work. Not a bad store at all. Heaps of parking at the door makes it popular with many shoppers.

Go to Nerang instead.

Beautiful store! I don't ever write reviews but I would like to thank all the staff members for their service. I'm new to the Gold Coast and have just moved to Pimpama. I have been to Officeworks a few times and each time has been a wonderful experiacne. Sunday I was greeted by a young girl, she was very polite and pointed me in the direction of your print and copy area. While in the store I enquired about printing services and was assisted my a young gentleman, who was very knowledgeable and kind. Outside the store I had to call the store to enquire about desks, no hold time, quick and easy.

Nikita and the print & copy team are amazing, helpful & friendly, they always go the extra mile. Thanks so much champions!

I have just visited officeworks pimpama with thd intention of spending near $1000 on a desk, office desk & other various items, while I was the retail sales lady questions she was rude, uneducated on basically anything I asked, when asking to find out if there was something in stock she rudely asked ‘ WILL YOU BUY IT IF I CHECK FOR YOU ‘ Completely amazed at this experience

3 times I’ve tried to use the self service printers, 3 times they haven’t worked, and I’ve had to get the staff to print it. Not worth the hassle considering the quality of the photos that print. The staff have been helpful, but the point of self serve is to be quick and easy. Easier to go elsewhere for better quality that costs less

Shocking service

Ordered click and collect, called staff to check if it's arrived, staff advised yes its arrived and asked to come to store after 30 minutes, I went after 1 hour there and staff advised they did not received the product yet, and asked to come back later today. So i drove back home and As i reached home got notification your product is ready to collect. why should i drive back again due to poor pathetic service from staff members? please get staff trained well. very bad experience, happened on 01/08/2023.

3 times I have been to Pimpama store a 3 times you have had no stock of brother ink cartridges why are you open

Okey Dokey, Clean store, easy access to a large range of items. I got a new unlocked phone here as well as colouring and activity books for the kids, clever marketing because then we needed colouring pencils and fine tip markers 😉 the staff were friendly and overall the shop was great

Maybe it's morale in this store that's low but it's really unpleasant dealing with grumpy unhelpful people. We've been there many times and just get in and get out because there's no friendliness or professionalism. I rang to ask about digitising my art but the attitude was not about helping me understand how they do things but instead was just don't care. Such a pity to not make a small amount of effort because customers deserve better.

Told them we needed to print something and that we had no idea how to do it. They then gave us about 15 instructions which didn't help and wouldn't help us. The store eas not busy with around 5 people doing nothing.

Reviews are a great tool for business to reflect on and grow! So I hope to help by leaving my experience not for the sake of just having a moan. I have been scanning my artwork at Nerang branch for the last year. It’s on a canvas and can only be scanned on the printers behind the desk by staff. It has never been a problem when coming in to get them scanned. For some reason the new Pimpama branch are confused about how this process works. It honestly seems to be luck of the draw as to what staff will do it. This is the third time coming into Pimpama branch and it’s the same situation again. They can’t take them because it’s meant to be booked in, which I would accept if that were actually the case. the last 13 times at Nerang it hasn’t been an issue. This time the staff insisted they were too busy to take them and that my option was to book them in and leave them to be collected. Or to find another company who scans things. I explained that the art I bring to be scanned is pre bought by my customers and I can not leave them in store because I can not guarantee they will not be damaged or misplaced. My solution to this was to book in a time I could come back with the art at a time that was appropriate. I was re informed of my two choices so that was the end of that. I will go back to Nerang to be served, I just wish the office works 2 minutes from my house could help me with the same service. Mostly I was surprised that the staff member would rather turn away a customer than to come up with a solution. They could have suggested that I call the store later and see when a good time would be, if they were too busy to take them in that moment. Or book in a time/day I could come back to have them done? Why was it so difficult to suggest a solution? Not sure…but that kind of service really does turn customers away.

24-hour turnaround on printing at the 'service desk' is ridiculous. I will never use Officeworks printing again.

I have never experienced any office work like this one! The staff just wondering around and not even try to help for my printing. Just simple print one page and laminated I have to book it in serious! TERRIBLE

I called these guys to ask about an urgent print job. The lady on the phone said it wasn't busy, so they would likely be able to print the same day. I asked how to make that happen and she said just order online. I did so, then called to make sure they got the order. After I had ordered, the story changed and it was a we'll do our best tonight, but otherwise 11am tomorrow. I had a colleague call past later today to ask about the job, at which point someone told them up to 48 hours, and at best it would be ready at the end of play tomorrow. Very disappointing to get 3 different stories, and I needed the job today and I was upfront about that. They should have just said they can't do it and saved the heartache on both sides. *Update - I had a call from the store asking if I wanted to cancel the order given the review. They had little to no care for what I had been told and said that the website terms clearly state 48hrs turnaround. This was well into the evening so I said I’d follow up the next day. The next morning I called and the person I spoke to showed empathy for my situation. They prioritised the job and helped me get it printed by 8am. A big thanks to them a I’ve adjusted this review back to a higher number purely thanks to their manner and help.

Staff are very unhelpful, I was printing and the money I put on disappeared I was told there was a timer and I would be refunded, when I pointed out I hadn't she said it takes time. So then I had to pay more as I wasn't done, which time has gone by and I didn't get a refund for both times. Total rip off! Not to mention even though the document I needed printed was getting a white boarder, I asked for help and was told to make it pdf yet the same thing happened. So now I have 2 copies that are useless to me, and a refund I never got. I was there for ages not one person approached and when I asked for help they were to busy chit chatting amongst themselves. Ridiculous

I've always felt that Officeworks after 5pm was unhelpful, the staff were the B team, and avoided 2 out of 3 Officeworks for this reason. My business is in retail and online sales. So computers a big thing for us. Ashley was amazing. I was going to offer her a job until I realized she couldn't work for me, but she knew her stuff, was helpful, expanded my options, then helped me sort them into a purchase. I'll be returning to Officeworks Pimpama over Nerang and Browns Plains from now on.

Half of the self service printers are always faulty or out of ink. No one around to fix the issues.

There was no customers in the store but us, and the staff were busy chatting with each other, and when I inquired about laminating document, One of staff said she couldn't do it now. Bit of a shame for a new store.

The worst service ever I have had in my life I went twice in 3 weeks for 2 different job and the people that works there unfortunately doesn't enough knowledge or skills for this job and also doesn't treat the customers as they should. please office work HR you should do more training on how to talk and behave with a client" and more selective job interview plz. Worst customer service I have come across! I went in to print 4 pages off for an upcoming specialist appointment and was told no you’ll need to book an appointment and could be days for the turnaround all for something that should have taken 2 minutes. I was told you need to go and use the self service machines which isn’t easy with a one year old and 3 year old anyway I proceeded to try my baby screaming the entire time so again I asked for help to be told once more no and given a look like I was useless and just a big pain to them while so many staff stood around watching what was going on with others needing help also to be told no I asked for a third time again to be told no we won’t leave our station which is clearly more important than helping customers. Thank you to the 2 tradies who were customers that offered me help I definitely won’t be going back anytime soon

This is a great brand new store conveniently located just off the highway in a huge home-maker style location. The store is well laid out and often has stock that other stores don't. The parking could be a little more plentiful and better laid out but that's not really too much of a hastle. One thing I did notice is that the trolleys here don't seem to have baby/toddler seats? I may be wrong but I did go looking for one and couldn't seem to find one which would be inconvenient if you are trying to do, say, school or work shopping with a little one(s) in tow. A strange but legitimate little issue I found. Anyway it's a great store with happy friendly knowledgeable staff. I have enjoyed my visits here.

Beautiful greet from a lovely staff member as I entered the building. That was as far as the positive experience went. Just after 9am I go to the store to collect my late sons memorial calendar. I knew from the moment I stood to wait it was tense behind the counter. I felt I was spoken to like a child, wore the brunt of the lack of staff/or busy period. I was in no rush and happy to wait. ( couldn’t find my order) After a rude comment I left the store to call the manager whilst I was in the car park.The first contact I had with another staff member over the phone was appalling. He clearly didn’t realise he hadn’t transfered my call to the manager and I was still on the call. To hear him mutter and have a issue with me trying to contact the manager was humiliating. Manager has offered to send my calendar out but to hear how understaffed and busy they are with stationary and kids going back to school was a good insult for a mother who just lost her son and wished she was in there to get her sons stationary. Not a memorial calendar. Please treat customers with respect like most of us try and do for staff. Most of us are patient and good people. Some litterally are trying to learn to put one foot infront of each other to even walk through a public shop after such a huge loss. I will never return to this store again. Please remember to be kind. We have no idea other people’s journeys. Slow down 💙 updated: what a absolute joke. After a week I had to follow it up, wondering where and when It was sent. Rung 3 different people including Sydney office where I kept getting passed on to unnecessary people. Get told it hadn’t even been printed, yet I have a invoice saying it’s ready on the 19th. Tried to cancel it, got told no. Then 3 hours later get told it’s ready for pick up. Manager clearly lied to me just to get me off the phone. Not one staff member knew about the disaster which resulted in a so called sorry from the manager, and delivery promised. I had to collect this myself! Not to mention a smart brochure of back to school info included in the bag after I told them how offensive the managers comment was to a mother who just lost a child. Absolutely disgusting
