Everytime I come here the food is not great. It’s also under greater scrutiny since the price is out of this world expensive… Mozzarella sticks for $18 Staff are miserable, and tend to get things incorrect often. The good things are limited, big sports bar and good beer on tap Overall disappointing. What a joke

Ordered calamari for $20 non members price. Small portion of calimari, Aoli, lemon. The salad was just lettuce, no onion, no carrot, just a lettuce mix with a small drizzle of dressing. No chips either. This place has definitely gone down hill with food and price.

AMAZING SPORTS BAR!! One of the best - if not the best sports bar in the area. Great sized, quality TV. Lots of other TV’s so there is no bad seat in the house. Great food, put on great sporting events (Eg Super Bowl) and awesome service. Highly recommend

Shared a meal with a few friends whom had wanted to catch up so we went to experience the local Pavilion. First impression was that the front of house staff were incredibly helpful and polite to us and were very quick with getting any drinks that we were after. When it came to lunch time, myself and friends have ordered a mix of meals, including approximately half of us ordering Chicken Parmigiana's. We ordered our lunch through the app scanner on each of the tables and in the photographs of the meal, the Chicken Parmigiana had been photographed with a gravy included. When the meals were bought around, none of the meals had been bought out with a Gravy and we asked the front of house staff member if she could assist us and she has gone to the kitchen to get the sauce for us. She later returned and advised that the meal does not come with the Gravy and that if we wanted it we would have to pay extra. We approached the front of house manager for assistance regarding this as the photograph on the app does clearly show that there is Gravy included in the photograph. The manager was incredibly helpful and has organised for us to get the added Gravy. Front of house staff members were incredibly helpful, and if back of house staff have issues with the photographs on the app and honouring what is included, might be time to do an update to your photos! Looking forward to the next visit.

The chicken schnitzel and steak we had was great, the kids meal we ordered came with no drink or ice cream like how it suggests on the menu. The real downfall was the staff when it came to the bar. We tried to order cocktails on the menu, and she had no idea how to even take our order on the POS or make them, she ended up having to get someone from the main bistro to make it (we waited over 35 minutes).

It's a really nice place, staff are all lovely and helpful. Everyone else said their meals were good. I got the pulled pork Nachos. They were awful sorry. So greasy. Some weird gross tasting liquid cheese?? No Sour cream unless that was the cheese thing. Salsa tasted like tomato sauce.

Spacious seating well opened area. Catering for all occasions. Lovely service from the friendly staff members. Most of all the food was wonderful. Highly recommend. Take care and all the best people.

Good Pub

Weak drinks, when you can manage to get one of the staff to get off their phones and go to the bar. If there was ever a place that manipulated the machines in the gaming room it's this place. Is unfortunately local but I can't go here even one more time

Used to like coming here for the food, but now since the menu has changed, they have removed items that would always get for the table. The food prices are still very high for food that lacks flavour and is prepared differently than before. Very disappointing especially considering paying $110 total. Was not worth the money and will Not be coming back to eat here again.

Expensive for inedible food. We got the parmy and 200g rump medium rare. Both were severely overcooked. Chips were super salty. Best part were the beers. We will not be returning.

Emmm a bit disappointed food wise, definitely some changes, why has the menu changed, no more hot diggity Portions were half what they used to be, chicken dry overcooked.. pizza undercooked. Teriyaki salmon my daughter actually enjoyed….

What a shame that the place has suddenly gone down hill. We used to love and frequent the Pimpama Pavilion but since the new menu was introduced the food is absolutely horrific. Pork Belly (crisped to perfection apparently) was like a slice of bland slime with inedible “crackling”. Sweet potato fries were sour due to rancid cooking oil. Veg was undercooked and cold. Bangers and mash was a mess and the potato was instant mash. The rice that came with the curry was reheated and hard and completely inedible. This was replaced with “fresh” microwave rice. I don’t know where they need to start with fixing this because right now I can safely say it was the worst food I have had in two decades. I feel sorry for the staff likely having to deal with many complaints. The ONLY reason I’d give it a try again in a few months is because I’m genuinely hoping they can fix this and get back to the good days when we used to love it!

Wow… what a terrible experience. A lot has changed since my last visit with my family. What happened to the menu? Its been half cut with all the good meals gone and prices increased! The food was an oil fest and not to mention cold. I had the bacon cheese burger and it was that bland the cheese had more flavour than the rest. Only ate half as i couldnt take one more bite. You may need to reconsider your decisions made. $80 gone to waste. Used to love this place but after this experience i will be going elsewhere and will not recommending the Pavilion.

It seems like the pub has gone a bit down hill since last time I visited. Level of service was still great but not to the level in previous visits. Myself and my family were upset to see that the menu has pretty much been cut in half and especially noticing the favourite “The Local” were one of the items cut. Food was very oily and left us feeling a bit unwell and greasy by the time we were ready to leave to the point where I had to bring it back up in the bathroom. I used to rave on to friends about how great the Pavilion in Pimpama was but unfortunately won’t be recommending to anyone nor coming back myself.

Unfortunately this pub has gone down hill quick. We used to love going here food was always so good and lots of options to choose from now they have pretty much cut the menu in half use to be able to choose from a variety of different kinds of Parmis (which was our favourite) now only have the selection of one. A lot of other favourites have been taken off aswell, food is now overpriced for what you are getting. A couple of the staff in the gaming room are extremely rude to. However the rest of the staff are nice just some certain ladies in the gaming room shouldn’t be there they act like they don’t want to be.

I was promised pork belly with crackling “crackled to perfection…” I was given a bite sized piece of overcooked pork and very limp crackling.. not to mention it was meant to come with sweet potato.. For 34 bucks, it was a complete waste of money. What really gets my goat is when a pub charges restaurant prices and serves mediocre at best food.. go back to what you know Parma and chips, steak and chips and 20 dollar prices.. food was god awful, one hour wait when the bar was empty and the kids 15 dollar meals had cold chips.. I ordered Pinot Grigio but ended up with a Pinot noir..

Staff were very arrogant & rude with next to no help when asked very disgruntled doing so, especially the lady by the name of Bec / Rebecca. I planned to have my kids birthday there with the family due to this I will be taking my business elsewhere & be advising others about my experience

We, as a family of 4 with two toddlers, always love our lunches and dinners at the Pavilion! The staff are all super friendly and welcoming and the food is delish ❤️

The food is dry, they always get something wrong, they changed a menu which was somewhat good, variety is poor. Glasses are dirty, salt and pepper is empty, the food takes long to come to the table.

Went for dinner last night the food was not nice at all ! The chicken Caesar salad was so dry and tasteless the kids meal grilled chicken was so dry it couldn’t be eaten .. if a chef or cook cannot cook a piece of chicken what hope have you got of getting anything else right ! Was an overpriced disappointment and will not be back ! Don’t waste your money don’t recommend at all ! And none of the staff look happy or are very pleasant either .

This is the place to go if you want a quick meal and drinks. Have not had a disappointing meal there yet.

We attended on a quiet Tuesday for a later lunch, venue was quiet, but service was still excellent. Venue was clean, tidy and well kept. Food was fresh, hot and well presented. We had 2 of the parmi varieties, both were large portions and tasty. The Pav will be front of mind if were back in the area for a meal. Keep up the great work team, you're rocking it!

I was there on a Monday night, the atmosphere was chill and friendly. The food came out fast, was filling and delicious, staff was lovely.

We used to love this place but now they've reduced and changed the menu and increased the prices. All of our favourite dishes have gone. Kids meal costs are starting to get up there too. Really disappointing! Won't be our regular go to any longer. Went on a Sunday at 6.30pm. Place was dead. One other table aside from us. Ordered the naked parmi and won't make the same mistake again. Chicken was so overcooked, it just about needed a hack saw to cut through it. Veggies were undercooked and tasted like they went paddock to plate without going via anything other than a chopping board. Carrots were unpeeled, very crunchy and bitter. Zucchini didn't taste like heat of any kind had touched it, even for a second. Tried to power through the meal but stopped short and brought the remaining chicken breast home for the dogs. Our table also ordered the honey mustard chicken and the pink flamingo pizza. The chicken dish was okay but the broccolini and kale were very salty and undercooked (they fell short of Al dente). Pizza was again, okay but far too much cheese (which is saying something coming from cheese lovers). It's because those two meals weren't as terrible that I've given the second star for food. Paul was lovely and very apologetic and did try his best to remedy the situation and pointed out I should have let them know before eating it or they see an empty plate as a sign of an enjoyed meal. I always feel terrible sending food back so never think to do so, I just persevere and don't enjoy the meal. Doubt we'll be back. Went from being one of our regular haunts to one of our 'let's not and say we did's.

First time. Was recommended by some friends but was very disappointed. The 3 seafood baskets were not nice, we expected more then one prawn and one scallop and caesar salad was very salty. For the price we paid I expected something nice.

Hopefully you don't have an accent, if you do, stay away or you will be judged. Hopefully you don't have an accent with a speech impediment because you'll get cut off after 2 drinks. These woman are ruthless and tolerate nothing. The food is below average and the service is worse. Don't waste your time.

Extremely disappointed, nothing went right from start to finish. Completely ruined our night that was booked a week prior, some staff were very apologetic for the constant problems which we did appreciate. However we did have almost 10 other guest that was meeting for drinks after dinner but had to changed location to pimpama tavern.

Really good food, great beer and the biggest tv ever!!!

First time visiting and made the mistake of ordering the snitzel. Was like rubber, very disappointing. The seafood pasta (forgot the actual name) that my husband ordered was better. Sports bar was very good and service friendly but I won’t be rushing back there to eat anytime soon.

We recently attended a birthday party on Sunday just gone. Natalie the host was incredible. Her attention to detail, her customer service checking in with everyone regarding food and platters along with how great she was with the kids. She went and got colouring in paper and pencils for the kids when they had finished eating and re-arranged the food so they could all sit together. She went above and beyond for the party. Best customer service I have seen in a long time at an event. The food was delicious and the range was great. The pizzas were really nice. The venue is great and good size kids room. Will definitely be back to dine and try other foods on the menu. Thank you for being such a great host Natalie. You and your team were amazing.

Food was okay, nice flavours but steak was well over done and the chicken parmi was overcooked. Waited over 30 minutes for our food and drinks were crazy expensive. Some of the workers were lovely as others were a bit cold and unwelcoming, especially when we arrived we were looked at as if we were in the way. Also, maybe bring cutlery when you bring food to the table, it’s not nice to leave a pregnant woman waiting even longer to eat her food.

The restaurant was clean comfortable and the staff welcoming. The meal portions were small and the Parma and chips over cooked.

We eat here most weeks as they have great facilities to watch the game. The food is excellent, always hot and tasty. This is our go to place on the coast for pub grub.

Ambience was great, as was the steak. Everything else was either burnt (garlic bread), too small or arrived late after everyone else had finished their meal (2 x pizzas). Don’t think I’d bother again.

Great looking venue, dining and bar is beautifully done, the pokies looks great but lacks atmosphere,needs music and the layout doesn’t work as it feels unwelcoming and to many young people mucking around. The food is amazing and the service is fantastic

Horrible food. Apparently couldn't do a grilled chicken burger, which means they buy pre crumbed chicken. Burgers were dry and tasted like sausage meat. Kids Parmi's were brought out without cutlery. Chips dry and overcooked - only a handful on the plate. $17 a pint - cheaper beers almost anywhere else on the coast. Won't be back.

Monday vibes were nice and quite, Me and hubby went for lunch ordered the Chicken bbq pizza and loaded fries they were absolutely Devine. The loaded fries come with pulled pork on top I could have ordered another if it wasn’t full so thank you Chefs. Service is always lovely 🥰

We go here for Trivia on a Tuesday night and it is heaps of fun. The place is clean and has a really nice sports bar area with huge screens and booths to watch sport.

Monday night not many patrons waited a good while for meal compared to my 1st visit few months back tonight's rump steak (undercooked chips were overcooked) fisherman's basket was dry and overcooked tartare sauce tasted awful Very disappointed

1. Always cold this time of year inside, even with the doors shut. 2. Garlic bread pizza we ordered was good and hot. 3. Parmi we ordered to come out second was not hot but okay for a $20 schnitzel night. As pensioners, we were sharing both, but unfortunately we didn't qualify for schnitzel night because we ordered at 5.20pm, 10 minutes early, which wasn't brought to our attention, even though we said the pizza was for entree, so we didn't need to order the schnitzel before 5.30 had we been told. It might only be $8, but we wouldn't have been there if it wasn't schnitzel night. Also, if you didn't know it was schnitzel night, it isn't mentioned when you are handed the menu, then the specials menu.

I got the 400g rump steak (medium well). It was awful. I sent it back and the second one they brought out wasn't much better. Over cooked, small, tough, half a dozen chips. I wouldn't pay for any more drinks and i won't be back.
