They don’t accept digital licences which is just ridiculous seeing it’s a valid ID as told by the government

Why can’t men wear thongs into the casino but women can. Bloody annoying after paying $50 for a taxi and then refused entry 👎

Our experience with the buffet restaurant and staffing were fantastic, however I was thoroughly disappointed with the security and the rude and disrespectful service. Upon advice that we could not access the food quarter ONLY due to one of our group members not having ID on their person, we opted to dine at the Harvest Buffet. The security personnel at the entry of the Casino advised that was fine and to enjoy our evening. However just at we had finalised payment ant the buffet and were about to be ushered to our table, we were stopped by security and advised that we all were to leave the premises due to our one group member not having ID. This was done in front of a number of patrons waiting to enter the restaurant or preparing to leave. There was no request to step aside or discuss in a more private area. They advised we were told to leave by the other security - this was incorrect. We were told no such thing. Then they advised that all other persons could stay, but the one without ID had to leave - I advised we had just paid for dinner and we had no notice or reason to leave. They continued to persist and advise that as she had no ID she could not enter or drink alcohol. I advised both security members 3 times that she does mot drink, nor do any in our group drink. And that no other person was intending or planning to drink. They continued to hold us, not allowing us to move at the entrance of the buffet with multiple people still witnessing, treating us as if we were in the wrong and were not allowed to be within the premises. This experience was deeply disappointing and has definitely left a sour taste in our mouth, despite have a wonderful and flavourful dining experience with the buffet. I would suggest further training and education for the security staffing may be required so they can better their customer awareness, customer service and listening skills.

Not recommend it at all I am a member and It was free parking. Without any updates we have to pay now. That’s annoying westing time.

Incompetent staff at Oasis desk. Too lazy to sign someone up to the rewards program when the main desk refers you to them when unattended. 👎

To help celebrate even more beautiful Christine Innes 2nd Anniversary of The Corporate Escapists Magazine, Podcast & TV, a few of the stayers partied on & had lots of laughter and danced the night away at The Star Casino Broadbeach.. We were blessed to be reminded that tonight is the night of the nights with the Logies taking place & whose who in Australian Tv entertainment will be gracing the Casino this evening.. Roll out that red carpet.. Wonder whose attending & whose going to win the Logie ? The whole venue looks absolutely amazing & a great place for incredible celebrities to meet & I felt so proud that our incredible Gold Coast is on show for Australia to see & cannot think of a more incredible space ! How amazing it’s all happening in our proximity? So grateful!
