I first stayed here as a fresh faced 17 year old and have never stopped coming back. Rooms have stood the test of time, service is always friendly and welcoming and the location is second to none.

Everyone were very helpful. The apartment was lovely, facilitates excellent, and positioned well to enjoy the Broadbeach vibe

Close to everything. Main bedroom no aircon and the fan made a noise. No tv in main bedroom . Very little utensil in kitchen plastic bowls for cereal and desert. Not worth $350 a night would not stay there again.

Clean and spacious one bedroom apartment. All amenities available to cook and clean. Staff were pleasant. Located near restaurants, plaza, trams and beach.

Rooms are big enough and well equipped getting older however location staff and quality is definitely there and more than sufficient

Perfect location. Very friendly staff. Good apartments. Possibly the best indoor heated pool I’ve ever seen. Not crowded, can actually swim in it. Very nice indoor spa. Outdoor pool is nice too.

Great spot, easy access to plenty of food and a short walk to the beach. Excellent pool and BBQ area. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Very large and well appointed apartment with balcony right in the heart of Broadbeach. Full kitchen and laundry. Fantastic location, beach, supermarket and restaurants a walk away, and free undercover parking. Whilst it's not new, I don't think you could find better value. So glad we stayed. Will be back.

Didn't stay went to visit friends. Amazed how clean outdoor pool area was, and continual cleaning throughout day.

I had been wanting to stay at The Phoenician for a long time, and it didn't disappoint. It was beautiful. Lovely and clean. Shout out to the lovely ladies at reception. They are fantastic 👏💯👏

Had a great stay. Very friendly and helpful reception staff, apartment was huge, friendly people at the pool and great location. only slight negative is the $5 non refundable charge for a beach towel. We would definitely stay here again

Beautiful interior and lovely view of the Convention Centre. Super close to everything in Broadbeach which was fabulous. Awesome gym and indoor and outdoor pool access, great access for all those who book the Phoenician. Lastly, the receptionist that we interacted with multiple times, was at time difficult to deal with as she prevented as from asking for basic needs. I would like this to be looked in further.

On arrival the room was average, needed a good facelift to bring it into this century. On closer inspection we found blood and other questionable stains on the bed sheets, snot on the shower wall, pubic hair in and around the bathrooms and beds, vomit splashes up the backsplash and sinks of bathrooms. Food crumbs over dining table and floor.||Looked like the previous occupants were schoolies and the place had been given the bare minimum cleanup. My family ended up sleeping on the sofa that night as I didn’t want my kids sleeping on the stains. Next day we informed front desk and asked for the manager to inspect what we had found. We were told there was no manager available so they sent the cleaner. Of course the cleaner defended their work and accused us of causing all of the mess that we found. We checked out after being shouted at by the cleaner and were never given a refund, about $1600 out of pocket. Zoom in on the photos to see better what we found.

Beautiful unit. Great facilities and in a fantastic location where everything is in walking distance. Tram almost at front door and fabulous restaurants all around the resort. Indoor and outdoor pools with gym and sauna. Lovely staff who ensure a great stay. Highly recommend the Phoenician for a stay in Broadbeach

Thank you guys....the place was beautiful and excellent location. Would highly recommend if you want that holiday vibe. Rooms were clean and pools were refreshing and well maintained. 🙂 Only thing was the dryer wasnt very powerful but that was only fault 🙂

Initially, 4 nights, we had a fabulous apartment. Sadly the apartment for the last 4 nights was affected by cockroaches

The Unit was amazing, it had everything and more we needed for a great and comfortable stay.|It was spotlessly clean throughout and a pleasure to invite an old school friend to have a meal with us.|We are very, very keen to come back and stay very soon.

A very comfortable property to stay at. Clean, in good repair, lovely outdoor pool and an indoor pool. Absolutely amazing front of house staff, nothing is too difficult for them to resolve.|Fabulous restaurants nearby. Short walk to the beach.

The position is the best in Broadbeach, close to the light rail, restaurants, shopping centre and Kurrawa Surf Club. Pacific Fair and the Star Casino are walking distance, quicker if you catch the light rail one stop south.|Some of the rooms are a bit dated but they’re spacious and reasonably priced for such a convenient spot. |The staff are always very accommodating and friendly, nothing is too much trouble.|The lower floors can be a bit noisy, especially on the weekends but it doesn’t bother us. Ask for a higher floor if it might be a problem.|We’ve been back many times and it’s the first place I check for availability.

Loved this place couldn't fault anything

My wife and I had a two night stay here. The room was clean and comfortable and the overall location was fantastic. Close to restaurants, public transport and shopping. We highly recommend.

Excellent position, close to Star Casino and cafes. However, limited toiletries were provided. Payment for extra towels was required. Air-conditioning filters and dryer filters were disgusting. Hot water system extremely hot. Not safe for young kids. Room is not serviced daily. Lifts were fast a d efficient

Good location large rooms thought it would be outdated by now but it’s nice, clean and the hotel has a timeless design

Posto un po vecchio in un contesto dov'è tutto moderno. L'appartamento era grande ma bagno ed alcuni arredi un po datati. Devo dire che stavo per lavoro nel palazzo di congressi che stava di fronte per cui comodissimo.

The location is great as are the staff. The facilities seems good with the pool area, gym and sauna on the first floor. The rooms are a good size but tare in need of a refresh with old tech. stains on the carpet and curtains and aging taps.

Amazing location

We booked three rooms 2805,2610,2902 for a family holiday to celebrate a 60th and 34th birthday's & we're definitely going back to this lovely resort. Very central to all the beautiful restaurants and bars Broadbeach has to offer. Friendly helpful staff easy check in. The rooms were spacious clean and comfortable.

I was visiting, not staying so I didn't have a parking space. I had to walk quite a few blocks as parking is a premium and not free. The resort is fine, my friends keep coming back but it's not an easy place to access if you're not staying.

Such a great place to stay the room was excellent and a very spacious one bedroom with everything you need . Plenty of restaurants and cafes directly under the building and you are right in the middle of Broadbeach with shopping centre and Surf Lifesaving Club within an easy walk . The light rail tram stops next to the building and only a short 50 metre approx walk . We have decided to return soon

Our family have been staying at the Phoenician Resort in Broadbeach over the last few years. Staff members Di and Julie have been exceptional and always display a high level of professionalism as they have both been extremely warm, helpful and go above and beyond their duties to make you feel like it's your home away from home. It is due to their remarkable hospitality that we have returned every year. The resort has amazing amenities including pools, an indoor pool with a spa. And it comes with an incredible sauna and nice gym. Location is perfect given it's near many wonderful restaurants, Woolworths, transport and importantly the beach. Highly recommend staying at the resort.

It's looking it's age

The best service ever, from the moment we walked into the resort to the moment we left! Di is the most wonderful asset to this resort, welcoming, accommodating, where possible, goes the extra steps that we have not received from other resorts. The room was also beautiful. Fresh, large, clean, and close to restaurants, beach, shops, and public transport.

Great service from the employees, beds are actually comfortable, its close to everything at walking distance, secure car parks, nice lil gym then cooling swim afterwards, nice rooms and bathrooms, TVs are great. For the low price that we got the rooms for, it really beat my expectations. Great overall experience

Super grubby, dated, gross & insufficient bedding, a sheet with a stained thin wool blanket, broken dining chair, one outside chair for 2 people to share. Good locale, lovely staff, but everything else makes it a 1 star, definitely would not rebook!

We always love staying here… and have done so many times. Reception staff are so friendly and helpful, and we love the position of accommodation. So close to the beach and all the restaurants. We will continue to return to relax and recharge our batteries…

I'm super happy staying at the Phoenician. Although a little older, it is in a great location, staff are ULTRA friendly and place is very clean. Rooms are great and pricing is very affordable. Well done to all at The Phoenician. I'll be staying here again 100%.
