SCAM!!! This company has been highlighted on A Current Affair tonight with their predatory and deceptive marketing practices. Stay away from this mob unless you want to sign your life away for on thier dodgy timeshare business that basically bleed you dry of money for virtually zero return.

Very bad , smells very very bad

Ultiqa lifestyle is a scam. After signing up, we realised that their services are a waste of money. We have never used their services, yet they have still been charging us endless amounts of money for years. They won't let us out of this scam. Do not waste your money, you won't get it back. We want out!

Great resort.

Excellent place to stay for the Broadbeach Blues Festival. Lovely hotel, clean, comfortable and well appointed as well as great views and close to everything. We enjoyed our stay!!

Great location great units...great beds, staff very helpful & friendly...any problem with maintenance was fixed straight away.The choice of outdoor or indoor pools or spa...heated or not is wonderful. Then there is the steam room & the tennis courts...great facilities!

Lovely apartment modern decor, great views and a huge deck to enjoy. Very handy to all the shops and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again. Only two small gripes can’t believe you have to rent towels for the pool area and they were extremely thin towels at that. Also the wifi was quite slow I think this was due to us picking up the wifi for the apartment above. I did query this with staff and they said to just reset the modem. Tried this a couple of times but made no difference.

We are members of the club, love the accomodations in qld and nsw, wish would be more in vic. The properties are of a higher standards than you would book elsewhere. The contact phone of the club should be working longer hours, especially in the emergencies.

Beautiful and new, excellent access to Queen St mall. Difficult to find, so look out for the sign.

Waste of money

Yup, just another timeshare scam just like the wyndham one. You get handed a scratchie each an 1 is a winner! Wow a free holiday,that is not free and is just a scam. Went to the presentation, got harrassed to but .just managed to get out alive and had nithing to show for it.Then the guy who caught us in the mall got onto us and invited us to a presentation about tourist attractions,which sounded good,but told us not to say we had been to the Ultiqa one. We turned up next day for our free tickets and got harrangued for 3 hours by the wyndham crew. Our first trip to the Gold Coast,2 days competely wasted and left feeling dreadful.DOn't fall for any of these offers" as you will really put thru the ringer and unless you are very strong and can keep saying no it will end up costing you many thousands of $'s for pretty much nothing.All of these people are sharks"

We won a holiday!!! After listening to the mandatory presentation, we decided this timeshare-like holiday plan wasn't for us. But because we sat through the presentation, we got the vouchers for our free holiday. Only problem is, they're void if they haven't been validated by the representative. (On the inside of the back page). Biggest con-job ever and a total waste of our time!! If they ever hand you a scratchy, don't fall for it, because you can guarantee you or your partner will win a holiday" too!!!"

Great Location, Great Value. Good Parking. But there are refurbished rooms and non-refurbished rooms and we got the non-refurbished room which was a real disappointment - so just make sure you know what you're getting.

Great venue and location, nice friendly staff, we really enjoyed our stay.

I have been going to the Beach haven ULTIQA hotel for many years now and I will never change it for any other hotel on the Gold coast. Very friendly and helpful staff,spectacular views of broadbeach and the ocean. the apartments are clean,comfortable and very well equipped.

We had a brilliant stay during the school holidays. The apartments are really spacious, views are amazing and we loved being so closed to shops and directly opposite a patrolled beach. We will definitely be back!

I have stayed at Ultiqa resort at Broadbeach, this is such a beautiful property and on every occasion the unit was clean comfortable. The views are amazing and from the minute you walk you go straight into relaxation mode. Staff are always so friendly and helpful. Would recommend this property to anyone wanting somewhere beautiful to stay.

My girlfriends and I spent 4 days at Ultiqa Resort and had an awesome time. The Condo was fabulous, clean, and so close to everything. Loved it!

A really nice modern chic facility, close to Broad Beach. Our suite was lovely, fully equipped in all rooms. The pool was a really good size and the hot tub perfect temperature and nice and roomy. Loved staying here.

Beware at Seaworld they are there with there scratchies, while we were stupid enough to go to the presentation the young gir we dealt with at first was lovely the arrogant male who did the sales pitch was rude and pushy would not take no for an answer and was really rude when he did not get his own way. Must say has put me of there properties and would never try to use the free accommadation voucher as I would expect to b e treated badly. By the way the original price was 30,000 but with there daily special you could have it for just under 18,000 on a payment plan. The room on the 37th floor they showed us was very nice though but not worth being badgered by a nasty sales person

Ultiqa Air was fantastic. The view from our apartment was just amazing and the hotel is situated so close to everything you could possibly want. The staff were so friendly and very accommodating to our needs. We will definitely be back and wouldn't stay anywhere else in Broadbeach.. Thank you so much Ultiqa Air.

Should not have been above pool for 14 day stay in school holidays daily rate now too high for tired complex owners need to put something back in occasionally ie radio clock decent linen foxtel laundry facilities excellent bed comfy easy chairs diabolical

Love Air on Broadbeach !! Stayed about 7or8 times over nearly 15 years, great staff ,always clean love being high up in Solitaire, lift down to reception ,round the corner and into Oasis , coffee at 7am in the cafes down stairs , only regret : the monorail is being dismantled. Hope to be visiting one day to watch the full moon rising while in the front apartments.

This is just the Holiday Club Pacific rebranded as Ultiqa, Google the Holiday Club Pacific to discover what a scam it was (the old phone number for the Holiday Club Pacific is the same as the one for Ultiqa). It's a total scam and ended up costing me a $14000 lesson. Once you buy membership its impossible to sell it, the company will give you nothing for it, the vacation units are cheaper than the annual fees you are forced to pay and are always increasing. It was a depressing experience but a hard lesson learnt- do your research or lose your money. I just stop paying an wrote it off.

Scam and any resort you go to theywill torture you with more session and treat you like garbage if you dont buy
