Great fun place

This was a great day for my son and his son and myself,he loved the raving rabbits ride and so cooper say dad we go forward them back 🫶🙏 anyways it was awesome not to many or over crowded in so good day had by father and son 💖🌹🙏🫶 love nan 💖

We had A great, fun night here recently. Chantel was amazing at her job, putting up with us not knowing what to do with the card system. She is A credit to the business and definitely worth holding on to. Thank you.

I go there a lot and the games are really fun! Especially the drum game and air hockey. Customer service is amazing and fast! This worker named Bailey helped me when I was having troubles with one of the game, he was very nice too! Definitely a 5 star! Good job team 😊

iPlay Harbour Town was easy to locate right near the cinemas and in amongst 'eat street'. Super helpful and friendly staff! All the machines were working!! Had zero wait time (choice of visit time obvs)! So much fun for young and the young at heart!

Most of the machines/ games don't work, had a continuous run of 3 straight not being functional after swiping our cards, so we just gave up and left.

The staff are sooooo nice! It’s got a great range of arcade machine that my son always opts for nothing was missing except the aircon or a fan! It’s winter and I’m that hot I had to cut the 40 minutes short - I wouldn’t come again unless there’s a aircon or fans honestly, I was dying! Carrying around 2 jumpers also

Unfortunately, this time, I'm going to have to go with a 3 star rating. I enjoy a good arcade from time to time, and I do like iplay and have been to a lot of iplay arcades around Brisbane and Gold Coast but unfortunately the one at harbour town is lacking a lot especially being in such a big shopping centre and hot spot. This iplay is very small and does not have many arcade machines to choose from, and a lot of them were out of order or in very poor functioning order which doesn't allow for a good experience and you feel like you aren't getting your money's worth. Most of the games are extremely short too only lasting 20 seconds or so, which isn't very good at all. Definitely needs some improvements made, more machines, more maintenance on the current machines, and overall just needs to be bigger. Probably wouldn't go again. If you are a big arcade fan, then try another place nearby that is bigger and offers more machines.

Stacey and Bailey are 2 great and very accommodating employees who are fully focused on their job, never get distracted and can fix machines well. 10/10 employees and the rest are mid

This business is charging way top much for the games. Absolutely expensive and a fast way to blow your hard earned money. Plus many games play up we found.

Great for kids and adults...

Very friendly staff. Less expensive than timezone :). Only one bad thing- prizes are cheap and there is no good quality prize (like playstation, switch, gopro ect).

Friendly staff member today helped me start up with them. They have a large selection of arcade games. I came in for a look particularly for Taiko no Tatsujin (a rhythmic drumming game) which I was glad to see they had to play. Not busy on my visit. It was a clean and welcoming environment. Some of the games were a bit dated but they're still loved by younger audiences. I need to work on my drumming.

Not spacious, extremely hot and humid, games finish too early within a matter of seconds sometimes, and you cant replay the same game after you have played something else. Limited options. May be good for birthday parties and small gatherings but it definitely cant handle a lot of people. Overall experience not too bad, staff were friendly. But its the first place where my kids said to me in 30 mins, lets go its getting hot and boring

Enjoyed the 3d game

Although it's pricey my kids enjoy the place since surfers is too far to head to time zone..

Perfect plan to celebrate your kids birthdays. Convenient location next to the cinemas. They offer group packages at reasonable price. The only downside is that the venue is a bit small.

We visit Coomera iPlay usually and didn’t realise this place is completely different. The staff where all very friendly and the place was clean and tidy but the value for money is not as good and its confusing because there is a 60 second delay for each game. The selection of games are also quite limited. We spoke to the manager and she was very helpful and friendly but we will stick to Coomera.
