I recently visited Good Guys Bundle with the intention of purchasing a refrigerator, and I had the pleasure of being assisted by Lisa. From the moment I arrived, she provided incredibly friendly and professional service. Lisa was very knowledgeable, determined, and took the time to ensure I got the best deal possible. Her expertise and dedication really stood out, and I left feeling confident in my purchase. It's clear that Good Guys is fortunate to have someone like Lisa on their team. Highly recommend her for anyone looking for top-notch customer service!

Ordered online. Called two weeks after purchasing to get tracking information and told it was going to be dispatched that day. Received tracking information saying it had been dispatched to find out another 2+ weeks later that they didn’t actually have the stock and they were waiting for it to arrive. Over an hour waiting time on hold each time I called. Very poor service.

I thought it would be easy to purchase a TV and Washing machine from The Good Guys in Bundall but how wrong was I Went into the store and purchased the items and paid cash (their slogan pay cash and get a better deal), and was told the delivery would be the very next day, no notification came the night before so 9am the delivery day I went into the store sort out the address that's when the blame game started but eventually we were told there would be notification by 6.30 that evening for the delivery the next day nothing came. So I went back to the store and spoke a manager could not get anything done so I asked for a refund my impression of the law is want a refund you get it back the way you pay but with The Good Guys in Bundall because after taking $900 in cash told the rest will be on card and will be in your account that evening. Not in this case and numerous phone calls to the banks and the store and eventually getting the operation manager who needs to renew her people skills and not to be aggorant and condescending and the rest of the employees of that Bundall store really need to be looked at and made accountable for their untruths and blame game. That business should be renamed to the The Bad Guys

I was promised a refund 6 weeks ago for having my next day delivery delayed 2 days AND them getting my address wrong. Haven't heard anything from them, contacted them and visited them numerous times to resolve this, they have pulled out every excuse under the sun to not refund me when they have promised the refund.

I’m not going to buy any product from The Good guys because after purchasing the products the service and warranty are too bad!! I’m just keep wait and wait..omg

Re all Good Guys stores- too busy to answer phone, system hangs up and tells you to use website for product availability- but it doesn't work. If anyone can find a waterproof case for a Samsung A20 by searching their website, you deserve a medal!

Really annoyed. Paid for old dishwasher to be removed. Packaging taken away. And new delivered. 2 guys roll up. Throw it in the door and say, 'Nah..we not being paid to take your old one away or unpack..see ya...in a hurry'. What?? So then someone msgs. 'We are coming to install' ok. So are they taking the old one away???? 'Not our problem. We only install' So I ring numerous times can't get anyone to answer at Bundall where I purchased. I'm furious. Paid good money and specifically so the old machine was removed. You are not the good guys, you're the bad guys. What a rip-off....at least have the courtesy to pick up your phone. You only have 20 or so staff floating around...

I went into Good Guys hoping they could beat the price of a competitor and they absolutely did! Even better than jbhifi who mentioned they couldn’t do any less! A big thank you to GG staff who were willing to help! Friendly, funny, and efficient 🎉

Avoid Adrian - zero client service! I recently had a very disappointing experience with a salesperson named Adrian at Good Guys Bundall. From the moment I approached him with questions about fridges, his attitude was dismissive and rude. He outright refused to discuss any details, claiming it was a waste of time since I didn't have perfect measurements. His behavior was the epitome of zero customer service, and it was clear he was only interested in making a quick sale rather than helping a potential customer. Adrian's unprofessionalism and toxic attitude were off-putting, and I would strongly advise others to stay away from him. The experience left a bad taste, and I hope Good Guys Bundall takes steps to address such unacceptable behavior.

After waiting nearly a month extra for the arrival of the new dryer the sales person gave me a date twice for delivery and they didnt show up. The same issue both times, they forgot to add a delivery date. cost me 2 days off work waiting for nothing and nearly an hour on hold. very disapointing customer service. Still no dryer

Called to enquire into a coffee machine. Waited 10 minutes then hung up. The lack of customer service & response does not bode well for TGGs!

I just bought a new flatscreen TV from Simon at the Bundall store, it’s great I love it. Simon helped me to sort through all the options and pick a great value unit within my budget. Further Simon organised for the delivery, setup, and removal of my old unit. The delivery man Frank was efficient and courteous, very happy with his service too. I’m a long time fan of the Good Guys for value, service and product options, they are my go to store.

Worst service.

WARNING FOR EVERYONE !!!!!!!!!! PLEASE DO NOT SPEND ANY MONEY HERE. YOU WILL REGRET LIKE WE DID. Terrible customer service regarding the warranty and return process. They need to be educated more and be careful with the warranty policy before they have to say something rude with their strong attitude which made me feel confused and uncomfortable. Very unprofessional and clearly this store has no proper training plans and system for customer service since their google reviews were full of complaints about their service. We gave up and went to the “Kitchen warehouses” in Bundall. We told them about my experience with The Good Guys and they helped us out with their kindness and knowledge. We will never spend any cents on The Good Guys and will keep telling everyone until they apologise for their terrible behaviour and correct their mistakes.

I recently had the pleasure of encountering Simon at The Good Guys. He is, without a doubt, one of the most genuine and friendly sales professionals I have ever engaged with. Harvey Norman are now $2k richer and I’m a happier person for it. After spending 20 minutes in the dishwasher section at good guys, we were completely ignored, not because all the sales staff were busy, nope, the young salesman sat on his stool 5m away the whole time we were looking. We did what cross referencing we could between the models and then walked out… him watching us leave was the only time he looked up. Not even a wave goodbye. HN saleswoman was on us the second we walked in, knew her stuff, made the sale.👌 Go to HN peeps, don’t waste you time with the GG….

Had the pleasure of being served by a lovely man named Josh today. As someone who isn’t overly techy I hugely appreciated Josh’s help and honesty in finding a printer. Very grateful for his assistance today as I was in and out in 2 minutes!

Delivery service is the absolute lowest. They turn up 3 hours late. My little 10 kg dog walks up to say hi and he back hands him away. Then when I ask where the other 3 missing items from my order are, he just laughs in my face and continues talking indian into his airpods. And this is the second weekend I've been waiting for it to not arrive. I just want my oven and cooktop so I can bloody cook dinner.

Oh Tanya is amazing! Bought my first ever Dyson, she was up on all of its advantages, explained everything quickly and professionally. I charged it all day and my new vacuum is amazing!!!! Thanks Tanya for listening and giving me great advice 👌

Failed to deliver on the day organised. Meaning we travelled to the apartment for no reason as they provided late notice. They then failed to deliver on the second day, which was meant to be Father’s Day. We cancelled plans to be ‘home’ during the window advised would be the replacement delivery. Then when they delivered on the third day only half the delivery was on the truck.

We dealt with Simon at the Good guys he was excellent outfitted our new apartment with everything, great service easy to work with will be back for sure

I shopped, Bundall on Thursday with a Client who bought a Washing Machine. The sales assistant Ben, who helped us with the Purchase was very helpful, patient and explained everything clearly He was very professional and kind. The ladies at the front counter were also very helpful, patient and professional.

More staff than customers but none of them interested in helping. After enquiring at the front counter about a product I was given a vague location and left to my own devices. When I returned to the counter with the product, the four staff were more interested in discussing what they were doing after work than processing the sale. Customer service? Non existent.

Have shopped at good guys for decades. A few days ago we purchased a new fridge and a washer/dryer. We paid for delivery upon delivery it was brought to our attention that the fridge had not been probably wrapped/packaged and that if there was damage done to the fridge to contact the bundle store as they would do something about it. Upon contacting the bundle store and following up with an email, we heard nothing, gave them a call to find out what was happening and was meant with a lady who was extremely unhelpful, rude and sounded very frustrated, far from a great customer service representative, reflects very poorly on this company. When I wasn’t happy with the $50 off offered for the damage done to the fridge (by them) I was told that my options where to go on their website and lodge a complaint or they could come and pick up the fridge, 4 days after the fact. Extremely poor customer service. We will start shopping at Harvey Norman or domain from now on. Extremely let down at the good guys after being loyal customers for decades. The culture of this store is not what it used to be.

Does anyone actually work at this store? Nobody ever answers the phone, or if they do, you’re put on endless hold. Going in person and trying to find a salesperson? You have a better chance of winning Powerball. The extra star is only for the cheaper prices.

I recently purchased a dryer from Good guys in Bundall and the entire experience has been nothing short of a nightmare for this mob called the GOOD GUYS nothing good about them at all other then leaving the driveway. From the beginning, the customer service has been appalling. First, I was given a delivery date that was repeatedly rescheduled without any proper notification or explanation. Each time I called customer service, I was met with rude and unhelpful representatives who seemed more interested in passing the buck than solving the issue. One representative even hung up on me when I insisted on speaking with a manager. I am extremely disappointed with The good guys and their lack of professionalism and care for their customers. I would strongly advise anyone considering a purchase from them to think twice. The frustration and inconvenience are simply not worth it

Have had the pleasure of dealing with this store and Simon in particular for 20 years. Cannot speak highly enough of Simon, his product knowledge, work ethic, rapport with clients and going above and beyond for not only customers - but his team members as well. My husband and I can’t thank our sales person Aaron enough for his patience and advice to assist us with the purchase of our new dishwasher, cook top and oven. Aaron was knowledgeable and worked with us taking into consideration what was important to us. Thank you also to the young man from the warehouse who was so friendly and helpful. And the beautiful man Frank ( I think) who delivered our dishwasher was unbelievable. He insisted on taking his shoes off when he saw we had wooden floors in case he had stones on the soles. They never pick up their phone, the goods paid for, don't arrive when a date is set for delivery or pickup, it is most frustrating dealing with this franchise in Bundall. Went in to exchange my toaster as it had broken, didn’t have a receipt, the wonderful Jasmine went above and beyond in finding the purchase for me and then going through with the exchange, she is an asset to the company

My sister purchased a new dishwasher and washing machine at the Bundall store on Wednesday May 1st from Ben. His service was 1st rate. Having worked in retail for the last 5 years it was refreshing to hear of my sisters's positive experience in the store. But it didn't stop there. The install guys did a brilliant job today. My sister is over the moon with the Westinghouse products purchased and the quality of the installations.

I bought a fridge and they sent it on the wrong the address. I went to the actual store and called the store again to confirm that they are sending it to the correct address but they still sent it to the wrong one. Their answer is that there’s nothing they could do about it, speaking to me sarcastically what else do I want them to do. The wrong address they sent it to is just 10 minutes away from my home. I’m pretty sure the delivery guys could just drive for 10 mins and drop off the fridge. No considerations at all since it’s their fault and not mine. I have to wait for another 2 days, watch all my food rot away and take day off from work again to receive the fridge.

Never in my life have I ever experienced such a high level of customer service. Mik O you're a king. Keep killing it.

Delivery is so bad

The coffee machine was broken. In December, 2023, I packed the coffee machine with the original box and took it to repair. After many calls to urge them, they finally called me to pick up the coffee machine in March, when I got it, it was wrapped in foam paper without a box. Took it home and opened it only to find that there was no milk frother, called the customer service and said to call me back,As a result, after several weeks of phone calls to respond to the problem, the customer service said, why we did not check clearly when we got it, there was nothing wrong! ok, no problem, I will never visit The good guys again in my life!

Excellent customer service from Luke today. After a couple of hiccups with a TV delivery that never arrived which was ordered via The Good Guys 1300 number Luke has been so helpful in sorting this out for me. I was completely impressed with his professionalism, communication and follow up. Thank you Luke.

Staff here are always friendly and helpful. Try to give them most of our business, but sometimes they don't have items we are after. They always match prices and look after you if something is faulty.

Nightmare- if I could give 0 stars I would. I purchased a fridge and arranged delivery through good guys. The first day it should have been delivered my parents drove 3 hrs to be here for delivery and a short time before delivery received a text that delivery driver was sick and it would come the following day. The following day we waited all morning and heard nothing before calling good guys who said it was coming the next day. Today my fridge should have arrived and I spent all day waiting for my fridge. The app was showing it was 3 mins away and then I check to see its failed delivery. When I tried to contact the driver it’s a disconnected number. I have come to find out that it’s because they could not find a parking spot. They have wasted my whole weekend I have no fridge and communication has been terrible.

You’s don’t answer the phones, stop putting customers on hold. I’ve called over multiple week days, over the duration of 2 weeks. There’s no online chat accessible to the store. I had to call customer service on the 1300 # to find out if my order that was placed in store 3 - 4 weeks ago was ready for pick up. There was no digital receipt emailed on order. Customer Service stated they were going to discuss it with management, I didn’t even ask. My product has been in store since 2/02/2024, no email, text or phone call. Good-one 👍🏻

Installation & delivery plus removing old fridge reasonable at $85. Communication re time of delivery & delivery first rate. Highly recommend for price, range of products & service.

Terrible customer service. I dropped my vacuum off a month ago to be sent for servicing as it was covered under concierge warranty. Between the store, their insurance company and Dyson no one can tell me where my vacuum is (it didn't arrive at Dyson). Every time I call I either can't get through because the line is busy or I'm told they will call back once they have information and never call me back. I will never be buying anything from the good guys again.

If I could put zero stars then I would. Words cannot express how angry and frustrated I am not only towards the terrible staff but the customer service I have had received as-well. Absolutely disgraceful. I had purchased a fridge on Boxing day. The staff have said that it'll be delivered out early January. It is now 23/01/2024, I have not received a call nor a text from the store on when my fridge is going to be delivered. This whole week I have been chasing up on them to tell me when my item is going to be delivered. One staff saying it'll be delivered Saturday..THE OPERATING MANAGER staff saying Sunday, calling back saying it is going to be delivered Monday. Even the manager lies. No item has showed up on Monday so then I am calling them back. I had called them back and the staff have said that my item has been transferred to Oxley? With no explanation. I phone The good guys at Oxley. No matter what store you are calling from all the staff have the same terrible behaviour. The staff at Oxley had said that my item will be arriving on Tuesday between 1-5. I had been waiting till 4.30 until I had to call them back asking where it is - staff mentions it'll be coming in 20 minutes until then no delivery has been delivered. Best option was to get a refund and buy my fridge at a more reliable store! So sick of lies!

Please find another place to shop...I am never going here again...this place is just worst with service. Brought an air con on boxing day here...saying it was there but nope not there. Since there was a massive storm. I gave them some time before asking where it was. So is now the 15th of January none of them call me during that time to follow up with me how jt was going Now I am waiting again here with no service at all. Been here since 350. So 20 mins

Excellent customer service and appliance knowledge from Peter at The Good Guys Bundall store. He assisted us with thorough assessment of multiple washing machines and was very patient in answering our questions (we have had our last machine for 25 years and an efficient and reliable machine is very important to us). He was also happy to look up any answers he didn't know, so we could make an informed decision about which washing machine best suited our needs. Absolutely 5 star customer service and knowledge from Peter which we appreciated - thank you. Highly recommend!

My whole house is littered with The Good Guys products. Have had a few installations take place too. They have always been very helpful with refunds or issues caused by products with a smile.

Don’t get delivery. They don’t even deliver it when they’re scheduled to. It’s been a HUGE inconvenience. Even if you pay for a premium service. You don’t get it. Reading the other reviews of them taking 0 responsibility for their products, I’ll be going to consumer affairs straight away if my product fails before the warranty.

Reviewing on behalf of a senior lady... purchasing a new fridge. The store person was considerate of my needs and circumstances and the two delivery persons were helpful and obliging. Krystal at Good Guys Bundall saved my tech life today after this baby-brained, sleep deprived mama left her phone on the car roof (need I say more?) -and on D-day for stressful things to be happening!! She was reassuring, efficient, suuper patient and above all extremely knowledgeable. She had me and my nearly 1 year old baby connected to civilisation again in lightning speed. Terrible experience went there to purchase television told salesman i wanted interest free told cashier i wanted interest free paid with interest free card got home and found it just took the money as a debit payment . Rang them and they told me to come back and they would sort it . Waited an hour made to feel like I was at fault . Asked to see manager who apologized and said he would sort it out as delivery of tv was supposed to happen on the same day but because they had to cancel the delivery the debit payment could not be reversed until the next day the manager said come back the next day and he would cancel it and process it again but in the meantime he would ring Lattitude and find out some info and give me a 100 dollar discount . I messaged him and had no response I just ended up paying with a bigger cost and a waste of time . I will not be going back to them again

I bought a Vertue Nespresso coffee machine from this store, a couple of months ago, used it only for two months then it started not working properly and I had some issues with the machine. Took it back to the shop, was told that they would send it for repair. Waited more than a few weeks. Didn’t hear anything from them l, went to the shop today and was told that I have to wait for another couple of weeks. I told the store manager that I have paid a lot of money on coffee over the past few weeks because we didn’t have the coffee machine and would like to return the coffee machine and get a refund because it doesn’t make any sense to wait more than a month to have your brand-new coffee machine fixed. Then I was told that I wouldn’t be able to do it and I have to contact DeLonghi, who makes the coffee machine myself and deal with the warranty!!!! I think this is not reasonable for me to deal with that part, because I bought this machine from good guys and I would expect them to deal with these issues themselves. It’s very disappointing!!!!

Not so Good Guys, worst customer service! Was too lazy and Un-interested in helping a 1st & last time customer with something as simple as adding a 2nd name to a invoice for my new washing machine from last week.

Been buying my coffee beans from here for years, today they decided to be difficult because the manager lady wasn't in... then decided to not give me the usual mark down. I always buy electronics from here also but Good Guys has lost a customer after today
