Great store, with great products to buy if you like cosplay, anime, Playsation and XBox, DC and Marvel to ne few. Prices for most items are very reasonable and we purchased two pre-owned PlayStation games at a great price. We have also joined and have an EB account for their EB World card, from which you can collect points and get discounts. Great store, well worth a visit. Thank you.

We went late last night and i honestly want the man to get a raise he took time out of his night to talk to me and my partner about Xbox games and he was so kind we were there at 8:45 if he hasn’t he deserves so much credit!

The lady that had served me over the weekend has exceptional customer service. Greeted me with a smile, and was happy throughout the whole process and was able ro answer all my questions.

This Eb Games is terrible. The staff is unfriendly and unwelcoming. They look like they don't even want to be there. Moreover, they treat people unfairly. After temporarily been in the Gold Coast and coming to this store, I can say that their demeanour and unwillingness to be friendly has drove a level 4 member away. Going to join of wagoon of people buying cheaper games elsewhere.

Best EB games shop on the Gold Coast, the staff are really great.

Accidentally nominated the wrong store for a click and collect order. Staff sorted it all out for me, even though they were busy. Got my order on the spot.

Got a pre owned Xbox one x and it wasn’t cleaned properly so the system couldn’t function properly and they gave me a Xbox one s controller instead of an Xbox one x controller when it’s a Xbox one x system 🤦‍♂️
