Made a phone booking at this specific venue for its undercover bowls, double confirmed with a phone call, drove 40 minutes to be told by a lady at the front counter that we couldn’t play and there was no booking in the system. The pavilion, that had approximately 8-10 ‘lanes’ was empty except for 2 blokes playing. No real explanation was given at all. She was really quite terse, making us feel like we had done something wrong. All the while, the online booking site still showed times available, including for the time we were at the venue. This whole experience was surreal - I can’t quite understand what went wrong and how we couldn’t play. It all seemed straightforward to me - book, turn up and play? The irony of having ‘the friendliest club in paradise’ in neon lights above the entrance was certainly not lost on me, even if our booking was. 1/10 - would not recommend

Very disappointed in staff.We went Saturday the 21st to see show and dinner.When we returned to our table after dancing,our drinks were removed.No apologies from staff.They checked the CCTV ,making us feel like we weren’t telling the truth.Despite trying to explain the situation,staff didn’t care less.Will not be going back.

The bar has always smelt of stale beer no atmosphere the staff and mangerment don't have alot to say to you it's ashame. They do have excellent entertainment

A really nice club, friendly staff, great service, decent meals, beautifully made cocktails. A great place to hold an event or throw a party as the staff go above and beyond to accommodate you.

Very clean and open restaurant with friendly and helpful staff. Ordered a medium rare steak off the Lunch menu and it was cooked perfectly, I asked for no dressing on the salad and they got that right too, the hot chips could have been better.

Extremely cheap to eat here. $12 meals for lunch.

What a few years, some Reno's, Geordie the chef and team can make to this venue. Great food, excellent menu, care and pride in food by cooking team, excellent live music made our Friday night out a great memory event.

Stopped in for a drink and ended up staying due to The Band Jake! Absolutely amazing and had so much fun, will be following them everywhere. Would love to see them regularly here as we are locals and haven’t been here before.

I wanted to give six stars for the Chef and his team as we have eaten there twice for dinner and it was so delicious. So fresh, especially the salad (we are accustomed to getting sad salads) at other establishments, so this is huge! The steak was cooked to perfection, prawns deveined and fresh, the chips superb and the sauces *Wow!* Even though they were both busy nights we didn't have to wait too long. Thank you so much Chef and team, we are super happy! If I could mention one minor disappointment and that would be that the staff at the front desk/entry point seem selective in who they greet as both occasions we were not acknowledged. We'll live with that as the food is worth going back for and the prices are very reasonable.

We sat at a table. 15 min later we were harassed by the people that had pre booked our table. He rudely asked me if we had booked, I told him there was no reserved sign, then death stares from the group.. Not impressed, take it up with the staff who didn't do their job. Our meals were forgotten, waited 1 hour, while people who arrived after us received their meals. Finally, got our meals, after all of that, the waitress came and asked if we were nearly finished as other people wanted our table. Very rude, terrible experience. We won't be back

We had our 50-year reunion here last night, and it went off wonderfully. A big shoutnout to Jaymee, who organised the event for us. Bar manager Ben, and all the bar and bistro staff who catered to our needs with excellent attention, great customer service, and respect. I used to be the bar manager here back in the late 90s and early 2000s, so for me, there was no other place that I would have chosen for our special event. Everyone on the night had a wonderful time, and all agreed that they would like to make this an annual event. I knew that PPBC would not let me down, and they exceeded expectations. Thank you to all the fine staff on duty. See you in 12 months

We went for dinner on Tuesday night & had shepherds pie and butter chicken on the cheap Tuesday menu . It was more than enough & tasted fantastic and cost $15-$17 each + $6 schooners + trivia @ 7pm membership only $2 for 5yrs 👌👍

I joined this club $2 for 5 years. They have great entertainment Fri, Sat and Sun. The meals are real value and big portions. 👍👏

Nice afternoon, relaxing playing lawn bowls (you can play either under a solid roof or outdoors). It's an easy game so nothing to focus on, perfect. The staff was very helpful with tips on how to play the game and then to keep an eye on how we were actually playing. The general atmosphere at the Club is very layback and friendly, anyone feels very welcome to sit or play. There is a nice bar: I had a L,M & B but I think you can eat there too. May be next time I'll have something to eat.

Went for lunch at Paradise Point Bowls Club. They have cheap $12 Members deal for lunch with a good variety of choice (including rump steak or chicken snitzel). Only complaint is the drinks are a little pricey for a Bowlo!

Has wonderful indoor & outdoor greens. Very popular club.

Another very disappointing meal experience. The staff are friendly and other meals looked fine but there are almost no options for vegetarians. With meat and dairy intolerances, I asked for the burger with the beef pattie, bacon and cheese removed. Surely these are the most expensive items on a burger but I was still charged $26 and the burger arrived with bacon. On the same night a Reef and Beef meal was available for $27 which makes my meal cost ridiculous. Last visit, I asked for a a burger bun with no meat just lots of salad and was charged $24 for a bun with lettuce and 2 pieces of tomato! What a shame as this is our local club that I would like to frequent regularly . I would have preferred to email rather than write a public review but there isn’t an email address listed on the website. Come on Paradise Point Bowls Club, surely you can do better than this!

Delicious food, good prices.

We went there on a Saturday lunchtime for a cold drink. But ended up getting a meal from the specials. Chicken schnitzel was OK but the beef Salad was really good. They were busy but the chef does an excellent job checking orders and pumping them all out in a reasonable time frame. All the staff are great. Composed helpful and friendly. Pokies area was busy but still machines available. Had a little win but donated it back to the club. Seafood van in the car park is great there on a Saturday. The young couple have some quality produce. I will definitely keep going back. Don't know why I had not gone there sooner.

This is a very pleasant venue reasonable prices and reasonable membership fees

Used the bus service to pick up 9 people which was great except they forgot to pick us up even though it was confirmed twice. Got on the 4pm courtesy bus at 4pm and the driver dropped us off at 4.40pm(10min trip) because he prioritised the regulars. Won’t be using that service again which means we won’t be visiting the club again.

I would just like to Post of the Wonderful friendly, Smiling and committed service we received on New Year Eve from Belinda. Belinda was a beckon of job and happiness and how in a customer service industry you should be served. Belinda created a warm, friendly experience, the younger staff could learn a lot from Belinda and the club is lucky to have someone who helps create a great feel about serving you as a customer. What a shinning example of customer service.

Love coming here with my Mum for the $12 lunches as they are delicious and such great value for money. I do however think that the bar staff could do with more training in regards to making cocktails as the lovely older gentleman behind the bar always struggles with making my cocktails. I got a Pina Colada today and even though he genuinely tried his best to make it for me and apologized for the wait the drink was pretty flavourless,watered down and mostly made of ice. Apart from the cocktails the lunches and staff are always great and I can't fault the Paradise Point Bowls Club ❤️

Singer in the lunch area really not a good idea. Thought all the singer's and music were at the front of club on stage!

Staff were amazing, so accommodating especially with the kids! They brought over colouring competitions and letters to Santa 🎅. Unfortunately the food was TERRIBLE! The chips were dripping in oil to the point I didn't want my daughter to eat them. I think they heated them up in the oil when they were already cooked. The kids cheese "toastie has basically no cheese and was flat as a tac! And cost $14"
