Excellent stay, we had a pet and the facilities were very clean and the little garden out the back was perfect. The treats and toys for our dog was a really nice touch. The process to book us in with the dog was effortless and all was explained before we got there. We will definitely stay again.

| booked a 10-night stay at Quest Robina, hoping for a peaceful holiday, but it was anything but that. Within days, I discovered bedbugs in my room and reported the issue to reception. Instead of addressing it promptly, staff denied the problem despite clear evidence, including Google Lens identifying the insect as a bedbug. Furthermore one of their staff member Paige mocked my daughter for believing google results, making me wonder what kind of customer service do they have. The handling of the situation was dismissive and unprofessional with inconsistent communication and no accountability. After repeated frustrations, we checked out a day early. Although the duty manager promised to resolve the issue, I was offered contradictory refunds and credits that were neither of any use to me nor delivered. Since then, there has been no further action, communication, or response. This experience reflects poorly on their customer service and commitment to resolving guest concerns. This experience was deeply disappointing and far below the standards expected. I urge the management to take pest control and customer service more seriously.

On the basis this hotel accommodates animals, I would not consider booking here. Zero regard for potential customers, health, safety and peace and quiet. If I wanted to be around other people's dogs, their barking and filth, I'd go and sleep on the floor at the RSPCA. Absolutely unbelievably foolish business model.

Really nice easy place to get to and get around the area.

Zero regard for potential customers coupled with a subpar and rather perplexing business model. Booked a discounted two-night stay this coming weekend on Trip.com with the intention of bringing our little pet dog - we were really looking forward to this as the hotel markets itself as pet-friendly. Everything through Trip.com was seamless and the only instructions at the point of booking was that we needed to contact Quest Robina after booking to inform them that we were bringing a pet. It was at this point that everything unravelled. It took the receptionist longer than necessary to locate my booking, and, following a five minute powwow with her manager once I had passed on the pet-related information, I was handed the most absurd news. They had apparently run out of pet-friendly single studio rooms and suggested that we would need to upgrade to a double room for an additional ~$350. In response, I pointed out that there was no point marketing themselves as pet-friendly if they weren’t going to be able to honour it, or at the very least, been more transparent about the scarcity of pet-friendly rooms at the point of booking. I also asked why I had to pay such an exorbitant top-up if the double room was going to be otherwise unoccupied over those couple of nights. Their response? “Oh, we’ve already waived the pet fee…” I then highlighted that I would be forced to cancel - without knowing at that point whether I would be able to do so without incurring a cancellation penalty - which was disadvantageous for both parties. The best they could muster was an apology. I would’ve happily paid a slight top-up for the double room but their greedy, apathetic approach was a major turn-off. Will not be bothering with them in future.

It was a good place to visit, with proximity to public transport, shopping centre and nice restaurants.

Most comfortable in every way. No stinky smells that you find at other pet friendly places. Also being sensitive to artificial fragrances I was happy to say there were none, just cleanliness and fresh open breezes.

We stayed here for 5 days and the hotel itself was fine. Staff was friendly. Unfortunately at the third night we went down to do laundry and found a drunk man / (drugged man?) lying on the floor and he had moved our clothes to clean his. We still had to dry our clothes and the experience was not good at all. The next night when we checked we had lost 2 Nike short pants … the staff were sympathetic but I guess nth much they can do either. It made me scared to go out of the room late at night too. As I was travelling with a young kid it does raise concern to the safety of the hotel. Appreciate if there will be ways to address this and not happen to others in the future.

Staff was so lovely and accomodating and made sure everything was seamless. Yuki loved her stay and felt very comfortable and had everything we needed. It felt spacious and cozy at the same time and location is great at is away from main traffic area. Definately will be coming back :)

This place has become a bit of a second home travelling between Melbourne and the Gold Coast to spend time with elderly parents and the unfortunate circumstances with losing family, the staff here have gone above and beyond in helping with changing plans and helping with anything they could, I couldn't recommend this Quest highly enough.

Spent a night here , was given a free 11am late check out ... usually $30 ... spacious rooms .. good facilities.. wish we spent longer here...

We stayed at this hotel a few weeks ago and honestly could not fault the experience. HUGE shout out to Andrew at the front desk who was so kind, helpful and warm to deal with. Also the next morning we were offered free coffees and it was just such a lovely little perk. We 100% will be staying again. Emma & Andy. :)

Stayed here for the Socceroos game against Bahrain & despite the loss my stay was brilliant! The short walk to CBUS Stadium means the hotel is a prime location if you’re attending any event at the stadium. Christina was very friendly & after chatting about the game she upgraded me to a higher floor on the stadium side, very appreciated!

I stayed at Quest Robina for three days, I had the greatest experience ever. Mr Andrew and the rest of the girls at the reception are super friendly, cleaners are very respectful and the entire team at this place is just amazing. Rooms are super clean and the atmosphere is great. Loved my stay with them

Herr in the area for work even. Been upgraded to two roomed apartment for just myself. That's great as it usually means that the bigger space means quieter night. The apartment is very spacious and the bathroom has room for wheelchair access. There's a television, washing machine, full sized fridge, aircon, stove, toaster, kettle, microwave, cutlery, utensils, wine glasses, crockery, oven dishes...there may, or may not be an iron, I can't see one.

Stayed in many Quest apartments around the country. This is one of the best.

Super friendly team! Rooms are decent in size and clean. Looks relatively new and modern. Location is right next to Robina Station so convenient and a short drive from the Town Centre. It can get a tad loud with a school and university across the road and kids playing in the communal pool downstairs.

Friendly staff that made the check in process easy, they followed up each time between booking made and check in date. Even got upgraded which was amazing!

Extremely kind and friendly ladies at the front desk. The rooms are quite nice, and have individual heating/cooling which can be adjusted or turned off. Lots of cute dogs staying, but many rooms are pet-free as well. A little expensive and the area is slightly industrial, but it's good for a stopover or if you're visiting in the local whereabouts.

Perfect Place to stay in Robina. Always happy to book this one. Had a pool party the night we booked with a free cocktail per room and a coffee cart at reception in the morning.

Quest is the best! I travel a bit for work and can honestly say I try to stay here whenever I come to the Gold Coast. There have been a few times when I couldn’t get in as there were no vacancies and have had to stay elsewhere. To be honest I am always a little disappointed when I compare them to the Quest experience. I have stayed numerous times and have stayed in a variety of rooms. All of the rooms are a good size, modern and well appointed. They haven’t skimped on good quality appliances either (which I have found to be the case in some other supposedly “posh” accomodations). The rooms are always clean from top to bottom. I find other places I have stayed at no longer offer daily cleans. Quest does. I am staying at Quest at the moment and put out the do not disturb sign as the room was clean and I didn’t want to waste the cleaner’s time. When I came back to my room tonight there was a card which had been slipped under the door saying they noticed the sign but should I want any extra towels and such just to the reception know and they could bring them up to me. It’s this type of thing which shows me Quest really does care about their guests. Every time I come here there is a lovely personalised and handwritten welcome card. It is these special touches which just adds to the experience and makes my stay so lovely. The staff are also welcoming, super friendly and helpful. The rooms are also extremely quiet. The building is right next to Robina Train station and I am yet to hear a train. There was also a party going on the other night. When I went out in the balcony the music was obnoxiously loud, however as soon as I went back inside and shut the sliding door I could not hear a thing. I note Quest is also pet friendly and have seen quite a few happy puppies and their owners. On one occasion I was put in one of their 2 room apartments. The balcony was HUGE and there was a large area with Astro turf, presumably for the four legged friends. The apartment was massive with two good sized rooms, 2 bathrooms, a fully decked out kitchen and a goodly sized living room area. I was very impressed. It would be great for a family and their puppy. I usually say if the bed is comfy and the shower is good I’m happy- I haven’t had a bed or a shower disappoint yet at Quest. As you can tell, I can’t speak highly enough of Quest. If you’re coming to the Goldie it is well worth staying here!!!

Came to this amazing beautiful place for use of the conference room. Staff were amazing friendly and welcoming. Amenities available were immaculate and clean. Close to transport.

The staff were most welcoming upon arrival and very efficient. The facilities were more than adequate for our needs and the coffee bar in the morning down in the foyer was a nice touch and greatly appreciated.

Wow our first stay at a pet friendly hotel, Tanya at reception who checked us in was just amazing helping with anything & gave us fabulous ideas for dinner which we used 3 of the places all awesome. Our fur baby Chilli was welcomed by all & even on checking out one of the maintenance guys remembered her name and wished her a good trip home was impressed. Would definitely stay here again

This hotel seems to be in a very ‘out of the way’ area of Robina. I had a booking made for me but it looks scary place to be alone outside at night , give its proximity to the train station. Couldn’t see much to make me feel less nervous. Staff was nice but didn’t offer to show a room

Absolutely the best hotel we have ever stayed at. Staff were all so welcoming and nothing was a problem for them. We stayed with our dogs which was a first for us and it was amazing, they had a welcome pack for the dogs with toys and treat. Thanks so much.

What a terrific establishment. My partner and I made an emergency Vet dash for one of her darling dogs. (Massive thanks to the emergency Carrara vets, so close to the motorway and so damned good.) We needed to bring the other 2 with us, of course and wondered at our chances of finding a late check in that would accommodate the 4 of us while the other spent the night under vets care. We needn't have worried. The staff could not have been more accommodating if they tried. Our first night was in a lovely 2 bedroom apartment with massive balcony and astro-turf area for the pups. I've paid more for a smaller place on the GC and they didn't allow pets! Our 2nd night, once again booked late in the day as we waited for news on our sick little one, was again a lovely 2 bedroom apartment just with 2 small balconies instead of one huge one. Once again a magnificent little apartment that made me somewhat disappointed to come home. If I'm ever in a position to have a kitchen designed for me, I want to know who designed either or both of the ones here. That is who I want to craft it. Thank you Quest Robina.

Conveniently located close to the Pacific Highway, Robina train station and the Robina Central Hub, these rooms are very quiet, well equipped and modern. I was made to feel very welcome and I was pleasantly surprised at how prepared they are to go that 'extra' distance to assist with things like free shuttle services etc. Pet Friendly, clean and well maintained, Quest is definitely up there as one of my favourite places to stay.

My daughter stayed with you for over a month under not great circumstances, and I have to say the staff,all of them were fantastic, the room was absolutely beautiful, I would recommend your hotel to everyone. Thank you very much 😊

So far been very pleased with the friendly service and spacious 2br apartment 😊👍. We're staying 3 nights. Has an outdoor pool and a gym but no spa or sauna here which would be a nice addition.

Had an amazing stay in the pet friendly apartment. The apartment was very modern. Pet bed, food bowls, a toy and snacks were provided for my dog. The staff are very nice and welcoming. Close to Robina town centre which is a pretty good shopping centre and close to cafes. Great place if your looking for somewhere not to busy and close to all the main attractions but still close enough.

I cannot recommend Quest Robina more highly. I was in between places with pets and they went above and beyond to support me and my circumstances. The team is warm friendly and provided exceptional customer service. My room was clean, modern and lovely to stay in and they even provided my dog with some treats and toys. Do yourself a favour and choose Quest Robina.

Brilliant location if you need to go to Robina hospital. Excellent for public transport. Accommodation was very clean and comfortable.

Location was good with on site secure parking. We stayed in a studio unit. It was very basic, bland in fact. It did the job for a overnighter. I dont know how it is classed 4 star. Good supply of shampoo. conditioner, bodywash. Weird room entry, a single door into a barely door opening vestibule with 2 doors ie Room a Room b. All doors are difficult to hold open while you struggle with luggage. No fast emergency exit happening with this arrangement. Room did not smell fresh. I asked for a pet free floor. Ashtray on the small balcony which would account for the room smell. :( It would have been nice to have usb ports, although there is an abundance of power points. Overhead rain shower that's okay but provide a shower cap. Damage payment of $100 refundable but can take several days. That's such a negative implication and goes no where in covering repairs if that's what happens here. Overall, pleasant staff. Its unfortunate that they are let down by hotel standard.

We took our two Siamese cats for a few days. They were well catered for. We found the apartment and facilities very good. Handy location to Robina shops.
