Officeworks Robina

Crap customer service. Printing area no help at all. Wait in line for them to just go and help another customer behind you (3TIMES!). When asked for assistance she sent me to the self service photo print when I clearly stated I wanted poster printed. Waste of time. Watched 2 other people leave disgruntled after not receiving any help

Riya at the printing area is extremely rude. I have come in twice now and both times she has been rude. Always tries to correct me when I’ve had printing done multiple times by other team members who have been helpful.

Good parking staff are available when needed.

Clean store, however it seems like staff just don't like working at Officeworks. Robina store is much better than the Burleigh one but still lack of customer service or enthusiasm for anything is a shame.

Officeworks is somewhat more expensive than Kmart; but the selection is huge!🖇

The service at Officeworks is notoriously bad, but my last visit was particularly infuriating. We were working in the area, so instead of traveling back to our offices, we popped into Robina to have a couple of small printing jobs done (100 pages). We were there on a Friday morning, as soon as they opened and there were no print jobs in progress (ie machines weren't operating). We had to wait until SATURDAY MORNING to pick up the pages. Utterly ridiculous and incredibly unprofessional. We will never rely on Office works for anything again in relation to business. The lack of flexibility in their policies" make them useless for businesses that need to adapt to situations on the fly. Another big company that has lost touch with the basics of service."

Staff said they had no stock for an item, and could not source it from anywhere not even the warehouse. Went to another branch and they clearly had it in stock. Sad service :(

absolutely terrible service. A family member ordered a click and collect item, and after being delayed for 24 hours, when she arrives to store they can’t find it and make her pay for the item again as she wasn’t able to take floor stock due to it being a click and collect item. My family member will now need to go back to the store and get a refund when this item is ready. 1.5 hours after paying for this item again, they magically find the original order and said the item was ready. Absolutely ridiculous and poor service from the team. I absolutely expect better than this and I will never go to robina officeworks again.

What a dissapointing experience, both times I came in over the last 2 days. I wanted to have a document scanned as a pdf and sent to my email. Young rude girl basically told me to go over there and use the machines. Sorry I haven't done it before so I really couldn't work out the machines and how much credit I needed. Went over to counter for help. After waiting she came back. Well that was an effort to assist. Can't complain about the friendly helpful service, there was none. Today went to pickup photos I'd ordered. Got a text message to pickup from click and collect. Waited for service, then a guy comes up and wants a barcode. Sorry I didn't get a barcode. Then works out it's print and copy and says go over there. Sorry my text said pick up from click and collect. Some of these people don't deserve jobs. Wow, how about being friendly and providing good customer service!!! Updated, went in on the 7th, again trying to get help with the photocopying / scanning machines. Asked for assistance and anyone would of thought I was asking for her kidney. Then wandered around store for 20mins, not 1 person offered assistance or acknowledge me. 2 young guys who are staff wondering around the store joined at the hip just totally unaware of customers.This team needs customer service training urgently.

I tried to pick up a print order yesterday but I left without anything and the sales assistant treated me unacceptably. First she lied about her services as she told me that she cut files in half as ordered, meanwhile I watched her do it differently, cutting it unevenly and ruining my files. Secondly she lectured me, telling me how to order it online next time but when I asked her to show me on my phone how to do so she realised that she lectured me with completely false information. The thing she told me to do isn’t possible lol. When a second sales assistant came to help I told the entire story, including that she lied to me she snapped and almost yelled at me that that wasn’t true, she apparently didn’t lie to me, although clearly she didn’t!!! I watched her do it completely differently to how she told me. Honestly so disappointing, we will never be back and I hope this employees lies have consequences. Unacceptable! Will not recommend

Love this store however it's beyond frustrating when you try to call to confirm a product is there and the line will not let you speak to anyone in the store at all, gives you no options and just redirects you to website (which obviously doesn't have the answer). It's not worth driving there to search for stock when I am able to contact other merchants via phone to arrange purchase.

Staff who assisted me with great service, her name is Kelly. I attended Officeworks 2 days in a row with difficulties on my end with and Kelly assisted with me with all my multi paperwork and my printing issues and Kelly provided me with absolutely great customer service and assisted me with the headache !!! Thank you so much. Office Works has huge variation of products and ranges of office chairs on offer as attached with photos and nice quality also. Very accessible and parking is directly outside the shop and wheelchair accessible with ramp and huge parking spaces available!!! Absolutely recommended this place hands down!!!

Office Works offer a passport photo service that does not meet the passport office's strict criteria. And they know this, even mentioning to us as we got out passport photos done, that they have had numerous people returning to get refunds or have them re-taken. Even with their new light box, they got it wrong. They should stop wasting everyone's time and stop offering this faulty service.

After getting NO help from the Burleigh store I went to Robina. Jess went out of her way to help me print a photo(which I've never done). Thanks Jess. I'll definitely be back at the Robina store in future.

Great customer service from ( Vin, I hope I got that right) today while looking at tablets and laptops, very knowledgeable and extremely respectful to an old bloke like me with his explanations and advice. I now know I am better equiped to make the right decision and will be back soon. The range is the best I found on all my visits to other stores, but the customer service is what I will be back for. Well done Vin, you are a credit to your company.

I wanted to put 4.5/5. Service in the aisles, and assistance with products, was great, and better than other stores. Good range at this larghe store. I was after some technical drawing devices, which the store had in stock. Quick to get in and out. Thank you! J

Today I feel like I have to share my adventure at Officeworks Robina I think this really hit the limit. I went with my 2 kids to buy 2 gaming chairs for Christmas and while we were browsing we saw the one we were interested on a display shelf so we kindly ask to a stuff member if was possible to try it and she came back after several minutes telling me that unfortunately it wasn't possible as they needed 3 staff members to take the chair off the shelf as a safety measure, so me and my kids didn't know if she was joking or she was being serious, I had just to think about it, I then went to ask her if she could call 3 members, the shop was really quiet and staff wandering around, she looked at me very annoyed and the manager also came to remark that there was nothing he could do to help me, I really felt teased and treated like an idiot, I just had to walk away I can't believe it it actually happened it looked unreal. Thanks to the manager.

I would give no stars if available. I placed an order on Wednesday and was still waiting for an email so went in the store today and the order wasn’t placed and it’s very clear that it wasn’t done as the original receipt doesn’t have click and collect on it but the new receipt has it. The staff member called Zach that placed the order didn’t do it but tried to blame a computer error. Extremely bad customer service

If I could give no stars I would. We needed to print a photo for my grandmothers funeral and every photo machine was down. The only help we received from the staff was GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!!!

Came in to get some new pens and highlighter and the lovely employee Georgia, helped me. So professional and so kind. I live closer to the burleigh location. But would go out of my way to robina just because of the amazing staff working. THANKS Georgia

Great customer service by Shadae in the Print & Copy section this morning. She was friendly, efficient and very helpful in printing and scanning confidential documents I couldn’t do myself at the self-serve printers. Thanks Shadae!!

New store. Clean and well laid out. Staff service is shocking. Took me 30mins to print 4 pages. Lined up for a new card. 1 person serving while 2 stood at entrance and another just looking busy and avoiding customers. Finally got it. Printer took my money but didn't print. Line up again. Staff helped. Line up again to have it laminated. Told to leave it and come back tomorrow for 4 pages laminated. How hard can it be? Staff just didn't care about serving. Wanted to look busy and avoid looking at customers in the line. Very slack

Needed Passport photos, after many attempts I was told success, only to have them rejected at Australia Post. Not a great option for anything important. Perhaps don't offer a service you can't service properly.

Today I went in to buy a heavy item. Donna (Don Don on her tag) was so lovely, and very helpful. I felt very welcome in the store and she assisted me with returning to collect the item that wouldn't fit in the car. I didn't feel like a hassle, nothing was too hard. Just wanted to give her a shout out because helpful staff who go above and beyond should be noticed.

I went in last Saturday to print a photo and was having trouble with the automatic printing system. The new employee at the photo desk was lovely and a great help. The other employees were all super friendly as well and helpful towards the new staff. We appreciate your great service!

Went in a few weeks ago to print something and all printers offline. Went again today and can’t load my card with it’s accepting cash only. Thought in 2023 contactless payment was easy and preferred

Placed a click and collect order with the pickup time 2 hours. Left home for a 40 minute drive, arrived to be told that even though this sale was final, they had placed our PAID FOR product on hold for someone that phoned (not paid for) and sold underneath us. Did not make an effort to refund the product in store, passed the buck over to customer support who didn’t want to go out of their way to help either. Judging from previous recent reviews this is happening to a lot of others too. I would avoid this store

Disgraceful Service! Preordered a phone. They took the money nearly 2 weeks ago, however have no idea when phone will arrive. They continually pass the buck and refer me onto their main office who have no idea either. The last phone I bought from them cam broken. Don't buy or deal with this company!!!
