Staff allowed me, as a visitor, to take my ebike up to my friends room to keep it secure whist we were out for the day.

Great place to stay, walking distance to the casino, the beach, dining & shopping. The apartment was reasonably priced and we enjoyed that it was much quieter than other places we’ve stayed, we even had pool & spa to ourselves. We will be back.

How to get dropped a star: Credit card deposit has been held for a week, staff member was rude, said contact your bank and then said oh I know who this is and hung up. Petty. The rooms and hotel are fine. Quite nice actually. Staff are rude af tho unfortunately

I was disappointed because we were staying for 11 days, $3550! After we had used the small shampoo, body wash and conditioner we had to buy our own. They wouldn’t even supply extra toilet paper after this was used too! We came here for a holiday not a shopping trip to get supplies. Cleaning staff were polite. Getting the TV to work took time but eventually worked. Doesn’t work with Netflix if you have an advert subscription. The ocean view room, didn’t have much view being a few streets back.

Dated decor, noisy and when I asked for my $200 deposit back after 8 days (i had to call twice), I was told I had to call my bank and ask for it to be released. Plenty of good options in Broadbeach - this is not one...............................

Great service and facilities at the resort. The only downfall was the uncomfortable bed which was basically 2 single beds pushed together that were not soft… Otherwise a good stay.

It suited us perfectly as we needed a recharge and was near the things we wanted to do. We give a big thank you to the team who were so friendly and helpful.

Not a new building but very clean room with kitchen, washing machine/dryer, nice pool and spa. Cafe open for breakfast. Safe underground parking which was a must for us as we're travelling on motorcycles. Short walk to the beach, shops and tram.

Great location but found the rooms disappointing for the cost. Was asked to pay $3 for additional towels, had to take my own rubbish out and found the road noise too loud to have a restful sleep. Would avoid if travelling again.

Lying Staff untrustworthy will try anything to rip you off. It is on an extremely busy loud highway unable to sleep, seems police on the Gold Coast don't car about modified muffets. Motor cars and bikes. The staff are unfriendly and will take your money. Place is old and dirty.

Please be aware !!! $200 key deposit been waiting 3days still haven’t returned to my account… asked for clean towels over a 4 day stay period management charge $3 a towel… if you don’t empty the small bin in the room you will incur a cost…location is good 👍

Really good, family friendly accommodation- just be a bit cautious of the added overheads.

Had requested a high level floor in this 9 storey building but our room was on the 3rd floor. I mentioned this when l completed the paperwork and was advised we had been upgraded ok but missing from the apartment was a salad bowl or something equivalent but when l mentioned this to the receptionist l was told owners need to arrange this item & also that previously the on-site manager had paid from his own money items to be replaced. Truly l have never been spoken to like this when asking about an item nor do l need to know about the on-site manager’s expenses. |Another concern and disbelief was l was called on my mobile and told that no extra person can sleep in the apartment, l had a visitor visit us & we left after 30mins l was extremely disappointed and annoyed by this.

Accommodation is good, it's dated but it has everything you need. They provide a 'starter pack' which has all you would need for a few days including some laundry detergent. The shower is a fixed head which I don't love but the water gets hot very quickly. The apartment is spacious and location is great. Parking is free and has a lot of space underground.

Friendly staff, great location and just a great place to stay

This is a nice resort hotel conveniently located right next to the Broadbeach South tram/bus stop and about 5-10 minutes walking distance from the beach. The apartment I had was spacious and included a kitchen area with all cooking utensils, a washing machine, a spacious living room, as well as a solid bedroom and bathroom, the latter of with has both a shower and (separate) bathtub. The interior design and vibe of the hotel is quite old-fashioned and feels slightly dated but I didn’t mind. The receptionist was very friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. There is no room service but that wasn’t an issue. A small cafe inside the building does breakfast staples and has tasty pastries as well as very good coffee. Price-wise, the Neptune Resort is excellent and much cheaper than many other options in the vicinity, so amazing value for money.

I stayed for two weeks and was extremely happy. Staff were lovely and welcoming, room was great and quiet, amenities were fantastic. Looking forward to coming back again.

There were only 2 towels in the room for a 5 night stay for 2 people. You have to pay for additional towels. Wanted to use the pool. Went to get towels. Reception closed. There was no air conditioner in the bedroom so stuffy. Also internet was weak making it difficult to watch apps. 😳

Would not recommend this place! Reception lady, rude! The air conditioner’s was full of mould .. told lady at reception she said of your full of it ,they just been cleaned .. I showed her the photo’s I had took & said do these pics look clean to you Oh I’ll send Manager up. 7 hours later he still hasn’t been, goes back down reception Finally the rude lady sends him up Manager comes in looked at out side of air con says these ain’t dirty ( mind you he didn’t give to stuffs) I showed him all the mould All he said was I’ll get someone in to clean them .. that never happened! He Didn’t offer us another room.. or any money back ,we couldn’t use the aircon , as myself and my son have Respiratory problems.. they was happy to take the 1k to stay and our deposit of $200 they keep for no reason..that I’m now fighting through my bank to return Bathroom look like it hadn’t been clean in forever (mould dirt on floor ) Microwave had all old stale food through it Bed sheets had stains on them Curtains with all the dust .. room stunk Happy to up load photos and take the matter further Always check the aircon before use it can make you very sick 🤢

We booked this place through a recommendation which turned out to be a big mistake (the recommendation obviously doesn’t travel much or has very low expectations)|The place has a smell that wafts in and out, mould all through the bathroom and stains on the furniture.|They are currently painting, so sewage mixed with paint fumes isn’t a great mix.|Staff at reception are not friendly (with the exception of 1 younger staff member)|But most of all, I actually didn’t feel safe here.||I recommend the Qube or Synergy for the same price but much nicer.||Ps check the bed to make sure the sheets are washed before getting in

If you are looking for an apartment, look elsewhere. The staff are not friendly, there’s mould growing in the shower and the bed needs a serious upgrade. Also our sheets weren’t washed prior to our stay (makeup left on sheet) I recommend the qube or the synergy for a better stay for the same price To reply to the comment: we already changed rooms once to a downgraded room, wasn’t going to risk it again

Really nice & comfortable, quite spacious with everything you would need in an apartment. Very clean & fresh when you walk in. Good security. Swimming pool

As a reasoning was asked I will give it, yes I am indeed an external property manager and I manage a unit in the resort from a private owner but owners do interact with the resort management too. my review is not for the resort facilities in itself as I could not clearly grade rooms. Hope that this clarify your question.

They could do with ac in the bedrooms too. I like the balcony and furnishings and w/d. It's also within walking distance to many things. Also the facilities close a bit early for adults. I think 10 or 10:30 earliest would feel like you get more value especially if you have things to do and only have a short stay. Overall I do recommend tho. It has the basics of everything you need. Enjoy

Great location, able to grab a stay at a reasonable price at the last minute when another hotel let us down. Fairly spacious too!

Lovely resort with well appointed apartment room. Very clean and tidy. Straight across the road from Pacific Fair and only a short 500m walk to the Broadbeach mall, Broadbeach clubs, pubs and restaurant district and the beach & surf club.

Highly recommend Neptune resort. I Just left Neptune resort today was here for 1 week. The staff at this place is amazing. And the rooms are so beautifully clean. Yes you don’t get the benefit's of a hotel clean sheets everyday towels and all but it’s not like you clean your sheets at home everyday my favourite part was having a washing machine, dryer & dishwasher as-well as an airer. You feel like you’re at home. I honestly prefer this more than a hotel as not all hotels even provide you with a kitchen and washing machine etc. They have everything you need and even cheaper than a hotel. I love how close it is to pacific fair and the beach. Beautiful pool and spa. Thankyou Neptune resort for the amazing service. We arrived after hours on the first night and still were able to checkin still and checkout before 10am today. Beautiful view aswell. Will love to come back to Neptune resort in the future. There is a cafe downstairs and they have beautiful food aswell.

We had to delay our arrival a day due to an accident pre trip. The staff were excellent and worked with us to extend our stay by a day without moving room. The staff were excellent. They were amazing when I had booked an activity in a hurry on the wrong day and needed to change this. They rang through and helped me sort my mistake. Fantastic staff excellent location good value cafe. Service was A1 and family unit was spacious with lovely view Highly recommend this accomodation directly across road from tram and pacific fair. Will definitely stay there again next time in in Gold Coast

Had a great stay thanks to Brett and staff. They let me check in early and provided me with a mattress topper as it was a bit hard for my liking. Great pool and spa and views of the coast. Nice cafe on the ground floor too. Thanks for a great stay!

Absolutely thrilled with our recent stay at Neptune Resort Broadbeach in Queensland! The perfect Broadbeach location made our holiday truly exceptional. Being so close to Pacific Fair, the light rail, and stunning beach was incredibly convenient, all only 5-minute walk away. The warm and welcoming reception staff truly set the tone for the entire trip, providing help and advice when required. We had the pleasure of staying in room 503 on the quite side of the building and overlooking the pool and spa, which boasted full morning sun that flooded the space with warmth and beauty also great for enjoying breakfast of the balcony each morning. The attention to detail in the room's design and furnishings was remarkable, leaving us thoroughly impressed. The cleanliness and meticulous upkeep of the resort further enhanced the overall experience, the pool is also heated for that perfect swim. We also enjoyed Tom's cafe which is located on the ground floor. Without a doubt, Neptune Resort exceeded our expectations. The combination of its prime location, friendly staff, and impeccably appointed accommodation made for a memorable and enjoyable stay. Were already looking forward to returning and reliving the fantastic experience. A definite 5-star review from us!

Stayed here for a work trip. Pros: - Amazing location & very easy to commute to and from places via Uber or public transport or walking - Short walk from Surf Parade Broadbeach area with heaps of restaurants - Short walk from Pacific Fair Shopping Centre - Rooms are spacious for one person travelling - Relatively clean & tidy - Quiet & safe area at night - Staff were super friendly & helpful Cons: - Rooms are a bit old & dated - Not many amenities (soap, detergent etc.) - No room service if your stay is less than 8 days Overall, pretty good affordable place to stay if you don’t mind it being dated.

Great short stay at Neptune Resort, right across the road from Pacific Fair with easy access to public transport. Short walk down to Peppers for lots of yummy food. Reasonable room rate but what was outstanding was the fantastic service from our front desk concierge Cathy and we can’t forget the 2 beautiful French bulldogs. Cathy was welcoming, informative, and made our stay lovely. Leaving the beautiful sunny weather back to head back to NZ rain and frosts :(

Adequate accommodation for the price, beds good, location and views are great, washing machine and dryer almost antiquated only negative

We enjoyed our time here overall. What I liked: + Room was clean and tidy + Free parking included + Good location close to lots of places to eat, beach, etc + Staff were friendly What I didn't like: - Furnishings were old and rickety (table legs wobbly, curtains worn, etc) - curtains in 2nd room were so thin I could see outside at night (see photo) and let a lot of light in. Had to sleep with an eye mask. - Extremely firm mattress resulted in restless nights - had to buy my own mattress topper to soften it up. Didn't help the bed was on castors on a hard floor and would roll around the room when you moved in bed.

Stayed here for 7 nights in March 2023. Staff were very friendly and helpful, including assisting with helping us navigate public transport. Located right in the heart of Broadbeach. Very close to the mall and restaurants. Loved the pool and spa on site. The room had a bath, which was lovely to relax in after long days of walking. Room was equipped with heaps of kitchen utensils, which made it easy to cook your own meals. Absolutely loved staying here, would go back if I am ever in the GC!

Motel need an update.Tired need a Big update. Stuffy hallway, no air con, which made it hot & stuffy. Room need to have the air con, not a fan! Cleaning staff didn't look under the Tv. As a book had been sitting for a while. Reception was moody, good one minute, snappy the next. Up grade in the information booklet. Could show a brief menu of Restaurants. This would be of Great help. Lacking anything of interest. To owner. Room 916. Booked via Booking .com.

Great location near the beach and Pacific Fair shopping centre. Onsite parking and cafe too. The place is a bit old and tired but fine for the price. Kids loved the pool and spa facilities. Easy to grab a Lime bike and ride into Surfers Paradise from here too.

I stayed here for a week. Fantastic spacious apartment with everything you could need including dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. Fantastic location, just across the road from Pacific Fair Mall. Fantastic views from the balcony.

Slightly dated rooms, but the staff make up for it with excellent customer service.

Location fabulous. Close to pacific fair and tram/buses and 10 min walk to Broadbeach centre. Our room was average. The air con needs a filter clean and the shower could do with some mould removed. Also shower needed to be bigger tight fit. More shelving in walk in robe and in shower. A TV in bedroom would of been nice too. A little noise from highway,but with doors closed ok. Great spot for people watching. 😆

Needs make over .. Great position to everything 👌 The maintenance guy was a champ, and there were any problems he fixed.. Came back to our room one afternoon, the beds were made, and new towels were provided. The only thing we didn't like about it was that we weren't notified and had our personal things lying around.

We stayed here for 3 nights on our road trip.||From the outside the building looks impressive but that cannot be said about our apartment.||It was quite spacious but there were so many things wrong.||There was a stale smell which was coming from dirty furnishings. The settee was very stained with sweat marks as was cushions, we had to cover settee with towels we brought with us, we did not use cushions.||The bedding sheets and pillow covers were good as probably cleaned by contractors but when we inspected the pillows inside they were very stained. We used extra covers from other pillows to stop smells of the two stained pillows we used.||The furniture needed replacing as very dated and worn, lots of old cheap white ikea stuff. ||We had to wash all dishes and cutlery in dishwasher as not clean.||Curtains were old and not fitted well and again needed replacing. The whole apartment needed painting as dirty and marked walls and doors.||No tv in bedroom but there was two holes in wall and tv stand???||Balcony furniture was old and needed replacing.||The owner of apartment 511 should make some major changes as it could be a great place to stay.For us it was the worst place on our road trip of seven apartments over four weeks.||We would not stay here again if we were to visit the Gold-coast.||I have attached photos to show this is a honest review.||Forgot to mention reception staff were not that friendly and seemed to be on guard when asked questions.

The location of the Neptune Resort is great trams busses and Pacific Fair close by I would book there anytime I went to the Gold Coast the room was great with a view and the bed was comfortable and the kitchenett had everything one needed thank you Neptune Resort

My stay at Neptune Resort was fantastic! Awesome facilities, and comfortable living accommodations. There was a slight problem with the pest control services, which they went into our suite at a random time.

Excellent location that walk to Pacific Fair shopping mall, tram and beach. Room is clean and tidy. Kitchen utensils are well equipped and come with electric cooker hob. Washing machine wasn't that cleaned because after laundry, there were sands particles on it. I think the previous guest must washed their sandy dirty clothes and the room service did not clean the tumbler before we check-in. Dryer - the door handle has crack on it. Informed the front desk and she told me it is still functional. Yes, the dryer is still functional but I need to handle carefully when open or close the door because I'm afraid to broken the handle. Dish washer machine - it nice to have it in the room for cleaning dirty dishes. But I don't know how to use the machine. It will be nice if dishwasher liquid be given in the room for alternative option if don't want to use the machine. Only on the last day when I check out, using the drop-box key, they do provide the dish washer liquid there. Overall is a pleasant stay =)

Apartment needs a make over, needs a good clean and redecor. A bit tired.

We stayed for 3 nights. The resort is easy walk to Pacific Fair and some good restaurants. The resort had plenty of room in all the rooms. The bath was deep and shower good. There was a balcony to sit on. The kitchen was good and fridge freezer full size. We didn't use the washing machine or dryer. The sauna was good

We have been so happy with our stay at the Neptune Broadbeach! Staff are friendly and welcoming, rooms have been updated, are a good size and very clean. We were on the ground floor which was much quieter then we expected, with a lovely private courtyard and easy access to the pool and tennis court. The tram stop is just a hop & skip away, the beach is only a couple of blocks and the giant Pacific Fair shopping centre is a 2 minute walk. It’s about a 5 minute walk to the rest of Broadbeach’s restaurants and shops. All in all a great place to stay in a very convenient location, we will be back!

Right across the road from Pacific Fair. I stayed in a nice 1 bedroom unit and there is a Cafe here but not a resort" as the name suggests. A bit noisy at night outside but that's the GC...free WiFi is available but no Netflix."

Nicely located close to Pacific Fair mall and tram station. Food and groceries are nearby. Indian tourists may find this awkward as it is not a full service hotel. We liked it once we understood their system.

A fantastic resort with large apartments. Im staying here with my wife and 3 ternage sons. Our apartment has 2 bedrooms and a sofa bed. The kitchen is full of utensils ... a Woolworths supermarket is 2 blocks away so we can cook in the apartment no worries! And the laundry in our apartment has a washing machine and drier! The pool and spa and sauna are just great. 2 blocks to the beach is perfect. Also, 2 blocks from the bug shopping mall. Parking is safe and easy under the building. Highly recommended.

It is hard to imagine a better location than Neptune Resort, which is situated next to one of the largest shopping malls in Australia. The suite is very roomy with excellent sunlight, the price extremely reasonable for such quality accommodation. Highly recommended.

Stayed for 10 nights 14th Sept...great location close to Broadbeach South G Link tram...Draculas cabaret Casino and Pacific Fair shopping centre all within 5 mins walk. Our 2 bed apartment was very comfortable with everything you need for your stay ..nice pool and sauna with a small gym...Would definitely book again had fab stay!

We got this Resort as a very cheap House of Travel Deal so were not expecting it to be fabulous. It was better than we expected. The location is a block from the beach and across the road from Pacific Fair. Perfect for what we wanted. They even offer free parking under the building. Our room was tired but functional. The dishwasher didn't work, neither did the telephone. We told Reception about both problems but they weren't concerned. They advertise free wifi but that doesn't work either. We had to go over to Pacific Fair to get free wifi. There was also supposedly a no pets policy in the building but there was a dog living in one of the apartments. We went to the cafe for a coffee on our first day there. Don't bother. The coffee was lukewarm and the cafe was filthy. The food stays in the cabinets overnight..........who knows how many days for and I would hate to try and guess how long since the cabinets or floor have been washed. However like I said we did get this place super cheap and the location was great.

Excellent location, sorry walk to beach, shops, restaurants and transport, easy shirt walk to star casino and pacific fair. Very outdated and a little tired but extremely clean, absolutely perfect for a couple in a budget
