We have stayed here every year since 2022, when I came across the GCHP on my newsfeed. This awesome park caters to everyone, from big families to small, caravans, tents, all different cabins with new additions every year (this year safari tents). The waterslide park is fantastic, kids can go for hours while parents can chill in the cabana and order food and drink delivered direct to your lounge chair. Theme parks are a two minute drive away just under the overpass to movie world, wet n wild and outback spectacular, a quick drive down the back road to dreamworld and SeaWorld. There is nothing to fault with this park and it has become our annual tradition to come every year. Thank you GCHP staff for making each stay a blast. K xxx

Brang the family here for a holiday and as it's my daughters birthday tomorrow 1st March 25. Couldn't of got better, best place for the kids of all ages with the pools play ground bushwalking alongside the creek. Absolutely beautiful. Friendly service, clean and tidy Highly recommended will be back again after this .

Currently staying down on the riverwalk.. so peaceful! There is soo much to do with the kids but we haven’t left the pool or the waterpark yet! Epic place to stay.. if you haven’t already make sure you book a trip, you won’t be disappointed

Having fun for my son's 12th Birthday, we are at Dreamworld today and he has asked twice to go back to the park. Have 2 groups with us and love the pool, spa, playground, jumping pillows, the bathrooms are amazing and the camp kitchen is awesome for all of us to meet at and have our dinner and breakfast each day. Will definitely be back now having a yr pass at Dreamworld, will be staying each time we come back down.

Easily the nicest caravan park we've stayed at. The fish tanks are an amazing feature, and the amenities are generous, modern and clean! Will absolutely be staying here again in future.

Exactly as advertised!! just stayed our first night no regrets booking a tiny bit out of Brisbane, coming from Perth the traffic is a bit insane 🤣 being next to all theme parks makes our holiday much more relaxing 😀 rooms are extremely new and clean!! Edit** warning with wristbands. They only give you enough for how many people are staying. I assumed they gave us extra for the kids as you cut them off. My toddler slept in his and got a huge gash across his face (photo attached) so I gave him mine and attached it to his hat. As I now don’t one I’m not allowed to enter the into water park or pool as I don’t have a wrist band.

Quality Park, pools are great, will stay again and again, easy access to the theme parks, if your thinking about booking just do it you won't regret it.

We got weathered off Fraser Island due to cyclone Alfred rushing to make the ferry and racing against the incoming tide down the beach to then get bogged in the sand, we ended up being rescued and got pulled out by some fellow campers, we booked at the BIG4 last minute, they were more than happy to help out and we couldn’t be happier with this place, its clean and it’s kept up to date, the facilities are amazing and they even have a huge fish tank with tropical fish in the entrance to the toilets and showers. A place that really made us feel better about our camp trip we had been looking forward to for months that turned on us in the matter of days on the Island. Thankyou BIG4

The 2 bedroom family villa is very tidy, well equipped and presented beautifully. The splash park, pool and jumping pillow have been great fun for the kids, and there is a week’s worth of activities that they can join in on if they want too. Conveniently located to the theme parks and other attractions, with groceries and food close by. It’s our first time at the park and we will definitely be back again.

Stayed here on a powered site in our motor home for a night as we were doing the Outback Spectacular. Friendly staff on check in, big site with room for chairs & a table outside without feeling like you were too close to your neighbour. Toilets very clean and modern! Staff at desk even offered to arrange a taxi for us to go to the event as it was heavily raining! Felt very secure too with sliding boom gates.

Family Cabin F12 - poorly installed AC condenser too under main bedroom floor. It's either noise and vibration, or choose no AC. We complained about a noisy vibration in our cabin that greatly impacted our sleep. We thought it was due to possible roadworks, but realised yesterday, our last night, that the air conditioners condenser was installed too close to the cabin, under where the queen bed sits in the main room. I mentioned the vibration was so noisy that the floor was vibrating to reception. Such installations in Victoria are against manufacturing guidelines, as not only does it disrupts with noise and vibration, but also recirculates exhaust from the unit into the space it's meant to be cooling. Absolutely gutted we realised this on our last night. We slept at a friend's place, just to get 1 nights peace on our holiday, which really should not have been necessary when you've paid for accommodation. Once we figured out that the condenser was installed against manufacturing guidelines, we knew to leave the aircon off, which meant an uncomfortable night's sleep in heat. It also takes about 2-3 minutes for the vibration to kick in, which is why we didn't piece it to the condenser to begin with. But we tested it several times yesterday, and each time we turned it off, the vibration stops. Also, when the condenser is installed too close to the parameter of the dwelling, it works harder, which also means it the unit can become noisier, which may be why we had this problem, and others did not. There was a ceiling fan that had 2 option. Either going so fast it was clacking side to side, or so slow it wasn't producing much air flow - it was meant to have 3 settings. I would not stay here again due to the significant impact this had on my and my partners sleep, which also impacted our energy levels to enjoy our first family holiday with young kids. No resolution was offered. We basically had to suck it up, and sleep 2-5 hours a night in the family cabin we had hired. Although no resolution was found, the staff all round were very lovely and had great customer service. Forgot to add - the first night we stayed, the front door lock was malfunctioning, which lead the door to open by itself during the night. We had to put a chair in front of it. There's no way to lock the screen door when you leave the cabin, so had to stick around the next morning to have it fixed (which was done straight away, but not ideal). The water slides were a lof of fun and great for the kids. Sadly, sleep is very important, which is why everything was ranked low. It's hard to enjoy a place when you can barely function due to sleep deprivation. We stayed in cabin F12, so if anyone else finds they had the same problem, you're not the only one.

This is the best Big 4 I have stayed at, ironically it's only 20min from home but we still love coming here. The amenities are 5 star, always clean, lovely fishtank at the entrance, they even have paper towels to dry your hands 😊. The camp kitchen is awsome, 3 stoves with ovens, BBQs sinks and plenty of tables. Staff are great, pre-checkin makes for a seamless arrival, sites are a good size, we are camped on a river walk site, heaps of room to spread out and relax. There is also a licenced Cafe open until 8.00pm, a large swimming pool and water slides for the big and small kids. We would highly recommend this park for anyone looking to be close to the theme parks and a short drive to the Gold Coast beaches.

Love love love this park!! So bright, vibrant and inviting! Water park is amazing along with the staff! First stay for us and we will be back from Sydney for more!

The location is great distance from Brisbane. The facilities are always well looked after and cleaned frequently. The staff are always happy to accomodate our needs. The jumbo sites are fantastic! It's our second time here and we will be back again!

We always have a great time at the Big 4 Gold Coast. We usually stay in cosy cabins but decided to get something bigger this time and stayed in a 2 bedroom cottage. Cottage 6 is great if you have a dog as it is near open grass area for walking and the onsite dog park. The verandah also has a view of the kids park and koalas in near by trees. There is creek for dogs to swim in and onsite dog wash as well

This campsite offers excellent facilities, a fantastic happy hour, and plenty of fun activities for kids.

So happy to have booked our weekend stay here to celebrate our daughter’s 4th birthday. The pool & facilities are tops, super clean, responsive staff and loved the cabanas! We booked a powered & quiet riverwalk site & love that we could bring the pups as well, and access to allocated dog friendly seating at the cafe, we also utilised the doggy day care which was clean, air conditioned and had paw patrol to keep the pups entertained after a busy morning at the huge pooch park near the fantastic kids playground at the rear of the park. 100% will be back!

The best place for a kid friendly holiday! The facilities are amazing, plenty to do for the kids and adults, great layout and location and the staff are all friendly and helpful. Nibbles Cafe also has the yummiest food, at a really reasonable price - which they deliver to you while you relax. Tasty cocktails for the adults too. We come every year and always have the best time 😀 10/10 recommended

The premium sites are impressively big. The service to escort you and direct you into you site is a nice touch. The facilities are fantastic, well looked after and a fresh feeling. Pacific Motorway is white noise in the background, not even an issue.

Absolutely perfect location for anyone wanting to visit the theme parks. The park is fantastic for families with children of all ages with loads of equipment and things to do plus huge open spaces for them to entertain themselves

Literally, the BEST place we have stayed to date for a family!!! The villa was so modern and clean it had everything you need to feel like you are at home. The cafe and pizza had delicious food and we were alway greeted with a friendly smile. The beautiful pool and toddler pool felt like you were at resort and our kids loved the waterpark. 10/10 for this stay!

We got a villa this time and we got upgrades from a 2 bedroom to a 3 bedroom. It is amazing and beautiful and don't want to go home. Close to pool and waterpark. Will definitely come back!

We are local and only drive less than 30 minutes to get here but we keep coming back because the kids have a blast. They love the water slides, and the zip line in the playground. We love the clean amenities and the camp kitchen is great if your own campsite cooking setup doesn’t have everything you need. There are fridges, multiple grills, stove tops, microwaves, kettles, toasters, vending machines for snacks, and several sinks for easy cleanup if you cook at your campsite and just want to wash the dishes. We also really appreciate the family bathroom which makes it much easier to clean up little kids when Mum and Dad can both be in the bathroom together.

We were a family of six staying in the 3 bedroom Oasis Retreat. Close park location to the pool facilities. The cabin is basically brand new. Air con in the lounge, 2 main bedrooms but not the bunk room. No oven (so not a full kitchen as advertised), don’t make the mistake of buying chicken nuggets and chips like us thinking you could cook them! Other than this the cabin was fantastic. Pools are awesome. Id say the main pool being heated was about 30degrees and this was early Feb. Spa also hot. Slides are cold/ not heated…kids enjoyed it though. Food options looked good including pizza oven. Drinks were expensive. Location is great being close to theme parks, supermarkets and fast food/ dinner options just down the road. Better than we expected.

The service and facilities are excellent, we were able to get a last minute booked for 2 adults, 2 kids and our dog, the playground, jump pillow and water park are an absolutely amazing addition and add to the experience. Pizza and beers by the pool is a must and we could even bring the dog to lunch 🤣👍🏻 10/10

Kids and babies are having an amazing time at the Big 4 at Helensvale. Facilities are amazing. Staff are friendly and helpful. Will deffinetly be coming back. Playground well kept and great fun for the babies and adults.

Kids love the waterslides, trampoline Service is great, from the receptionist to the housekeeping to the Cafe. Extremely easy to get to, straight off the M1 and very good priced

The BEST caravan park we’ve stayed at on our trip. Our accommodation was super clean, well equipped and relaxing. The gardens are well maintained and the foliage gave good privacy between cabins whilst still allowing plenty of light. The beds were SO comfy, probably the best sleep we’ve had on our whole trip. The kids loved the pool and splash pad. So close to the theme parks and supermarkets. We will be back!

First time at the BIG4 Gold Coast and we will deffinetly be back. This park is so beautiful, friendly and so much fun. Lots of swimming, spas, plays in the water park, rooms are clean and can not fault. Close to Wet n Wild and Movie World. Cant forget the food. Wood oven pizzas we got 3 and had no left over was delish!

Greatest caravan park in QLD. It’s our 4th time at Big 4 Gold Coast, we live up on the Sunshine Coast and to only have to travel an hour and a half down the road to a Big 4 park that is literally a theme park within itself , plus bring out 2 dogs whom are not only accepted but loved by Big 4 Gold Coast… is the greatest break we can have from our busy business life! Big4 Gold Coast Holiday Park has something for everyone, even if you are not hitting the local fun parks (all within a 5 min drive). Whether you are staying in cabin style accommodation or camping, traveling with kids or grey nomading, there is always something to do, or not!!! A cocktail in a cabana by the pool while watching the kids play. Don't mind if I do.... big sites and plenty of open space is wonderful, the dog park, a bonus.

Fabulously located for short drives to theme parks & Gold Coast beaches. Park itself was really well maintained, clean and very welcoming. Our villa had all the required amenities, very comfy beds, lovely bathrooms & clean. We will be back!

My partner and I had a great stay in a caravan en-suite site near the pool. Facilities were great, clean and tidy. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Only downside was the unsupervised children in the pool area. I asked a few kids were their parents were and they said back at the caravan. So one young lad was only 8 and at the pool on his own. Jumping in the spa and being a menace. Other than that it was is a great place to stay.

Fantastic stay, great facilities and very clean Only thing I would recommend is to mention in wel information etc about the slides needing a certain height, as not everyone will look at your website, so that was a little disappointing finding out as we got there Pretty expensive but we loved our stay Not a great spot for supermarkets etc, as we walked nearly 40 minutes to the nearest supermarket, no bus goes from the park to the shops However bus stop out the front with a great connection To the attraction parks

Nice park overall. Electric scooters flying through the park at night annoyed/angered me a bit with small kids about. Prices for food were at the upper for a caravan park and subsequently we only ate our once during our stay as opposed to several times. There are a lot of cabins (holiday and permanent) at the park so be aware that this also means a lot of car movement. The lower half of the park is flood prone and does so frequently during heavy rain. Aldi and takeaway shops are a short drive away. Noise from the freeway was loud when the wind carried it.

We stayed in a family Villa and I usually dislike caravan park cabins because in my personal experience they are never clean but I have to say this cabin was immaculate! It was so clean, the sheets were crisp and white, they have a good amount of kitchen utensils, a coffee machine and coffee pods and after 3 days they came around topped everything up and changed the linen! The pool is clean, the water park is great! Lots of nice seating everywhere so even if it is very busy it isn't long until you find a spot! The only negative would have the be the cafe and the cafe staff, it is VERY expensive! $9 for a vanilla ice latte and both times I went the staff were really short and rude but it didn't bother me because everyone else I had encounters with were great and most caravan parks don't have a cafe anyway, there is a maccas 2 minutes down the road so I just went and got my daily latte from there instead which I did notice quite a few guests doing so maybe if they lowered the price it would actually increase sales as more people would be purchasing from them! Still a great experience and I'd go back in a heart beat :)

Loved the wood oven pizza by the pool last night. Staff always friendly whether at the front desk or the cafe they always have a smile. Great place to holiday and enjoy what Gold Coast has to offer.

Camped for 7 nights on a premium evergreen site. Close to facilities and the water park. Excellent amenities, friendly staff. A few more trees/shade around the sites would be nice over summer.

This is our 4th time staying here, and we just love it. The villas are amazing, the place is always so clean and well maintained. So much to do for the kids, we never even need to leave! Nibbles Cafe is great as well, lots of options. Love seeing the addition of the playground and train this year. We'll be back again!
