Large store . Friendly staff.

Plenty of parking but not for taller vehicles.

Double gates locking you in, price check machines removed with barely any price tags in the toys section. This store is going downhill

Typical department store. Expectation is self serve. I don't think so! Asked for service and when provided could only pay with card. Cash is still legal tender and should not be refused. I would suggest you address this!

Get rid of the entrance gates! Absolutely disgraceful trapping customers inside the store like that. Floors are dirty and old, in fact the whole store is old. Won’t be back until the gates are gone!

Ordered something online for $200, these scum bags took my money, then cancelled the order for no reason given...i still haven't got my money back you scum bags

Tired and old Big W in bad need of a refurbishment. Instead, they install gates that prevent you from exiting! No more friendly greeting upon exit/entrance and if you need to find something now you can't ask the store greeter (because they no longer have one) so you need to walk around the entire store trying to find a staff member. Questionable layout (Umbrellas are all located in the middle of the women's clothing section?)

GATES - Remove your gates, i was NOT able to leave your store with my pram and new born baby, because you had 100 people trying to pay in selfserve and leave at the same time - Who ever made thia decision should be fired..... Disgracful ... we had wait for someone to enter so we could run through the entry only gates... because you TRAPPED us in your store... I watched some poor lady have a fit and faint in the line.. probably because she was TRAPPED in your store.. Disgusting

I decided to lay-by a christmas tree mid September, & was making regular payments for it ,so yesterday on the 30/11 I went to finalise the lay-by ,so I could take it home & my daughter & I could put it up & decorate with all new decorations that I had bought for new tree.But when the lady who had served me went to get the tree ,she was taking a really long time ,& eventually probably 15 minutes later, she came back from looking for it , & I was told it wasn't there ,& couldn't be found anywhere, & what had happened is when it was put on lay-by ,instead of my name been put on the bic& put out in the lay-by area it must of been left behind counter & some time that day ,someone else must of seen it & decided to put it back out on the floor where someone else must of bought it.When,I was told all of this, I was absolutely fuming ,& on the verge of tears because I was so angry that 5his could happen for no reason. And the worse thing about it all is there where no more of the particular tree available anywhere, I was given a $30 gift card as a apology for the major stuff up ,but it doesn't make up for the hugh disappointment, or the massive inconvenience, that I now have of no tree & having to try find on of the same colour so the new decorations can still be used. I will never shop there again.

To the boy in the self-checkout area today: if you’re not ready for this job, please don’t come to work. You’ve completely ruined my good shopping mood.

What have you done Big W Robina? New anti theft gates now lock you in the store. The only way out, if you are not purchasing, is down the same queue of people are who purchasing. You literally have to push past them to get out. Today I pushed past about 20 people. What are they thinking? No wheelchair or pram exit. They would also need to push through the queue. I often go in and browse. Turns me off going there now. Oh and there is no way at all to put a complaint in writing to head office. There is only the robot. Very frustrating.

Such a shame, this used to be a good store with options of being served at a checkout or use self service. Now there is no option. AND NO WAY TO GET OUT. this is so stupid. Did I say STUPID? elderly people, people with prams, people with children etc cannot get out without queueing up in the self service queue. People waiting to pay get upset because they think people are trying to cut in. what is going to happen when it gets busy at Christmas???? Damn stupid idea.

Latest store upgrade means you cannot exit the store back though the front if you've bought nothing.. you are corralled through the checkouts and you cannot get past people. Worst design ever.. interested to see their risk assessment? Will give it a miss from now on.

I was on the Gold Coast to visit family when my phone died. I went into Big Dub to buy a new phone but I didn't want to spend a fortune. Aidrien was so professional and had such a sound knowledge of the product. I've never experienced the service he provides in any other Big W. I'm so happy with my phone. Please give him a raise to keep him.

Wofull service when you order online. When it goes wrong you can't talk to a real person in real terms you continuously get a bot. Don't trust them or buy anything online they are slow and useless go into the store and purchase off the shelf if you have to. They also lie about their stock, if I haven't got it they let you buy it and wait and wait and wait!!!

Henry in the tech department very hard to deal with this morning. Lots of attitude when I was just asking for some knowledge about things I didn't know much about. All the while chewing like a cow with his mouth open on some gum. Normally better Standards for customer service at this store. Very dissapointed today.

Great deals and sizing. Most times everything is in stock compared with other stores. Click & collect doesn't take long..For online orders, post sometimes comes in multiple packages. I love the deals on half priced books and beauty. Excellent pet selection and always find plenty of gifts for everyone and cards for every occasion.

I bought pan in big w robin returned the stuff very rude I will never go again I recommend people not going to big w robin even the manager very rude

I recently have traveled from South Africa and I had never been to big W, I needed assistance buying travel adapters for my rental home, an employee named Joel assisted me. He had such a lovely attitude and was kind enough to help me find things when he was on his way to his break. He was so kind and helped me find exactly what I needed, Lovely young man!

Nice,clean,organised, friendly,helpful staff most things can be found there,if you're not up to walking make sure you park at the most appropriate car park to the store you want to visit!Take a pic,so you dont get lost,as i did,its a maze! As with most Big W 's you get what you pay for,that said they do some very good specials!!

They always have great deals the atmosphere is pleasant although sometimes its just packed with people so if you cant get in there for what you need i go to pacific fair they pre good too

a month or so ago a friend and i were approaching big w to go in and we were just having fun and my friend was pushing me around in a trolley. the very rude security guard told me get out of the trolley (it wasn’t even a big w trolley) and said that it’s not supposed to hold adults. we were 14-15. anyways i get out of the trolley and we continue looking around in the store, and on the way out as we didn’t buy anything the same security guard asked to check my bags which was fine, but his flashlight to look into my bag wasn’t working, and then got mad at ME for that. i understand that security guards need to be firm and professional, but the rudeness was completely unnecessary..
