Gone in to ask for prices on a couple of cartons the old guy behind the counter didn't want to leave his post to find out prices for me had attitude towards me I told him not to worry about it I ended up walking out he told me it's the best i can do so much for customer service I think he needs to learn customer service again I am a regular to bws never had a problem with any other team member beside this man he has spoken to me rudely on a couple of occasions Went down to choice and they were so helpful got what I needed $ 30 cheaper GO CHOICE LIQUOR

Good local to get cold drinks.

This is my local, I frequent the store most days! Honestly I’m feeling indifferent…I go in to get my favourite wine and then I’m on my way, always in a hurry. The staff , I really can’t say anything, they are courteous in an almost robotic way but in fairness, I don’t make much of an effort other than to say “hi” and “Thankyou!! so I guess it’s true….. You get what you give!

Ordered delivery, only got about 3/4 of what we ordered, which was fine because mistakes happen. I called up and told them that the delivery was missing some things, to which he told me that I had to drive down to the store and pick up the rest myself, obviously a bad thing to do when the main reason people order delivery is so they don’t have to drive if they have been drinking. We drove down there anyway expecting at the very least to get the $10 delivery fee refunded and maybe a free drink, however when we got there he handed us the rest of our order and that was it. We asked if we could maybe get a free drink or something for the trouble, and he said no. We then asked to at least get a refund on our delivery fee since they made us come and pick it up anyway, and he said no. Don’t really write reviews but this was a fairly terrible experience. Didn’t seem like they cared at all about what had happened and drove home feeling pretty ripped off

Good food, friendly people. Good prices. Kids menu available. Great selection of pokies and a self service TAB. Indoor lawn bowling available as well as out door. Chef will cook your food to your liking.
