Will never stay at Q1 again they make mistakes and try blame the customer I recommend to stay at the (Hilton) the rooms are way more clean and the sauna isn’t in the toilets at the Hilton and Hilton services is much more professional and caring than Q1

The best resort in town, loved the pools all of the amenities. Tram is right outside the hotel so easy to get anywhere, Surfers Paradise is a short walk so you can access all the restaurants but don't have the street noise. Absolutely huge building so can spot it anywhere in the gold coast. Bottle stores and restaurants just outside the door too. Highly recommend for family's and couples

Indulge in the Q1 an opulent resort with amazing views amazing staff especially Cathrine and Nigel whom made our stay special. 56 floor 3 bedroom apartment is so deluxe and the breathtaking views are second to none . Thanks to the q1 we will be back next time we visit.

전망대가 있어서 7년 전에 한번 왔었고 이번에는 숙소도 이곳으로 잡고 조식 부페가 스카이포인트에 있어서 조식도 먹었다. 번화가에서 조금 떨어져 있어서 저녁에 술한잔 하러 가기가 어려워 별 하나를 뺐지만 그것을 제외하고는 완벽한 숙소임에는 틀림없다.

Great location, have been staying at the property since it opened, and wouldn't stay anywhere else on the GC. Staff are incredibly hospitable, no request goes unanswered, and my unit is perfect. Great facilities and the property is always updating where necessary. Highly recommended for families and singles on vacation, as well as corporates wanting to stay near the conference precinct (short 2 minute tram ride away). Thank you once again for making my stay away from home comfortable and memorable.

ホテルでは無く、貸しコンドなのでルームサービスはありません。　Grandフロアの巨大なプール施設と部屋からの景色が売り。 部屋は大きく清潔でエアコンが冷えすぎくらい効きます。毎日清掃が入ります。 ファミリー向けなので、単身には向きません。　徒歩数分でビーチへ行けます。　またライトレール駅からほど近い。　ただ繁華街までは少しあります。　日本人のフロントの方もおられる様で安心感があります。

We looked everywhere for accommodation at surfers, finally booked Q1, exceeded our expectations, although quoted as a 1 bedroom apartment for family, it had a second bedroom with 2 single beds for the kids, coming from Melbourne, the location to everything is superb, I can’t recommend this place enough, outstanding service of our apartment and the facilities are fantastic. If you have a family, come here, the best. Thanks to the Q1 team, 👌👍

Great views, and the buffet breakfast was excellent with a good selection. For the price ($49), great breakfast with fantastic views.

Great accomodation. Having a full apartment is very handy with kids to be able to make snacks / meals. The pools are great, even when busy there’s plenty of room, and there’s plenty of food and entertainment options within walking distance.

Good for an overnight stay

Loved it. The shower products smell so nice. Bed was comfy. Apartment was well furnished and not cramped. Views were ok. We stayed on level 18. I wish we’d been much higher. Check in was a little slow but friendly. Three Kings pizza downstairs was packed at dinner time. I do not understand why some hotels take a bond and some don’t. Q1 does and return it 3-5 days later. However, our bond was not returned until almost 5 weeks later and a couple of phone calls to chase it up. This process is somewhat archaic.

It seems it was a Bogan holiday resort. We weren’t aware of this. If you’re into the ‘Western Sydney Look’, this place is for you. Great rooms though.

The location is unbeatable. Staying inside means you can save up the hassle of going up to the 72/F lookout. It is 2 blocks from the busiest area of Surfers’ Paradise which means it is convenient yet quiet enough. The view from the room is gorgeous. Free parking is available. The only problem we encountered was I was being charged $10 extra for asking for a replacement set of bedsheets as they were dirty. I reflected this to the manager upon check out but wasn’t addressed. I will give a 4 out of 5 for my stay with families here.
