Massive variety of toys and the collectable Lego I was after was a little bit cheaper than RRP.

I came into the store expecting to purchase an item, I rolled a dice and then was kicked out for “throwing balls everywhere,” employee was definitely on her high horse. Just lost 3 customers, no wonder why everywhere else gets shutdown!

Bought a RC Car from Australia Fair for our grandson for Christmas and the staff were knowledgeable, supportive, & incredibly helpful. When unexpected disaster struck on first using the car, called the store and spoke to Team Leader Leah. Leah was overwhelmingly compassionate, kind, understanding, & empathic, reaching out to the Sales Representative ASAP to get the ball rolling on resolving the fault. Within days a replacement part was sourced, part reinstalled and RC car up and running. Can’t thank Leah enough for her support, and bringing the biggest smile to my grandson’s life. Highly recommend Leah and the team for their support, guidance, and post sale care.

It lives up to being a toy shop. The toys I have looked at are not more expensive than any other shop so it's a great store when trying to find particular toys.

Today was at Mr Toy world my grandson originally bought a toy space rocket when we opened it, the rocket was broken. So we took it back and my grandson found another toy to exchange. I took the new toy to the register it had $7.99 was $14.99 when the girl went to scan it through apparently it had the wrong price on it! Then the manager came and she had the audacity to say some people go around and put stickers on toys! You could clearly see, this wasn’t like someone up & took a sticker and placed it on the toy as it was on tight! She told me she wasn’t going to sell me the toy for $7.99. I said if you advertise a price you should sell it to me for that price. She said she wouldn’t then sell it to me and take it off the market! What manipulation as I had my grandson he already had a disappointment with the rocket he really wanted. So I gave in and pd for the toy at $10:48. Very disappointed with the way this was dealt with (Australia Fair store)

Mr toys here in Southport Australia fair shopping centre here the staff there are very friendly and very helpful and they have a lot of excellent toys there for children and adults that love there toys I would definitely recommend this store to anyone who is looking for a excellent toy shop with lots of stock in this store. Huge toy store but not consistent with online pricing, no interest in providing the product at the listed price either, the variety for LOL dolls and squish mallows was great but but pricier than other stores but again if you collect they have the harder to find stuff in this range which is great, they will price match by a percentage so keep that in mind as a $20 toy at other retailers is $45 here. We did end up purchasing birthday presents here but did get the things from another retailer they would not honour the price at. Otherwise would of given a 5*. Will return to support this business.

Read this before going here to “Price match” Basically price match policy here is different with other place. The lowest price they can match is 30% off from original price. Even you showed the website of big W and it’s in stock, “we can’t reduce lower than 30%, so you can go there for that price”. Of course, waste of time.

Tagged the wrong price on their product, then didn’t want to sell with the price they tagged, just 30% off. “Take it or leave it”, even didn’t say sorry, poor customer service for this team.

This place is staple for taking the kids for a special something. Whether you understand what it is the little ones are chattering about, it always seems to be available, but the staff are always friendly and helpful if you don't have a clue (like me). Every time we go in we manage to secure our incentive gifts (kid bribes) without losing the contents of my wallet.

I like cute toys and reasonable prices here. So I always buy my nephew's gift here. But apart from that, They recommended me to write a review in English, but it felt rude to me.

I had an issue with a board game I bought(Telestrations)as a gift for my partner so we checked if the store could help us out and the front desk lady was absolutely amazing. She quickly solved our problem. She was super helpful and friendly. Unfortunately I don't remember her name, she was blonde and she might be the manager there. Thank you for your help!
