It may be beneficial to look into alternative sources for electronic purchases. This branch is consistently understaffed, which results in a significant amount of time spent waiting for service.

Just a usual retail place.... They say to speak to them before buying anything to get a better price (which in my mind is fine). They just don't have the people or customer service expected for such a large operation. They spend more time checking bags (also fine). However this detracting situation makes them a little deplorable.

Very extensive collection of devices and for photographers it’s a haven Only problem is that it doesn’t have any home appliances which isn’t much of a problem for most people

Disappointed with the service. I got a robo vac which stopped working properly in around 6 months, and surprisingly jb hifi doesn't take any responsibility for that. They just sell things and leave it up to you to manage everything even if its a faulty thing. Its so disappointing that even after spending 1500$ on a product, the service you want is missing. I wish I bought it from costco where they have a better policy and service.

I couldn’t find my receipt to get my laptop repaired under warranty, and they couldn’t find my details in the system ! They dont have a proper record keeping in place! most retailers keep your records, at harvey norman they have my purchase records from 9 years ago.

Easy to shop didn't have everything we needed but we got most of the items on our list and a great prises

Conveniently located in Rouse Hill shopping centre. A large clean store that is set out well. From electronics, televisions, home wares, and even dvds. Found what i was looking for and well priced, too. paid undercover parking available with metered 1 hour street parking.

Awesome service

Very disappointed with Samsung mobile warranty - common faults in the Samsung Z Flip 5 with a prominent black horizontal line in the crease fold. This is still under warranty and JB Hifi is refusing to fix without paying a whopping $585 for some apparent other reason which cannot be identified by blurry photos. The phone was in excellent condition, no scratches or dents and can you believe they are REFUSING MY WARRANTY!!! This is one very disappointed loyal customer, I have purchased several laptops, desktops, mobile phones and electronics, TVs etc from JB HiFi Rouse hill, but never again with this experience.

I had to wait for the outcome of one of the phones we purchased from this store that we've put in for repairs; it was defective, it was under warranty but JB HiFi wants to charge us $585; plus $66 assessment fee. They so generously offered though to waive the assessment fee👏👌🏼👏. The phone is under warranty. Again, the phone is under warranty!! NSW Office of Fair Trading said they should either replace, repair or refund the phone at no cost to us. This store has been our Director's favourite store, we've bought over a dozen laptops, computers, phones, printers, name it!! This is us how customer's loyalty is repaid. We had one other phone with the same problem, considering it's a $3,000 phone, it was such a waste that no one had the time to return it within the warranty period. Good thing we had this other one returned for repairs within the warranty period, so we thought!! It was not repaired, unless we pay them the $585. We know we're just one of your million customers so I guess we don't matter. 😞

Guy at the door very helpful - radioed for a sales person to help me. That person not as helpful as they could have been - I found the product most suitable for me by myself as he walked away.

I went there on Sunday and Nafi has served me. He is very polite, helpful, sincere and knowledgeable. He has explained me in detail about Apple Watch, IPhone 16 and Chromebook. I appreciate the way he served me and I bought all three. I strongly recommend him. Thank you again Nafi

Good Boxing Day specials

Really bad customer service. The staff don't really want to help you they just keep walking and trying to ignore you. If you get to talk to someone they will say this is not my department find someone else. Today i kept asking the staff to check the stock of a product, i spent almost an hour wandering around the store so i can speak to staff but they just keep ignoring you. If i could i would give negative stars. Luckily i found a great staff member (ID ending with 512) who genuinely helped me and i finally made the purchase. These 2 stars are only because of her, otherwise i would give this store a -5 star.

I am impressed with the service I received today from Aliya. Not only did he follow up the delivery of the item I bought, he also fixed the issue with the laptop I recently purchased. He took the time to listen carefully to my problem and explained the possible causes in simple terms. The issue was fixed and he even offered advice on how to prevent it in the future.

Easy shopping

For such a large store it's like no one actually works there! I saw alot of staff who I feel purposely don't make eye contact, who not once asked if I needed help (which I did). I eventually found someone who told me they'd be back in a moment just getting something from out the back, 10mins later I gave up and went elsewhere for this item (Harvey Norman Castle Hill who were fab). Wouldn't recommend this store.

quite a dodgy store

The girl at the back counter gives unnecessary attitude and her customer service is near zero. 06/12/24, time 5:45. I totally understand that you were about to close when i entered the store. But come on, show some customer service girl, we are not there to beg something we just need some advice and we expect it from you cause you're just standing there as a JB staff. She had no interest in helping or maybe she just wanted to finish her shift and leave. Come on man, you're being paid to do that and customer's like me come in, pay money to get something. So chill !! no need for that attitude 😂.Either way, that's not how you do customer service. Lots to learn. @JB , I'll keep it with 2 stars for now you since I'm assuming that the staff was with low energy today. I'm not saying this was a worse experience but it's better you put that staff in a less customer facing role.

Thanks to JAKE for making our Black Friday shopping experience at JB Hi-Fi Rouse Hill fantastic! The Samsung Q700D soundbar we wanted wasn’t in stock, but Jake went above and beyond to help us. He checked the stock room to confirm availability and even located nearby JB Hi-Fi stores that had it in stock. He also arranged a price match, which saved us a lot of money. Worst Customer service possible.The staff is too busy chatting with each other and you have to wait quiet alot to get hold of some one ,finally when you do they would amswer your questions in a hurry and disapper to chat with other staff.Needs a better manager with some mature staff.
