I went in to buy a 3.5 to 2.5 mm audio cable for my JBL headphones. The salesman tried to tell me that it would not work and after arguing and him trying to mansplain this to me, I pulled out my headphones and proved to him that I was correct. If I would have listened him, they would not have made the sale and I would not have what I need.

Just had the best customer service from the two guys at Jaycar, picking up my 3d printer. They'd boxed up the last display model. Peter was so knowledgeable and helpful and fun to chat with. He gave me so much information on them and so many bubble ideas from the chat. 10/10!

Poor, rude, nonchalant, antisocial unhelpful staff. I was asked if I had a membership before a purchase & then was told after the purchase on how to get one was handed the receipt and told to by making a purchase is how I get a membership. Grow up and get a better attitude 😀🫡

How they get good reviews is by asking clients to make sure you say we did well, as they are an absolute joke in here. Experts? Well basically Sperts is what they are & even down to the so called Manager Wayne who threw his Toys out his Pram 😭 like a right little Child instead of apologising to a long-term client for selling them the wrong solenoid for an electric boat anchor winch. You ask for advice on installing it & read the instructions it's on there stick to it you can't go wrong. Don't listen to anyone online like YouTube etc, as they dont no what they are doing 👀 Gave them all details of my anchor system etc, follow the instructions etc etc. This solenoid just wouldn't get my winch powering up, asked for help plus I will pay $100 cash for a few minutes help. I own a highly successful respected building company on the coast & help is here for anyone hence 650+ perfect client reviews. But no would they, staff members just rant at you instore then leave to strut outside for a cigarette 🤔 What a pathetic bunch & pal with same system in Brisbane said pretty sure they sold wrong solenoid as did wife on more re-search. So from my centre console boat I uninstall the lot & go to Jaycar explaining that pretty sure you sold me the wrong solenoid it was never going to work. Did you get a sorry ? Or anything else as they were in the wrong bigtime the sperts not experts, proper stroppy little child's. I went home & installed the correct item with it working in minutes. Called the store to say it was you who got me wasting my time trying to install the wrong solenoid non-stop & your aggressive pathetic attitude non-stop. But no we are not apologising or in the wrong, is what i got from one staff member but then the icing on the cake was the manager Wayne's right paddy with me. Threw his Toys out of his Pram BIGTIME poor little sook, bloody embarrassing so called Manager 😭 I said you will get a bad review for treatment? Well next from ol stroppy Wanyno, its a rant that he his banning me from the store 🤪 Oh my life has ended fela, absolutely suicidal now with that 🤣😂 Bloody pathetic bubba, grow some B-LLS fela. Be a Man, own your mistakes as clients can get better help & 100% cheaper products elsewhere it's a RIP OFF IN HERE. AVOID LIKE COVID this place.

Staff was very friendly and helpful! They also pointed out a special offer to us of a better and cheaper 500w inverter instead of a more expensive normal price 300w inverter. We can charge out Macbooks in the car now with solar energy, which is awesome on our trip around Australia!

What a store. The guys at the shop are amazing with their knowledge of the products there more than happy to help I find their service is phenomenal thanks guys for all the help. I recommend the Labrador store to anyone they do know their stuff.

I have been buying from Jaycar Labrador for a while and never had a bad experience. Recently faced a tricky situation with a product, and was helped out by the store manager who went above and beyond, providing exceptional customer service.

I've used these guys a few times and always found them to have good product knowledge and super helpful. Last visit they could of charged me for another power cord - instead tested it and gave me some tips on trouble shooting the issue - thanks guys success 🙌

Was having issues with my 12 vault setup in my 4x4, & I have been many places where they couldn't solve it. A Jaycar employee named Kristian assisted me & solved my issues within minutes. I was so impressed by his genius and customer service. This employee was very warming & approachable & had patience with my questions, & he actually went Above & Beyond to help me. Customer service was literally 11/10 and that's hard to find. I was actually really happy walking out of Jaycar, and to make me happy isn't easy I tell ya. Will always go back to Labrador Jaycar

I took my hearing aid hot box and plug/transformer which wasn't working and the friendly guy who served me checked the plug which wasn't working and sold me a new plug, adjusted the transformer to the right voltage and fitted the right connection to it. Great customer service - thank you so much.

They are very helpful. They do not jump on you as soon as you get in the door, they will wait till you look lost and then jump in.

Cannot believe how small the electronics section is. Its more of a retail store for gadgets.

I love the Jaycar in Labrador. This week I went with my car remote and paid $3 for a battery that the sales attendant fitted for me. I have had many great experiences like this. The guys who have served me have been very knowledgeable and helpful. Keep up the great work!

Staff operate to some out of this world time. There is no urgency to great or even see to customers needs. I stood at the counter for over 10 minutes before staff came over so I could pay for the product I also located by myself. Customers service appears to be something alien to this store.

I was looking for a PA, went into JayCar and they had a cheaper unit however, the problem was no one in the shop knew how to use it. I walked out. I had never thought of a brand name unit until I searched and found that Yamaha had two a 400BT and a 600BT. After discussion with the very helpful staff at Mannys Brisbane I decided on the 600BT, the last one left in Australia I think, had to come from Perth. Am I happy, I am ecstatic, it is powerful, clear as crystal, easy to use, and sounds fantastic? Could not ask for more and it was not that much more expensive than the no-name unit I first looked at in the Jaycar shop. (I thank the two shop assistants for not having a clue what they were talking about as I finished up the winner.)

My husband & I just received the most thoughtful service from Chris at this store. I phoned & spoke with him this morning in relation to a problem with my brass monkey fridge/freezer constantly running. Arrived at store Chris had a replacement ready if needed, he tested found the issue, organised for a swap under warranty. Because our freezer was full he organised to cool the new one in store. Incredible service for a warranty issue. We can now continue our travels easily. 3 year warranty on brass monkey is awesome. Highly recommend this store for great service.

You guys are legends! There was a staff member with a long beard and tattoos helped me grab everything I needed and answered all my dumb questions. He even held the shopping basket for me!! Now that's some good service right there!!

I was desperately trying to get some party lights working for the weekend as the power supply that came with the lights had failed. The team at Jaycar Labrador gave me the right advise and had the products to get my lights to work. They knowledge of the type of adapter and voltage etc was spot on. Thank you

We went in to buy a solar powered security camera. Spoke with the sales person, and he showed us a set up that was priced at $199 and his commit was that this was good value. When we came to paying, he back tracked, because it was the wrong advised price and tried to charge $70 more. You advertise it at $199 and that's what it should have been sold for .You people made the mistake, and legally you have broke law. I do not expect a response from these people.

What is wrong with this world? You go and buy a car for 40 grand and you are being treated like a lepper, yet every single time I go into Jaycar Labrador to buy a $2 electronics part, I'm met with the friendliest, most professional and knowledgeable customer service this side of the equator. Thank you, you guys set the standard!

Got most things tricky dickys used to have but not a huge range. I got an acceptable version of what I wanted from knowlegable friendly non-pushy staff. Not cheap but definitely convenient. A pleasent experience again.
