Excellent service, the guy I bought some paints off for myself and daughter was super helpful and the range for tabletop games and D&D was excellent. My son loved the Pokemon cards on display.

Chris was an absolute God send last weekend whilst I found my self overwhelmed with paint choices highly recommend good games on the Gold Coast.

I've been ordering TCG cards via mail order from this store for a little while now. They are quick, efficient and package their products well. I recommend.

Ordered 2 different times and both orders were sent quickly with the cards well packed and cards arrived were in great conition. The latest order they even added 2 packs of cards i didn't even order...who does that! These guys are awesome! Highly recommend and will be back. Thank-you!!

Do not buy singles online without requesting images of the actual card. Seems obvious and I usually do, but I trusted the Good Games brand even though they use stock images for their online shop. I purchased a NM card at current value, but the front centering was off about 95/5. You'd think such a severe thing would be noted, but it wasn't. A replacement card was offered claiming to be NM, but there was obvious wear which by Good Games published standards definitely was not NM. I received a refund minus shipping and handling so that plus return shipping I'm out $35. First time stung like this by any seller!

I have been a regular here for the last five years. Staff are super friendly and helpful, come if you like card games(Magic the gathering, You-Gi Oh, Pokemón etc), D&D or Warhammer, anime or Gunpla, this is the place for you.

Do not go to this store! Rude employees and terrible prices, when asking about prices I was spoken to like I’m an idiot for simply asking whether there prices were negotiable or they’re set on people paying double what a card is worth.

Great store, big play area and POS to order cards

Didn't know this place existed until today, will be back again tomorrow. Great staff, great selection. My kids had a blast with going through the selection of figurines. Looking at some of these reviews about poor customer service. We are from Darwin NT, and the service compared to what we got at home was literally night and day. Yes you may need to initiate conversations, but once you do everyone was super friendly and the store had great vibes. We will be telling our friends about this place when we go back home. Solid 4+++ stars, could have been 5 if there was a bigger selection of anime items (noting that not everyone is into anime).

Non judgemental atmosphere (we thought it would be a venue for men only table games or Pokemon) but we three mummas having some time out from family and kids were able to play board games in peace

Overall, it's not a bad place. It was my second time visiting this location. The first visit was great. The staff were a bit gruff, but knowledgeable and willing to interact or help. However, this visit, the staff persons who were on were a letdown. Minimal customer service. Had to asked to be served. Argued when I was enquiring about a particular product I was after (had the product up on the website) - and been told by one of their other stores it could be ordered in (no interest in doing so). Then, almost completely ignored during the whole purchase. The staff person who served me didn't even wait for the eftpos machine to finish processing before they walked off. 🤷‍♂️ Lots of stuff. Plenty of games, and products. Great location for people into Magic the Gathering or other card games, or even Warhammer and D&D. BUT, how the visit goes is anyone's guess. I am hoping that my next visit is more enjoyable.

I visited GGGC to ask where i may be able to source some genuine things for my new pokemon club I was starting with my class. The customer service and help from the lady that day was friendly and was so nice to be able to be helped by a genuine person. The kids in my club are so appreciative and love learning about all things pokemon and Pokémon TC. Thanks to the help I got. Highly recommend.

Decent selection of games and game accessories with friendly staff. However, if you wanted to buy or sell singles I would recommend literally any other Aussie singles retailer. Hands down worst prices in Aus

Great gaming store that’s sort of become a social meeting place for the gamers of the Gold Coast. Runs weekly D&D tables where you can meet with like minded people, and play without having an existing party that you play with. Also has a wide range of gaming material (board games, dice, miniatures, trading cards, plushies)

I have been coming here for about 2 years now to buy Pokemon TCG and Model kits. Hands down fantastic customer service from the lady behind the counter and every other team member I have spoken to. They open late so you can drop in and get something to do is game changing. Their prices too are competitive with even online sellers and supporting small business who invest money to open brick and mortar stores and staff gets my money everytime. If your in the Gold coast check them out. If your in Brisbane worth the drive down! Nerds paradise, they have a range of model kits, collectables, a hug range of singles available graded and ungraded. Tcg, Warhammer and sooo much more. My wallet hates you but I don't 5 stars across the board team!
