A very busy club at lunch and on weekends. Also you have to sign in . Food was pretty good but more pricey than my local. And very very busy. So get there early. Expect a wait at the bar. Overall, it's what you would expect and the place is a bit dated because it's been there a long time. Also, when I left after lunch, outside were many, scantily dressed women going to and fro the beach and shower facilities and the shops across the road! I was so shocked that I had to have a sit down on a nearby bench to catch my breath and wonder at what the world is coming to! I really needed a Bex and a lie down , but I'll book in at a local hotel next time so I can park a little closer to the surf club. Oh, by the way, parking may as well be in the next suburb - or the next state - to get to the surf club. Plan for no parking anywhere. It's Burleigh. There's no parking. And very few clothes being worn. I need a lie down.

Came for trivia, no bar service upstairs. $5 to add any sauce to your Parmy. Ridiculous.

Only good thing about this club is the incredible staff. Club has no A/C, menu is plain, limited TV'S to watch sports. Going down hill.

The highly touted award winning burger is below average at best and not worth the price. The salad had an unidentifiable meat-like mixture mixed in. All in all, a disappointment in terms of taste

The vegan burgers here are delicious, simple but yet very tasty, and the beetroot bun is yummy .

The atmosphere and staff are fabulous (even through renovations) The food was passable, I would still go back because, I am a member, but they need to lift the quality of the food for the price.

From the moment we walked in to your surf club we experienced friendly and obliging service. Robyn at the front desk so lovely and patiently assisted us to become members of your Surf club. You order and pay for the foods at the counter near the front door and drinks at the bar saying HARD FIZZ, which does also sell soft drinks like Coke, and Lemonade ($5) etc. 250g Rump ($32.5): It’s served with chips, salad, and choose a sauce and doneness for your steak. Medium well is quite tender and delicious for rump steak but might also be a little overcooked since there could be bitter burnt crisps. On the other hand, dipping the steak into the pepper sauce or salt is even tastier. The chips are well-seasoned, salty, relatively crispy, and flat. To sum up, the beachfront view out there is clear and beautiful but not as spectacular as in Burleigh Heads. The service speed and attitude are both great but the mobile phone reception is poor and there are flies flying around, which is kinda disturbing but I believe it can be improved. The prices are also reasonable for its portions of foods. You can come here by G link tram to Broadbeach South, transfer for 700 or 777 bus to get off at Christine Ave, and walk for a few minutes. Overall, it’s a 8.5 out of 10!

Under going renos but still good

It takes too long for an average cafe. Initially said it would take 10 min and it took 30 😅. Burleigh heads cafes are a lot better. Enjoy the walk and have your coffee there.

I love fish tacos , I ordered today from the chefs special they where horrible the tacos had been heated that made them crunchy not soft tortillas horrible dissatisfaction and disappointment

North Burleigh RSL is a fantastic spot located right next to the Miami beach, making it a great place to unwind and enjoy the coastal vibe. The atmosphere is lively, with a crowd that clearly loves this venue. I had the classic schnitzel, and it didn’t disappoint! The meat was cooked perfectly—tender and juicy—with a wonderfully crispy coating. The chips were beautifully cooked, but the mushroom sauce could use a bit more flavor. Service was quick and consistent, which made the experience even better. There's also a café attached to the pub that serves excellent coffee and delightful pastries during the day. Overall, it's a great place to visit for a meal or just to relax with a coffee and pastry by the beach. Highly recommend!

We were there 23rd of December with family. This is the first time my kids ate the whole kids meal :) Food was well priced, and great quality. I have been before and I will go back again. And the view :)

Joel was amazing with his enthusiasm to help us get a great table, despite it being very busy. He went out of his way to accommodate our large group, and he must be recognised for his efforts.

Guess renovating felt a bit awkward. But staff very friendly

It was ok, they're going through some major renovations at the moment so I won't knock it too hard. My main gripe is that there's not enough beer selection on tap. I'm sure it'll be great once the reno's are done

Burnt and squashed lifeless Bacon and egg roll. Banana smoothie is super milky. Iced latte is nice.

Breakfast was disappointing. Bread toasted crisp and dry. Eggs soft poached awesome but flavour with vinegar. Tomato relish? Bottled Tomato sauce. Unappealing View saved the morning.

Went there for lunch and the food and service was so good I went back for afternoon drinks and dinner. Staff were fantastic. You won't be disappointed!!

We held a surprise Engagement lunch for two of our dearest friends and their family. Everything was fantastic, from the location, to the staff, food and drinks.

5 stars for reception, restaurant staff and the beautiful meals. I was helped to update my membership to enable discounts. Robyn was very attentive to our small party as were all staff. Meals were substantial and delicious, drinks were icy cold. The creamy chicken and mushroom pasta was the best ever. Loved the experience.

It was one of the most memorable times my family and I had when traveling in Australia. Awesome food, awesome service, table by the open window, by the Ocean, absolutely made a gorgeous day for us to remember back in Canada.

Don't order the Salt & Pepper Calamari 😤. A waste of money. Passed my concerns to the staff, who listened & said would pass on to chef. Bar staff were friendly & efficient. Unfortunately no atmosphere at the moment as the restaurant areas are under renovation. Hopefully by Christmas they will have the venue sorted 🙏.

Steak night is a popular night here and I can see why. The steak is tender, the chips crispy and the salad fresh and tasty. There is a large renovation there at present but this should not distract from a cheap but great steak night with great staff too.

We had a great meal here. Excellent value for money - we happened to come on the night they have a steak special. Nice selection of beers on tap. Staff friendly and catered for children with a colouring pack.

We dinned at the upstairs restaurant. Everything was beautiful. Downstairs however was not on our radar at all. Too noisy. It would be nice however for a little more variety in both cuisine and price on the menu upstairs.

Great place overlooking the ocean. Food was excellent especially the prawns perfect. Especially good deal with the kids eat free.

How do you muck up an order for a medium tumeric chai latte on full cream milk, however when it did get made it was delicious.

This used to be a fantastic place to eat. However in recent months the food quality has been appalling. The spicy salt and pepper squid salad used to be a signature dish as well as the macadamia spiced chicken salad. Both dishes were something special - not any more. Having tried both dishes twice in recent weeks, I can only assume the chef has changed. Absolutely appalling quality, changed ingredients, ingredients missing, zero care in preparation. To add to the misery, the waitress cleared dishes in front of us. Not good service. Sadly this place has gone seriously downhill. Avoid at all costs.

Beyond disappointed. We had family from interstate that I advised them of twice, but they didn't bother to advise me of the renovations, where 80% of the restaurant seating is closed, bar was a shambles, and staff fumbling around confused and none of them understanding where anything was, obviously no management/supervisor direction. Now onto the disappointment of the food, dry chicken salad, overcooked calamari, meals not delivered to the table together. We have frequented north Burleigh surf lifesaving club on many occasions, we are even members. (Not renewing ). We are very sad that the service, food and premises has fallen into a terrible state. Wouldn't recommend.

Disgusting place. Music is so noisy you can’t hear the person next to you. After a kids meal (which was close to canned spag bolg) was brought out (having asked to make sure it came with other mains), then told they were soon, 3x over an hour later. Staff couldn’t care less. Food arrived and it was burnt Parma and an overcooked prawn pasta. So many better places to eat in Burleigh heads, this should be last on anyone’s list.

Awesome food & view

We used to like this club a lot until our most recent experience. Good vibes there all in all. However, both my partner and I experienced really poor service that happened to be served by the same staff on separate occasions. It is a shame since we both like the atmosphere of the club, but the service by that staff certainly has made us think twice on whether to return/rejoin the club.

Went there with an aged care facility and they were very friendly and helpful with us. The view from our table was amazing. The senior meals were great, good price, big size meals and delicious. We will be back.

The new menu is really rgeat with loads of choices and the view never disappoints

Every time I come here with my client for lunch or dinner the food is always amazing. Staff are fantastic always serving with a smile and food comes out nice and quick all the time
