I am absolutely disgusted in the man that was just at the front entrance now when we were leaving at 7pm wearing the purple T-shirt. The way he spoke to my 19yo daughter was not acceptable. How dare he have such a nasty attitude after ignoring her while chatting away then helping others. It was clear she needed a security tag removed & she was patient. When I suggested a bell if he was going to walk completely away from the exit to the entrance he had a go at me.

One of the better toy set ups I've seen.

Large store, lots of variety. Found what i was looking for within two minutes, plenty of stock.

This place is difficult to find staff to assist and it's very badly set out. It's difficult to find anything and where things are and the place needs to be pulled apart and set up properly in a customer-friendly easier to navigate style. I definitely wouldn't bother returning to this store

Very poorly set out. Difficult to navigate and find things, and no staff to assist This store needs a great deal of remodeling and training for staff, it's not worth the visit

We went to the store on Sunday 15th September 2024 and we were served by Vicki at the front counter and we have to commend her and her service. When she found out it was our daughter's birthday she went out of her way to make sure she felt special. We will definitely return based on this experience.

Noah and Theo were great but what really stood out was the young man named Harper Mitchell. He doesn’t even work there and was doing better than the employees! He should definitely get a job there!

My son 10yrs old and myself didn't have push bike locks. Say my son and I we're pushing a push bikes through the shopping centre just like anyone pushes a pram just like anyone that pushes a wheelchair just like anyone with the mobility scooter. Why my son and I were eating we had the security guard law turning around us. Has my son and I went to go shopping. Security guard said we couldn't push out bikes through the shopping centre. I just like I said above about pushing prams I told him the same thing. Stihl wooden lettuce be on our way of spending money at the shopping centre. Kick us out. I said to my son this guy's justifying his job. Then the security guy said he was going to leave us to push or bikes. So CAN I PUSH MY BIKE? SAME AS A WHEELCHAIR OR PRAM? Go to Robina shopping centre. Spend your money elsewhere.

Typical Big W and we'll spaced out. The greeter at the front door was polite and helpful which made the trip so much quicker.

Nice big store. Not super helpful staff but excellent variety of items.

Trying to shop on Saturday afternoon and the staff working were throwing things at each other and runnings around screaming and carrying on like children , very unprofessional. Especially listening to the things they are saying . Not the first time encountering this type of behaviour at this store .

Parking, variety of items, price

Went to pick up my lay-by items and was greeted by an unfriendly person. When I asked if they needed to see my receipt, they said no and then just walked out the back to get the item. Got the item and no receipt was given. Anyone could have said my name and received my purchased goods. The experience was below average. Maybe some more training on customer service.

Picked up an online order just now and Isaac was an absolute delight. So helpful and friendly. What a nice change! That young man will go places

It's too far from Hope Island. But you gotta go when need something from that store there.

Trying to call the store and can’t speak to a human being within the store. Won’t bother shopping there anymore. Absolutely ridiculous
