Target Pacific Fair

I bought a cap and it only cost $12, which was quite cheap and it wasn’t busy at all in the afternoon. There are mostly clothes but also a variety of toys.

This is by far the best selection of products in any Target I've been to. Shame customers had to make such a mess of the womens shoe area as they scrambled to find shoe sizes. I felt for the staff needing to clean all of that up. Staff were very helpful.

The lady with the brown hair “JD” is super unhelpful. I had a return and I had my receipt, but there were two other customers at the customer service part and she announced loudly when she was serving them that you can’t return anything without a receipt and that proof of purchase on your card wasn’t sufficient as “the team has to call a manager down since they aren’t allowed to look items up and it takes too long” fair enough but you don’t need to say it so rudely and to everyone. This isn’t the first time she has served me, and she wasn’t any nicer then either 😔

Worst service, even discriminatory. If you cannot serve in a fair and objective manner, it means you are not suitable for this job.

Bought shoes of them, they stated it's a leather but it's not true, I used them once, it makes the feet hot and burns as hell, shoes made of any cheap material but leather, I took it back and they said there is nothing they can if the tag was removed, how you supposed to try the shoes with the tag on it? I will never go there again

Very bad experience

Purchased a remote control car for my son Would not change straight out the box I didn’t keep the receipt, but knew time and date of purchase Target did not offer a replacement, store credit or refund Response was bad luck!

Not much make up sold at this store. Change rooms are dirty & dusty & clothes are always left behind in the rooms.

Pretty Bad Shopping experience!! Was in with my dad he was going to get my daughter some new clothes. He asked the lady could she ring the items up. She said oh no use self service! He left the store.I went back in today to get a pear of parents and shirt for my daughter to get home with a size 4 shirt and six pants. that was put together on the same hanger. I think its a terrible world we live in not having register that have real people to serve you. Not everyone comes in wants to do this them selves

Today I had 18 items on coat hangers which I had to do self serve. That means taking all those items off the coat hangers and scanning each one. Then bagging them as well. No check out opened apart from self serve. In these poor economic times I think it’s appalling service. Target should be busting themselves to give good service to entice people to shop there. I can’t imagine how their business is going to stay viable with such poor service. I’ll certainly be thinking twice about shopping there in the future. Do it better Target.

Great layout and good stock, mid 40s women greeting was nice BUT trying to find this place was like a freaking maze……..

Well target is certainly not a store I would shop at lost it’s charm and unfortunately all it’s products worth the purchase if I want anko I’ll go to Kmart Commiserations Target

Bought an Anko air purifier it stop working within 1 hour of using, went to target to return it, the bag check girl at the entrance refused the return and said if there is no receipt target will not accept any anko product, I told her I have the bank transaction and flybuy statement but she still refused the return ! Went home checked their return policy it stated PROOF of purchase includes bank transaction or flybuy statement!!! Returned my item at Helensvale target and got a refund no problem today !

Normally we love target, but today we had a slack customer service experience. I called the pacific fair store to locate an item. The lady I spoke to just gave me very short one word answers, and when I asked if she could check other stores to locate it, I was put on hold for 14 minutes before I gave up. I felt like I was inconveniencing her.

Pathetic shopping experience with multiple issues. Air con was not on during a heat wave. Teenagers kept running around the store causing a raucous, slamming pool noodles on the floor and the staff didn’t handle it well, not calling security or anything. Christmas shirts marked down to $3 on a sale rack scanned at $15 and a sales assistant said someone’s put it there without investigating it further or getting more assistance. Not very happy.

Young woman who helped me find a size dress for my wife as couldn't find it .She looked on her phone and went out of her way to find it. A legend and great customer service

TARGET have a well stocked store ,great prices and heaps to select from,but no floor staff to help,none to be seen,a stick vacuum cleaner had no price showing,a bit cumbersome to carry to the scanners, disappointing experience.

I love Target. This store gives me a great range of affordable housewares, IT and clothing options.

I hate have the fact they have no staff at all for payment, the costumer needs to do the bagging , the bar code reading, the payment.. Have you ever consider that tourist from over seas and elderly people can have serious difficulties to shop like that?!

This is a large well stocked Target on the upper level of Pacific Fair. Particularly enjoyed browsing the fitness apparel good quality tights which fit well & are actually squat proof, very comfortable & reasonably priced
