Went in to buy a laptop... everyone on special under $1300 only floor stock but won't sell to me. Why have them on special with nil stock. I tell you why they tried to sell me a much more expensive one which happens to be in stock.

Bailey was a GREAT help, he and the entire team was patiently helping me to look for a missing item of the shelves, which was stated available online, I felt kind of bad as they had to basically open the entire 20 cupboards for me. However, after they found it, Bailey even gave me pretty good deal for the item. Couldn’t be happier! I appreciate the genuine effort that you guys did for me. Old item i brought wasn't on special for black Friday or it woulda been higher , the young guy had no experience with the products and couldn't answer my questions without reading the info online

Sat on hold for 20 minutes then hung up on and when I attempted to return the call the line said closed. The online chat would not progress past the list of people waiting.

Didn't even walk in two workers standing at the door obviously one was supposed to be checking the reciepts some woman went to walk out and you could see she felt awkward about trying to show the girl her reciept they where to busy flirting and dancing laughing carrying on definitely not a good look when the place is filthy Didn't bother going in went to eb games instead if they ignored her while she was leaving i definitely wouldn't have got any customer service in the place

Jb Hi Fi Dubbo is the most complete tech store in Dubbo. If they don't have what you need they're always happy to get it in, the staff are always amazing, helpful and happy. This place is always a pleasure to frequent.

Usually your swamped with sales assistants today we had to wait 15mins for one & then they had no stock of the item, even thou it said in stock online.

I must be invisible? Do you even have customer service standards? Not one person asked if I needed a hand in the serval times I’ve been in this store. Was looking at ring security cameras and the rudest staff member said “why would you buy ring, eufy is so much better. You just wasted your money”. I’m sure suppliers would love to know that your staff are not recommending their products to customers. If you’re in a customer service role learn your job role.

Confused service, I received an ok deal during the black Friday sales on a Samsung TV. However, I was originally informed the deal included free delivery and was shown a recent purchase order to show proof. I was later charged $50 dollars for delivery and told it included installation. 2 days later the TV got dropped off and left in the box sitting in my longer room and had to set up myself. So I now guess, installation means; leaving in box at place of delivery!

Shoutout to the girl at the counter (didn’t get her name) she did a great job with helping me out with my click and collect order.
