Rooms are grossly overpriced for what is offered, very basic but clean !!!. Very moist with people dragging around pool furniture and talking / shouting . Was a convenient location for 1 night nearby our event but two far from main locations.

Absolutely horrified by this place. I walked into the front reception after being told to “come in to book”. I was extremely kind & asked to book for two nights. The lady at the desk Vanessa, was horrible. She brushed me off & couldn’t be bothered to deal with me. She treated me unfairly, because I was trying to book a night with someone who had a diagnosis. How crazy? I am currently in the process of taking legal action, however just know not to book here. Vanessa also chased me to my car, screaming out things at me. I felt unsafe & uneasy. Extremely unethical & a really heartbreaking situation.

It's a solid choice for a gold coast visit, good spot, good rooms. Will be even better when they finish the roadworks. There's a great pizza joint just up the road too.

Not bad, a deposit I never expected to get the key sucked a bit after I had paid for our room weeks before. And it was just noisy, you could hear the people next door snoring. Ok for our needs at the time.

Wouldn't accept card payment as it was after 5pm, wanted cash and suggested I walk to Coles where there was an ATM I walked away

The resort accommodates us genuinely. We have to be told on the way to the resort that the road would be closed, and it is better to come on another street. It was a small things but not many places would do. It did save time for us because we aren't local. Placr is a pretty good setup. Has a swimming pool and a little buble pool. The room was clean and tidy, with plenty of parking and easy access.

Was noisy, not just during the day but when trying to sleep in the middle of the night too sadly. The fridge door was dirty & I definitely wasn't guilty as I always clean up after myself as I would at home staying anywhere else. The television wasn't tuned into all the main channels either which obviously was an issue with my regular viewing requirements.

Great stay, was a bit tricky to find the place due to construction on the main road but got there in the end.

Staff was extremely friendly, kind and helpful. The one thing that made our stay very pleasant was how clean and fresh was the room and the bed very comfortable. Yes, there are a couple of things missing like a comfortable chair to sit in and drawers to store your clothing but value for money was 9/10.

Noisy people partying all night up and down stairs banging and waking my kids & myself up. Loud bangs from airconditioning which we had to turn off but kept hearing bang from other rooms all night. TV did not work properly Netflix button was just for show, No You Tube and no laundry facilities. Bed was creaky and uncomfortable so overall not worth $50 yet I payed $245 never again shut it down

Noisy neighbors. Bathroom can have proper hooks to hang in clothes properly.

Customer service is deplorable, booked room and when want to cancel it some reason. They need 2 week to have a look what they can do.

A great place to stay that is convenient to every thing. The host was excellent that may the stay very easy. Will definitely go back.

This was great value for money, fantastic queen sized bed, clean and has Hythe St bus stops almost outside. This is great for getting in and out of Surfers or to the airport. Not far to Nobbies Beach for shopping or great restaurants and bars or the beach and SLSC for safe swimming.

I'm here now, and had to delay my flight due to Auckland floods Hotel staff have been wonderful, really helpful & friendly The rooms are good, and beaches are gorgeous .

Wonderful helpful staff. Young cleaner carried my bag down the steps without being asked and had a very cheerful disposition. Very clean units. Everything we needed and close to main shops. Thank you for a great stay.

Cutlery's were not cleaned and dirty bedsheets

Great place for a family vacation on a budget. Big room and really comfortable. Short walk to the beach.

A wonderful 2 storey Motel. Well maintained rooms. Clean sheets. 7 mins walk from the beach. A quiet place. Has facilities like Iron board. Microwave. Toaster. Fridge. Tea and coffee. All in all a recommended place to stay

I've stayed at backpacker hostels with more features for way less money, and a complimentary breakfast. Way overpriced, and their profits clearly don't go back into the business and making it a better experience for the customer. The microwave had rust all over it. The air conditioning stunk of vinegar. The hair dryers look like they're from the 80's. It took over 2 minutes running to get hot water through the shower. Their bedding is just sheets and a pillow, and a fleece throw rolled up in the cupboard which barely provided any extra warmth. Wouldn't recommend to anyone..

Good place to stay

I have stayed here on 2 occasions and both times have been thoroughly enjoyed. Perfect location and a great set up, love the pool and the staff are friendly and easy to deal with.

Very clean and comfortable.Could do with a power point at Bench.I could not use my Computer while charging cause lead did not reach other side of the Room.Will certainly stay there again.Thank you

Great place even better staff, so helpful with after hours check in. Rooms were clean and well kept... only complaint is it was too cold to use the pool 🤭😄

Did an online booking,very quick and easy for this well priced room.On after hours arrival the service to get the room key was so easy. Free parking onsite. The room is spacious clean with fresh linen and bath towels. You have a shared balcony you can step out onto.The small entrance kitchenette is perfectly spaced and equipped with toaster microwave barfridge kettle and coffee and teas. In a hidden cupboard is ironing facilities. The bathroom is clean and comes with a hairdryer soaps and shampoo. This room would easily accommodate a family of four although for us it was a room for a couple. There is a lovely pool onsite as well. In all this place is clean and well maintained and g8 value for money.

We stayed for 7 nights in room 27. It was very clean and perfect for what we needed, with a TV, fridge, kettle, toaster, fresh linen and towels, although the bed was quite uncomfortable.||The room itself was a bit dark and dated but we can see the rooms are undergoing an upgrade so I’m sure this one will be done in time.||The BBQ was great and always clean, the pool was brilliant and location to everything (including Coles 200m down the road) is perfect! The staff are all friendly and accommodating, and their little dog is gorgeous.||If you are looking for awesome coffee we found a tiny caravan across the road at the Miami Caravan Park behind the surf club - amazing brew and lovely ladies!

Unassuming, friendly staff, clean rooms, could do with a little update but I'll be happy to come back, good pool, very reasonable rates. I'll give it a B oh and comfortable beds lol

We had top family room. It was great size for what you pay for. Staff are very friendly. Big thank you to them for our last day when we try to leave our car didn't want to start so workers there try help but we end up having to call rscq. Thank you we appreciated your help and understanding.

Such a fabulous central location. Must visit Caffeine Kings and The Paddock Bakery nearby. Great value, clean rooms and when we stayed, super quiet. Perhaps rooms aren’t big enough for families which makes it nice for people without kids to enjoy the serenity

Place was very clean, easy to find, good amenities, good parking. Found booking in a pain as my hand is in a cast, it was self checkin and you had to retrieve your key from a box and the lady on the other and of the phone was extremely rude..needs to learn customer service skills.

We stayed for 3 nights, the check in was easy and quick, all the staff we saw were very good, off street parking was also very good. We were in room 39, the toaster burnt the bread and set off the alarm, the staff quickly came up, took the toaster away and gave us a brand new one. The only issue we saw in the food preparation section was that it only had 1 power point for the Kettle, Toaster and Micro wave, a double power point would make better.

Terrible. Why bother. If you need a cheap stay for max 1 night. Sure take it into consideration. But I beg if you are staying longer don’t waste your money. My room has a door connected to the next for some reason. Crammed bathroom and broken appliances. 3 powerpoints and 1 taken up by the small tv. The aircon range is about 2 metres then becomes ineffective. For a week it was about 550. Spend 100 more and go to somewhere that actually knows how to run a motel. Hair and weird pink and brown stains on the sheets covered up by dreadful throw. Bed was itchy. Too much wrong with the place. Only thing going for it is a great location. 7 or so minute walk down either way takes you to a coles, Aldi, Dan Murphy’s multiple take out shops and not too far from surfers paradise.

Close to shops, comfy beds, air con worked wonders thank goodness. Pool was nice and clean. A lovely manager that helped us when needed. And Chilli was a great little extra for the kids and very cute!

What more do you want across the road from the beach the tavern the surf club and Coles and Dan Murphys . Plus it has a Greek style pool Mediterranean blue .

BEDBUGS!!!! Family was disspointed and wouldn't recommend anyone waisting their money. Had to change rooms in the middle of the night, so much for a vacation.

Booked a room for two employees who were working hours from home on a massive job since 4am only to be declined on arrival despite booking being confirmed and paid for. The customer service was appalling the woman who was spoken to on the phone asked for us to re pay the amount after the amount was already taken from our account once only to then come back with actually we will not allow your staff to stay we were hung up on several times and were not given a reason as to why they were being sent away. Our employees were then left stranded after a massive day thankfully another hotel with great customer service helped them out however we will be taking this further as the staff here were absolutely disgusting.

Bed bugs & unmade room! Never had such a horrible experience! I have photos of the bugs, the sand & hair in bed & the bites. I was unable to leave the house for 4 weeks as I had bites all over me. Jan 2020
