Can never find staff when you need assistance, walked out the store and the alarm went off, I was stopped and ask to be searched because the security tags were still on some underpants I purchased. Unprofessional and poor customer service.

Useless delivery service!!!, not same day like it says! Rang them and they said 3-6 business days is standard! Nearest big w is 5 klms down the road . Should have just picked it up myself!

holy cows I love this place but will die if I go there while they don't have aircon. go price match elsewhere with aircon people. yours truly, concerned hobbit.

Aircon needs to be fixed. If you shop here prepare to be like Lil Jon and have that sweat drop down your balls. Almost as bad as a Chinese sweatshop.

Honestly guys fix your aircon. I'm sweating in places that I never knew it were possible I could sweat.

Convenience and Cheap

Love my visits to my local Big W. Seem to be shopping here often !!!

Good department store. Very reasonably priced. Always latest books and is my go to book shop for my favourite fiction.

No phone customer service at all. You cannot talk to a human. Call Big W and you just get a machine. No way to speak to a staff member. No way to check if item is in stock. Pathetic.

It's September and you have Christmas items already for sale. Talk about taking the excitement away. What a disgrace !

Good place to shop

Diverse range of products similar to Kmart. Books, clothing, stationary, toys, kitchen stuff etc. Junk food like candy and chocolate is often on sale. The lady at the entrance is not friendly, she needs to make more effort to smile and greet customers.

Very great shopping experience as the staff were very friendly. Jack served us and was very friendly asking about our day!

Been shopping at this Big W since 1999 as a small child and have nothing bad to say about it. It's my favourite Big W on the Gold Coast. Smaller than Pac Fair and Robina Big W but has a lot of items to buy. DVD section is better than most Big Ws on the Gold Coast with a good variety. Book section is smaller than two stores I mentioned but still has a great selection. Clothes are well organized. Store's never messy with their supplies. Basically a perfect place to buy presents for yourself or someone. Not too big but certainly not too small.

I walked in to purchase balloons for my mother’s birthday at 4:40 and they told me the cut-off was at 20 to 5 even though the time lapsed to 441. They told me I was too late so I was unable to buy my mother balloons for her birthday. Thank you big W my mother will remember this
