It is quite honestly flabbergasting how poor the customer service is at this store. It's as if it is a job requirement to be appalling to other humans. For how much you get scalped for an envelope in this place you would hope that a portion would be going to staff culture & training. Thanks, I hate it here.

Claire (the young lady in the photo area) assisted us so much with printing a large banner. At first it came out pixelated and didn’t look great. She spent so much time trying to make the quality clearer for us and gave us several options to try. She did this while engaging with us and chatting about my son’s new business venture. She went above and beyond and we appreciate her so much. Thanks Ally and Charlie

2nd time I’ve been to office works to print something out and I asked for help to do it. One time at Burleigh and one at Robina, the staff did not want to help!!!! I had to really push them to help disgusting service I own a business and if I treated my customers like this, I would not have any customers management really need to do something about this because another person said to me the same thing about trying to print stuff and not getting any help I was gonna buy a printer here around $500 now I will be going somewhere else to buy it. I’ve spent a lot of money with Officeworks and they’ve lost me as a customer!!!

Yesterday I needed contracts printed after a lot of stuffing around 3.5?hours later I checked my order .. Uninterested staff just denied me help for not having received a text .. which my phone had died .. long story short , Tall Cole or Cody .. uncooperative, Girl with braids Uncooperative , Blonde female manager UNCOOPERATIVE … ELIJAH … A DAMN GOOD EMPLOYEEE !!! just accomplished the task at hand .. Get it TOGETHER OW

I was very disappointed with the costumer service offered by the employees at this store, the apathy with my husband and I were assisted in purchasing a printer plus the employees seemed that they have little to no knowledge about the product we were trying to purchase. Overall was a very unsatisfactory experience.

This star rating is entirely credited to the lovely Claire that served me today. If you guys do employee of the month, I vote Claire. If you don’t have an employee of the month program in place, make one and make your first award Claire.

I did a online 2hour click and collect, when picking up an hour later I did realise I was early so offered to get the goods off the shelf myself so they could scan it through on their zebra machines and process my invoice, jasmine at the counter was not listening to a word I said and was extremely rude to me, I asked for her to call the manager down who she called down after me standing there for 15 mins and she didn’t even call her down. The manager was also useless, assumed I had a delivery when I clearly said 2hour click and collect and have come into store. I’d much rather drive up to Nerang to visit their office works, clearly management at Burleigh need to be trained and pass the correct training to employees. Also too don’t put someone on the checkout that has no people skills

The staff at the printing service lack motivation and show little interest in their work. Communication is poor, leading to delays and a frustrating experience for customers.

If I could give zero stars I would! Not enough staff to serve you. Cannot speak to ANY1 on phone, only online. TOTAL RIP OFF! Charged $76 for pack of black & 3 colour Epson 4200 printer cartridges!!! $50 at JB Hi Fi!!! I WILL NEVER SHOP HERE EVER EVER AGAIN!!!!

Very poor customer service, bought a HP Laptop 6 months ago which now already is faulty (manufacturers fault) but the way Officeworks handled the issue was extremely disappointing. Depending on the Laptop for work the only option they gave me was to send the item to a third party for repair which would take 3 weeks there was no effort in trying to find a solution I only got told that that‘s how they do it and they can’t do anything else for me. When I said that that is really disappointing and poor customer service the respond was „yeah well“ Definitely not going to spend any money here ever again.

Moni, the manager who was working the register was juggling four or five customers at once efficiently, managed to answer all my quick prompt questions around an iPhone 13 purchase absolute gold star they look to be under the pump potentially understaff, but money made up for about four workers Great service office Works I’ll be back again

Excellent customer service had to get a label printed for hubbed parcel

If I could give you 0 stars I would. This was a terrible experience there were 12 staff with a combined 3 brain cells between them. We tried to print of photos and the machine wasn’t working we asked for help from two young kids behind the counter who seemed annoyed that we interrupted them flipping a water bottle as a game (very unprofessional). He then whispered that he doesn’t know we had to ask three times before we got a loud enough reply that wasn’t helpful at all. He then asked the other young person who also had no clue and told us to speak to another gentlemen who then made up some story saying it wouldn’t work and we had to come back tomorrow. Overall very frustrated and disappointed in the service cannot believe in front of the whole shop you can let two staff play a game with a water bottle and let them ignore customers. WILL NOT RETURN.

I tried to return some freckles that I had purchased for the office today. Upon opening them, I found them not fresh, so I wanted to either exchange the item and receive a refund. I had my receipt and showed the manager who was very short and told me that because I had opened the product, he couldn't and wouldn't exchange or refund. The manager today should not be in retail or in charge of others (rotten apple). I WOULD SAY GO ANYWHERE OTHER THAN OFFICE WORKS WEST BURLEIGH

Reluctant to confirm this store not the best. Shame because I’m a stationery hoarder. very difficult to find someone especially in tech. ‘Our computer guy isn’t available atm.’ The time-pressed staff from out the back advise using your budget as a Difficult to compare laptop features. Correct pricing inserted in shelving strips could be better. Felt dull. Management: does the store need a spring clean? More staff?

Everything is to hard for them. No customer service, don't care about the customer. If your short staffed, get more staff, there are people out there begging for jobs. All comes down to bad management.

A bit tricky to find what I’m looking for. Gentle staff but busy. Took me too much time to find folders and some other stuff.

Well I went to get photos printed. First of all the kiosk was not working. When asked for help l was told by a gentleman that try the next kiosk. Fair enough l tried, that worked but wouldn’t fully load the photos for viewing. There was a young man there working on printers (in black Fuji polo shirt)who l approached for help, he went out of his way to rudely tell me he was working on the other machines and then ranted on about all the machines playing up yesterday too. l tried the 3rd kiosk and got my photos in the system. This same guy in (black Fuji Shirt ) decided he had to work on the same printing machine (all paper trays pulled apart)where my photos were getting printed and totally ignored me. Then l had to go to the front counter and get another staff member and she asked this guy to put the trays back together so that the costumer can get her photos. At that point the penny dropped for this guy that someone else is aware of his deeds. So all in all l had Absolutely disgusting experience. The level of rudeness l experienced from one particular staff member has put me off the shopping experience at office works Burleigh. I wouldn’t go there again for any purchases.

Just don't buy jburrows cheap stuff. They will stop working and they will be very smiley to tell you they won't replace it even if you have a receipt. 2 times the same problem.

Terrible terrible terrible service. Honestly I don’t think it could get worse. I came in to pick up a click and collect, there were no other customers and staff everywhere chatting to each other. I asked for help and was outright ignored. I went to another staff member who said they didn’t know where click and collect is. I asked another staff member who told me to walk around the aisle to go to the same counter so I can be assisted by a different staff member who was actually standing right next to them who then walked around, not doing a thing, ignoring me standing there. It took nearly 25 minutes for me to pick up the labels I ordered. 25 minutes and 6 staff members later in an empty store for someone to eventually open a drawer and pull out an envelope. All the staff were very unfriendly, a little condescending and less than helpful. I have been to this store 3 times now and each time has been disappointing and rude. I don’t know why I gave you guys so many chances. Definitely won’t be back and will be spreading the word far and wide about how incompetent, rude and unfriendly your staff are.

I have come to this place several times with my husband and it is always the same, both the main cashiers and the assistants have poor customer service. I have needed help twice to print documents and they always serve with a bad temper, they get angry as if it were in bad taste to serve the client who is paying for a service. I don't understand how they continue to have these types of people serving the public. I see a lot of negative comments about the same situation but it seems like this company doesn't care. I was going to purchase some technology but with this service I prefer to buy somewhere else. I don't give 0 stars because Google doesn't allow it, but I'm really upset by such bad service.

Extremely lacking in customer service skills at main checkout. Two female staff members more concerned about their coffee and hot chocolate preferences and chatting to each other than serving line of customers. Very sarcastic and full of fake politeness from an employee wearing badge “Rae” serving people as though customers are an inconvenience. She needs some attitude adjusting to say the least. Very disappointed in treatment at this store which is a shame as they do have great product range. Doubt I will go there again.

Just had the BEST experience at this Officeworks! Was needing some urgent printing for my business and Janine was so helpful and kind! What an awesome team to work with for my small business needs!

Went to get help printing a photo. Asked one lady and she said go and get a booth and I'll be there in 2 mins. Was still sitting there 15 mins later so I left. Went back 1 hour later. I've never used this service so asked the blonde girl for help. Was very rude, didn't even look at me and told me to send the photo via email. I'm not tec savvy so failed at sending it. She didn't have the time of day for me and seemed pissed off that she had to help, which she didn't. Walked out without my print. No personality, never smiles. I think she thinks we owe her. Off to Robina store. Would have liked to give 0 stars if possible

Just another Officeworks, but with an incredibly poor selection of A4 paper.

I had a passport photo taken at officeworks burleigh and was told that it was guaranteed so if it was rejected to come back and have it redone. It was rejected for having shadow & being too close so I had to go back. The person who served me when I returned should not work in customer service. She took another photo and when she showed it to me, the shadow was worse. I politely pointed this out because I don't want to have to return for a third time only to be told there is nothing else they can do. They couldnt take another minute to do their job properly. So much for the photo guarantee and customer service was terrible. A few days later I received the rejection email from the passport office stating the photo has been rejected because of the shadow. I will now have to make a third trip to officeworks because this staff member would not take a minute to do her job properly.

Went in searching for some study supplies for school, and one of the young team members (Sophia) was able to help me find all the items I was looking for. In fact she was even able to point out some extra items that could help me with my studies that I would otherwise not have thought of and purchased It was a pleasant experience with a kind and passionate staff member. I will definitely be returning to buy study equipment next time.

I would like to give the staff a no star review. Went down there today and asked for some assistance with selecting the rite printer cartridge the lady I asked said to goggle it and kept walking. She wasn’t even busy or helping anyone else at the time nor was the most of the other staff in the store. Will not be back.

Amazing staff

When I arrived on Tuesday morning, the store was still relatively quiet and there were not many people. I asked the clerk that I wanted to print a ID photo and she told me to wait for 2mins ,tell me to try do it myself. and I tried to do it myself, but it still didn’t work. I waited for her to come and help me for nearly 30 minutes, and more and more people came in,but I was still there to wait,So I asked her again how long I would have to wait. She was standing in the counter behind me and didn’t want to help .waste my time .So, I left angrily. This isn't the first time I've been treated this badly at this place. Given the choice, I'd send a bomb instead of a star, because they don't deserve a star, they're colder than machines. Will not be coming back.

Hey guys, sorry to be that person that leaves a 2-star review, but having spoken to someone at the shop I don't have any confidence the issue will be addressed in any way. I run a business that requires me to get large format (A1, A2, A3) posters printed and other stationary. I've channelled hundreds of dollars of posters through your shop recently. The previous order was made once and produced in two parts for 2 diff collection dates, fair enough. After collecting the 2nd of 2 parts and getting back, we noticed you had not printed everything in the order. So our Finance Director made a 3rd journey, with accompanying documentation and proof, and you refunded what you had not printed - that's not doing us any favours - that's your legal minimum to refund for what you have failed to make. Today I collected another order, but this time I check before driving off, and sure enough you failed to print 1 of 4 posters order???? I spoke with someone there to see if it was lying around in another roll, it was not, I asked how could it not have been done, and explained how this was the 2nd time in my last two orders with you that you had totally stuffed up a really mindlessly simple task. The person offered no explanation, but said the remaining one could be printed in 40 mins. I don't have time to wait 40mins, so I have to make yet again another journey to you. I asked the person if I could speak with someone or was there a way for me to offer feedback so your team and management could fix what is going wrong in your procedures - I was told there would be a feedback link in one of the emails, there was no manager present. By this stage I have zero confidence in my constructive feedback getting to anyone in authority, and clearly you will not make the changes required to stop this really time wasting unprofessional error re-occuring - how many other customers do you inconvenience this way? It's a huge coincidence that twice in 2 orders this very customers experienced the same incompetence.

What an incredible team. I was overwhelmed when I walked in, feeling time restrained as I had to take care of a few last minute tasks and Mia was so kind to help me get everything ready and printed for the following morning. Janine was also such a pleasure with her customer service. Little bit of kindness truly does go a long way. Thank you team x

Went there Thursday 16 Nov,the phone I purchased 5 months ago wasn't working properly, would not replace it instead they would repair it, didn't know how long the repair would take,, will NEVER shop there again

Went down Saturday morning for some advice and shopping. Connor was so helpful and obliging! I was very impressed by this high quality of service and I will be back for future purchases based on this experience.

I go there every week to print out my roster on a Sunday so it's never busy , I was just there . I ask Bridie to print my roster she says there's a 48 hour turn around so use the self printing machinrs I say I don't know how so you will have to show me . I go wait for her , finally she comes and goes through it step by step . I said this is illogical it's taking triple the time for you as she had explained they were so busy , makes no sense at all . There was another woman doing the same thing beside me . A bald guy with a beard that works there comes up to me and says if you're going to be like that you won't get anything printed I said ok just print them Brodie tells me not to to speak to her like that and I'm supposed to say please . I ignore her of course . I get my papers and leave and said sorry for wasting your time and of course left my bank card there . There's no way I'm going back for it . I was going to buy other things there but sorry never going back again . She's done it before to me to maybe 2 months ago , exact same thing and of course no one there , they're not busy it's Sunday morning . And just to top it off I left my bank card there , they can have it , already ordered a new one . No way I'm going back there

I was very fortunate to be served by Mia twice. She assisted me with printing and made the process so easy. I was having stressful day, she made it a pleasure. She's bright, happy and helpful. 5 stars to Mia!

Honestly can be hit & miss. Retail is a tough gig & I have seen some poor customer service here, but last 2 visits were faultless. So be polite & you should be fine ✌️

Wanted to get some printing done on A4 210 GSM, 1 sheet. Was told I need to book this in 48 hours ahead. Wouldn't have been such a negative experience if I wasn't served by an absolute Karen, who seemingly enjoyed delivering the news rather smugly. Not my first negative experience with this Officeworks. Worth the extra 15 minutes of driving to visit the Nerang store. Much friendlier staff.

I needed some plans transferred from my email to print and laminated. Elizabeth helped me through the process. I couldn't be happier with the service and product. Thank you, Elizabeth, for taking the time to help me.

I hope the kids who work here get a real job they are happy with & paid properly because judging by how they treat their customers they don't seem so. Also they could ditch the auto-printing that has too be explained. and go back to actually working for customers.

Nathan in the computer section assisted in a professional and friendly manner. He took the time to listen and follow through with my problem. Highly recommended.

Got there at 5.45pm to urgently print 5 photos. After adding funds to card and printing 3 photos, manager tells me at 5.55pm, to stop and leave. Opportunity to help a customer missed just so he could race out the door!

Mia served me this week with a smile and went out of her way to ensure that the photos I needed were how I thought they would be. As an 80yr old, my computer skills are limited and Mia was very kind and patient. Thank you Officeworks and Mia.

Where does one begin!. One of the most worse customer experience received by staff. I strongly suggest if you want good customer experience go else where. Staff RUDE ABRUPT and SLOW. and that is putting it nicely. They don't even deserve the one.

Staff members on service counter lazy and rude when assistance requested to have photographs printed. Only for the employee Liz assisting I would have walked out. The young ones need customer training as we are the customers.

The customer service leaves a lot to be desired. Printing an 11 & 15 page document in an empty shop shouldn't require a booking.

If I could give NO stars I would! I have been into this location multiple times and each time been met with dismal service. Employees and manager have no solutions and are not customer serviced orientated at all. The numerous occasions I have been to this location I have been met with lazy attitudes and can’t do attitudes or at minimum possible solutions, especially in the printing department. The first two times it happened I let it slide - now I wont be given Office Works my business at all!

Shocking customer service. Went in on a super quiet day, entire car park empty, no one waiting at print services. Ask for 1 -ONE - A4 print that cannot be done at the self service machines because it needs to be done on transparent paper. The not busy girl insists I fill out an order form and that it will take 48 hours. By the time we filled out the bloody thing , the print could have been done. I get they want to save time by making people use the self service. I get it. But don’t try to be deliberately non helpful for tiny jobs that the machines just aren’t an option for. No stars from me, but because that wasn’t an option in google , I had to give them one. Funny really.

Need it something printed on a special paper the lazy staff member that was on her phone and talking to another staff member said I needed to email it and collected 48hrs. She had to repeat it twice and my ears could not believe it! She was doing nothing! This place should close! Terrible service......

This lady Liz so rude, she wouldn't help me to print A4 documents and kept walking away and I had to ask if she had received the email then she walked away before closing time and then came back right on 5.59 and said I had to leave. Put me in the worst mood. I was there for 45 minutes... However, there are 2 young girls who have helped me before and are really sweet and helpful.
