Very centrally located lots to do within walking distance cafes restaurants surf clubs|Unfortunately there was a building under construction next door and as always on the Gold Coast the rubbish collectors and gardeners are on the job ridiculously early |The apartment was your typical high rise set up and if your lucky enough to be on one of the higher levels you have an amazing view of the beach|The ladies at reception are wonderful and yo above and beyond expectations to accommodate any request you may have|Will definitely go back there again

Rate this place 10/10, very private not many others around, friendly staff, great facilities. Older place but renovated nicely and very clean. Location is amazing across from beach, cafes and 7/11 just down the road. Comfortable beds and pillows. Very good value for money! |Small dishsoap, laundry powder etc provided, well equipped kitchen with |plenty of cutlery glasses /plates. TVs netflix and free wifi. Dishwasher and laundry in apartment.|nice an quiet at night time, not a party scene- relaxing place for a holiday|Improvements- update info book.|no outside light switch on balconies|no scrubbing brush for dishes. |Would definitely return an recommend to others wanting a relaxing beach holiday.

We stayed in August 2024. The Apartment was clean and you paid for the view |The main bedroom the bed was hard as rocks as was all the pillows ||The swimming pool was out of action which was very disappointing. As pay top dollar s to stay there ||On our floor there was a lot drilling from them renovating one of those apartments very early in the morning ||No I wouldn’t stay here again wasn’t worth the money we paid ||You have to be honest so people don’t get over charged

Bad place to stay , location is okay but there are so many other hotels you can stay rather than this filthy place , no one bothered to clean the rooms , grease in dishes , bathroom taps not working , no exhaust in bathroom , no fly screen on doors so you can enjoy the breeze. On top of that unhealthy apartment please spend little bit extra and have a nice vacation this hotel is not worth, dust everywhere.

Awesome place to stay with a great view. The apartment was modern and bright with 3 air conditioners in the 2 bedroom which is awesome. The lady who checked us in was super friendly and very welcoming, explained everything to us including all amenities and cafes that offer discounts if you are staying here. Highly recommend

Reasonably priced hotel close to Coolangatta. Clean and spacious with good amenities. The only downside side of our 2 day stay was the threadbare sheets on the bed. They literally had holes in them from being so thin. At $360+ a night, you would expect decent sheets.

Amazing views. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. I had a small issue with a lock not working, and it was resolved quickly. I will be back very soon.

Wow. If you want to stay anywhere close to the beach, Meridian Tower Kirra is the best place to stay. Rooms are exceptionally clean and big. Big sofas, big tables, big tvs; and in each room. Great facilities and great staff.

Disappointed customer. Made booking through direct calls with the Meridian tower team. Was shocking too see rooms different from photos. Very poor interior and room stings with old carpet.

Had the most amazing experience I could imagine… Not only was the accommodation clean, well presented and much more than I could have asked…but the staff and management was super friendly and always welcoming with a smile and positive attitude! Much gratitude to Maggie and Rachel for their very generous hospitality! Looking forward to our next stay with them!

We had a wonderful stay at Meridian Towers, the apartment was beautiful and clean and WOW what a view. Maggie went out of her way to look after us, helping make our stay extra special. This was a special trip as my husband had not long finished having chemotherapy so this was a much needed vacation and we couldn’t have asked for a nicer spot. Hanna was also very friendly and helpful. Thank you so much we will be back. 😊😊

Was only there for one night, but enjoyed it. We got there early but as our room had been serviced we were allowed in. Unfortunately a maintenance man was working in the bathroom, but fortunately he was nice and advised he was just finishing up. By the time we collected our luggage from the secure underground car park, he was gone.|| The apartment had two bedrooms and was well designed to maximise the view. ||If there is one criticism it is that the main living area doesn't have air conditioning, but has two fans. We were ok as the breeze from outside was nice, but it might get too warm in the height of summer.

Room was clean , spacious , comfortable and had a spectacular view ||The resort is handy to the daily necessities at Kirra Beach and is within walking distance to the supermarkets etc at Coolangatta ||Maggie and Mike were very welcoming and obliging ||The resort is extremely accessible to the airport ……. We decided to walk to the airport after our check out !||We would strongly recommend the resort

しばらくサーファーズパラダイスに滞在していましたが、帰りの飛行機が欠航になり前の晩に慌てて検索…いつもよりも少し高めの部屋で空港近くで探したらここが見つかりました。 ゴールドコーストには何度も来ていますが、サーファーズパラダイス以外泊まったことがなかったので、良い経験です。 なんと言っても絶景が素晴らしい。 海の前の砂浜、そこから道路までの自然のままの広々としたエリアがサーファーズパラダイスでは見られなかった絶景です。

Great location, fantastic views. Very spacious apartment but the toilet and shower area was very small and showing wear and tear. The reception staff were excellent. Very friendly and welcoming. I would definitely stay there again.

Stayed here and the bed was broken and the manager said sorry we are booked out... but we are booked and prepaid but in two days we can stay in another room but it’s $25 per night more... view is great location is good but not being able to sleep it’s not been a good holiday... Before you book here make sure the bed is comfortable as it’s very important for a relaxing enjoyable holiday we had to leave and go home early as my back is so sore now.... very disappointed...

Loved staying at this place, location was perfect for everything. Rooms are better then photos provided, that was a big bonus. I would rate them 100% customer service. I'd just recommend free pool table in the kids room. Saying this thou service had change when needed. I'd recommend this beautiful place to stay at since i will be defenitlfy returning here every time we go to gold coast.

Agree with the last Review our Holiday was a very bad experience and I would never Recommend this place to anyone and still waiting for our $1000 that they have still kept after being thrown out we will never Forget. They Lied about our Character.The Room 701 was dirty and full of Rust and Mould and Cockroaches . Obviously they have been good to the people that have gave them good Reviews but they would have to pick up there Manners and Hygiene.

I stayed here for two nights in June 2022 and would never stay again. Despite house rules about no partying, there was a party going on in the floor below mine on the second night. I couldn't reach the floor to identify the exact room because our keys don't allow it, and the after hours phone wasn't manned so no one answered my numerous phone calls. Eventually I left the hotel at 11.15pm and drove back to Brisbane just to get some sleep. The hotel management were unrepentant and very rude about it. Because I couldn't prove exactly which room it was they wouldn't provide any compensation and in fact did not even once apologise or treat me as if I was telling the truth. They behaved as if I was making it up which I found highly insulting and unreasonable. Most people don't leave in the middle of the night in pyjamas for no reason. ||||The apartment itself was an odd mix of renovated and run down. They had redone the kitchen, all except for the fridge which was old and yellowing and really stuck out. Two of the doors were locked which I assumed led to another bathroom and bedroom, I wouldn't have minded this except that it would have been nice to have a bath but the facilities were all locked up. The remaining bedroom and ensuite were horrible. Really really old, run down and outdated. There was weird orange mould all around the bathroom door. The furniture was the cheapest possible, from the broken plastic loo roll holder to the truly nasty bedside tables, possibly sourced in the 1950s. The carpet looked ancient. The shower was tiny and cramped. It was completely at odds with the much nicer main room. They shouldn't have let it out part renovated, when the whole thing clearly needs doing. ||||From the rude hotel staff, noisy neighbours and nasty carpets, the whole place is not one I would ever recommend to anyone. Massively overpriced for what I got.

We had 2 apartments for 2 generations of family including young kids. THe ocation is convenient with access to a range of shops, the views stunning and the apartment sparkling clean. The reception staff were also very welcoming, friendly and helpful. We'll be back!

The building and it's grounds were very well maintained and in a good location, unfortunately our unit was not. In need of a lot of loving attention and maintenance. Would not stay again 😟

Perfect location & welcoming 2 bedroom unit. We walked to Tugun on the beach & Coolangatta Surf Club. Easy to collect key. The pool was sparkling!!! Reception was very friendly. I've recommend ed it to f&f Can't wait to go back.

Great spot across the road from Kirra Beach park with fab beach and skydiver landing views from our apartment. Great games room with free ping pong and $2? pool. Slightly heated pool with warmer spa. Sauna is great to really warm up.

Home away from home…. We booked our flight and planned our Gold Coast trip in July to meet our friends. We were very lucky to able to fly out from Melbourne to Gold Coast just a day before the lockdown took place. Our friends suggested the Meridian Tower due to location. She wanted to be staying at a place where there is nothing in front of the apartment but the ocean. The Meridian Tower is the right place for her desire. The Meridian Tower is in Kirra Beach which indeed in a great location. Short walking distance to 7-Eleven Convenience store, a few coffee shops, and eateries nearby. Bus stops are also close by and the apartment is right in the middle of two bus stops. Almost every day, we walked to Coolungatta for wider range of shopping and rolled some lawn bowls with the locals. We met some cool locals with great bowling skills and some tourists who can’t stay away from lawn bowls. Our apartment is on second floor, right over a swimming pool with best view of Surface Paradise and great place for people watching during breakfast. The apartment contains good size kitchen, comfortable laundry, recently renovated bathroom. The complex provides tennis court, BBQ area, gym, game room, jacuzzi, heated swimming pool with spa. We enjoyed table tennis and relaxed in a warm spa. We liked the place very much, so we extended our stay for another week while Melbourne was in lockdown. Our second week was our normal working week. The apartment manager was very accommodating. We have set the lounge room as our office, and it was perfect for what we needed. We were very comfortable and happy with our stay. We happy to recommend Meridian Tower to our friends and family who love no fuss and buzz of Surfers Paradise.

The location was perfect and the ocean views were unbeatable! We stayed in 1201 for two nights and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. As it’s cooler in July we didn’t make use of the pool but we did have a hit on the tennis court and relaxed in the spa which was lovely. Walking distance to many cafes, restaurants and shops, and only a short drive to even more. Right at the start line for Kirra parkrun. We would definitely stay again!

Oh man this place is just magical. One of the best locations in Gold Coast with fraction of a price of expensive hotels and great customer service by Maggie. She was friendly courteous and very helpful. I will come back again for sure.

We stayed here 2 years ago great location fantastic units with a view but we were not impressed with the new managers or the lady on reception so because of this we would not stay here again

We absolutely loved our stay in room 901 from 8-10 feb. The view is absolutely stunning !!!! Second to none. The apartment is lovely and included everything we needed for a wonderfully comfortable couple of days. The leather lounge was comfy to watch tv. The staff are welcoming and lovely. The outdoor setting on the veranda was a welcome addition. We spent a lot of time there eating or reading. So lovely. We will be back. Thank you.

Wasn't overly happy at all. Pictures look so much nicer than actual inside in person. Dirty light shade, hanging curtains,next to no shows on foxtel especially for kids be better if had kid and family movie channels. Tv in room be good. Not the cleanest. Great location ok views of ocean just the room not the best

Meridian Tower is an outstanding choice of accomodation for travellers who want excellent quality within a reasonable budget. Very clean and well maintained apartments with beautiful views and close to a range of awesome shops and restaurants. Just a short walk around (or over) the headland and you’re at Coolangatta. Kirra beach is perfect for couples and families, and Meridian Tower is perfectly situated to take advantage of all this area has to offer. Meridian Tower has a very nice outdoor pool, indoor games room, gym, and staff that are always friendly, courteous and polite and very helpful. When you stay here you can’t go wrong. Meridian Tower makes a great holiday destination just perfect. If I could give it more than 10/10 I would.

From the communication with Renee through to the check in (after hours) it was all smooth sailing! The apartment was lovely. Clean, tidy and the views fantastic. Conveniently close to the beach and a variety of shops. We will definitely return.

Room was exactly as pictured - very clean and homely. We had panoramic views of the ocean - the location could not be better. Right on the beach and a short stroll to plenty of restaurants and shops. Staff were very welcoming and helpful :)

Lovely location and uninterrupted view of the coast line. Staff were friendly and the place was tidy. My only comment would be the owner seriously needs to update the bed as it was incredibly uncomfortable, old and lumpy. Be good if they could use more than 1 ply toilet paper.

Would have been nice if we were informed of the construction going on right outside our room before we booked. It's apparent that it's been going on for a while and will continue to. Really not cool and very disappointed.

Friends and I booked through Booking.com and had to cancel due to Covid-19 and state borders closing. The manager of Meridian Tower was unhelpful, rude and arrogant when we requested a refund or credit voucher on the 50% deposit they took, coincidentally straight after the WSL tour was cancelled and borders were being closed. Their rebuttal to my friend's review saying that 'ALL bookings affected by Covid-19 has either been refunded or deposits held in credit for future use' is simply a lie as my husband tried to rebook this week and use credit on the 50% deposit taken and it was refused. Now that borders have been reopened, we communicated again this week with the manager, hoping for a better outcome. We explained the policy for change of date or cancellation due to Coronavirus now clearly written on the Booking.com site. It states 'For bookings made before 6 April (which ours was): You may be able to change or cancel your (non refundable) booking for free if you cannot travel to or stay at the property as a result of implications of the Coronavirus outbreak..'. '..If you wish to cancel your booking and have already made a prepayment, the property should offer you a credit or a voucher for future stay. If you prefer to receive a refund, you are entitled to that.' All we wanted was for this hotel to honour the 50% already paid and we would pay the remaining 50% (give them more business) and book the holiday we missed out on. The manager refused stating that due to the contract with the owners , they would not refund any monies paid or provide credit. They offered 1 free night if we paid for another 6 nights which is just a joke when we are out of pocket nearly $700. When other businesses are doing their best to be helpful in the difficult situations we are all finding ourselves in these days, we find the arrogant and rude attitude of the manager, appalling. No doubt this will be refuted as has been done with the review left by friends we booked with but the rebuttal by this hotel was simply untrue. We travel to the Gold Coast every year and have stayed at so many wonderful places with amazing views and location that there is no need to go here.

Worst travel experience of my life! Was not adequately informed of the state of the building, renovations were being done, the room was uninhabitable due to the noise!!! Staff were less than helpful, I walked out after being there for 30 minutes, no refund was offered. Absolutely terrible!!

Fantastic place in a great location and with amazing staff. Spent a week here and thoroughly enjoyed myself. Plenty of nearby shops and stunning views of the water. Unit (2 bed executive suite) was well worth the money and I'm already planning my next holiday here.

Had a trip given to myself and my wife for our 40th birthdays from my wifes mother. When we turned up to the hotel,the managers were very nice and polite and gave is a free bottle of wine to help us celebrate,which was greatly apprieciated! Then we checked into our room,and noticed the smell of what we could best describe as either an uncleaned apartment,and also the combination of the owner or people below us smoking and having their 2nd hand smoke go up into our apartment for the whole 2 days. This stench from the apartment and also the cigerette smoke has obviously been happening for quite some time as the apartments carpet, and air conditioning stunk of it,even though there is no smoking signs everywhere! After the first night of us staying we were thinking of leaving as the overwelming smell of 2nd hand cigerette smoke and the smell from the apartment as well as a very uncomfortable bed we were flaming angry and disappointed! The managers were very nice,the apartment was clean however old,the bed was extreamely uncomforatable,and the stench from the apartment as well as 2nd hand cigerette smoke was just too much to bear. Sorry guys this was unfortunitly a 40th birthday for my wife and i ,we would rather forget ,due to all of these issues with the apartment where we stayed at your hotel! Such a pity as the location was great!

We have stayed here many times and stayed just recently for 4 days so disappointed the place is soooo run down 🙁 we always stay in the same room and it still has big holes in the walls that were there 3 years ago. We also had to deal with builders right next door that started work at 6am every morning. We were told we couldn’t have fresh towels only if we stayed 7 days. It certainly wasn’t worth $1000 for 4 nights.. And also when Evelyn ran that place it was much cleaner ect..

We have stayed here on many occasions and it was great as always.
