Good guys, don’t text your loyal customers with deals at 11:00pm. Absolutely bad business and has turned me off your company. People have lives to lead and sleep is much more important to me than your profits eff off!!
Service was appalling waited 20 minutes after counter staff put out a call for a service staff member to come and assist us with a tv and Bluray player definitely won't be spending my money there again

Staff in the store are always nice and helpful, however the delivery service has a lot to be desired. Bought a washer and paid for delivery and installation. I bought a washer pedestal from Bunnings to put the washer on to lift it up a bit (Front loader washer), but the delivery guys wouldn’t put the washer on it. Some rubbish about not wanting to cause damage. The funny thing is good guys sells these pedestals for washers as well, but they won’t install a washer on one. Secondly I asked them if they leveled the washer, he said yes but when I checked with a spirit level it was a fair way off. Annoying that I had to then level it myself.

Extremely disappointed with the customer service I have received AFTER I had paid for my goods and services WHICH I did NOT receive. After following up multiple times and being sent on wild goose chases, being hung up on or not being called back, I STILL don't have my item! No offer of compensation other than 'sorry I can't do anything'. What a joke. When I asked for a FULL refund since I have NOT received my items or installation on the selected day, I was told they will look into the issue to again not get a call back. So here I sit still without my item, no compensation and no refund. Never again!
Impeccable service and hassle free online ordering. My initial phone conversation was warm friendly and professional. Well worth the drive from the Barossa to get what we wanted. Keep up the rare and wonderful service guys! 🏆
AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!! We had a good experience buying our kitchen appliances here so decided to go back to buy a vacuum cleaner. Well that was a BIG MISTAKE. We were talked out of a Dyson and talked into a Bosch cordless. 3rd time we have gone back and still no refund!! Terrible customer service given. Even by the store manager! They keep going on about Bosch having a RIGHT to assess the issue and deciding if we qualify for a refund. It doesn’t bloody work! It’s the worst Vaccum cleaner we have ever had! We as CUSTOMERS are the ones with RIGHT to buy a product that actually WORKS and if it DOESNT then we have a RIGHT to a refund!!!!!!! what a joke.

DO NOT shop at this Good guys store if you have another option nearby, they have the worst customer service I’ve experienced in any Good Guys chain of stores and I’ve been too many within Victoria as that’s where I’m originally from. First of all, 7 weeks to repair a coffee machine and never once did I get an update from the store, I had to always call like an idiot and then finally after 7 weeks, I decided to call up today to see what’s going on… spoke with Charlotte on the phone and she said ‘Oh, it just arrived today, you may come pick it up’ okay, no problems I said. So, I rock up to the store 10 mins after our phone call and then to come back home realising it’s missing multiple parts… so wasting more of my precious time by being so incompetent as a store. The ladies at reception I’ve dealt with are ridiculous and especially the lady with pink in her hair… maybe you should learn how to smile when interacting with customers because guess what? ITS FREE! Oh and if you don’t like your job… just quit so others that are great with customer service can step up. Pathetic store, seriously. DO BETTER!

Good service and price
2 weeks ago I was strongly guided to purchase a vacuum that was on sale. I was willing to pay more but was talked into purchasing the lesser $$$ machine. My cleaner used it today, the worst machine she has ever met she said, it did NOT lift fluff or pet fur despite stating at point of sale it was needed for pet hair. Took it back today and a smarmy young TEAM LEADER in vacuums basically fobbed me off sprouting all sorts of ridiculous incorrect information re how to vacuum… I’m nearly 70 I’ve used a few vacs in my time… manager was just as uninterested in foster good customer relations. !! I left the store and went STRAIGHT TO HARVEY NORMAN. The young sales person was SO helpful, he agreed with my issues re the machine I had bought , then plugged in one of their same machines and let me use it and then got me a turbo head and when I used the machine with the turbo head it was like chalk and cheese.!!!! The young man ordered me a turbo head, discounted it heavily and was very polite .. a totally different experience from the store I bought the machine from. Guess Good Guys don’t want to help customers… nothings changed since management has changed that’s for sure.. 👍

Friendly staff with amazing knowledge of their products
Hi, The management is incompetent, extremely rude, and arrogant. I'm truly embarrassed to shop at The Good Guys Noarlunga. I purchased a security camera package with a 5-year warranty. In the first month, one of the cameras malfunctioned, and they forced me to return the entire package and gave me a new one. I paid $179 for the Gold Service Extras warranty on top of the total cost of the cameras to ensure I had a 5-year warranty. After about 3 years, the cameras developed multiple issues again, and I had to visit The Good Guys store for the second time. It was then that I discovered the security camera was no longer under warranty, despite having a 5-year warranty on my original receipt. However, this warranty was not included on the second receipt, which was a major error on the part of the salesperson. When I spoke to the manager at The Good Guys, I was met with an extremely poor and indescribable attitude, which was unexpected. I showed them both the first and second receipts along with the Gold Service Extras Terms & Conditions, but they kept telling me they couldn't remember what happened three years ago and that since I had already replaced the camera once, the second camera wasn't covered under the warranty!
Had such a wonderful customer service experience here. Was treated fairly and with respect. Well done Noarlunga! I only use this location due to other locations being just “okay” with their customer service.

What a place, they had everything for your home and more. I didn't think I could get an item I had been looking for as I have looked in every type of shop but The Good Guys had it. I was so wrapped. I order a microwave on click and collect on Wednesday, the item is not available; but when I bought online it was, i understand the busy period on the end on the financial year but the communication from the company was none until I have to reach the store and ask when the item that I already paid was Coming. Customer service on phone was pretty average.

This has become our go to store when we need electronics and appliances. The staff have been helpful and upfront every time, they match prices and gave us great deals without having to play annoying games. We have been served multiple times by Trudy who remembered us and has been very friendly and knowledgeable about a range of products. Highly recommend
I was extremely appreciative of the professionalism and help I received from Nathan when having to get a new phone because my phone was taken over by hackers. The service I received was above and beyond and they were very sensitive.
The manager and staffs are really accommodating! This store has a great customer service. Dont change guys…Marion store is closer to my house but because of a good service that I get from this store I preferred to come down in Noarlunga Goodguys..
Avoid - Good Guys Noarlunga. Terrible, terrible service and lack of communication. Boxing Day 2023 brought a washer/dryer on promotion and told would be delivered to the store within 3 weeks. Mentioned we were moving over 140 kms away and needed it by then. No contact after 4 weeks so we rang to be told the washer/dryer would be in the next week for pick up. We advised again that we were moving that week so make sure it was there. Again heard nothing by the Friday so my partner rang again to be told the LG factory was having problems so delivery was possibly in March but no guarantee. Offered a refund but as we had already moved it would be a couple of hundred k’s round trip to get it put back on my credit card. Store advised my partner anyone could bring my credit card to get the refund put back on as long as they had the card. My daughter offered to go for me with my card so drove over 70k’s down from Gawler to be told they need me for a signature!!! Unbelievable if I had ordered online they would have just refunded it back onto my card. For me to attend the store would now mean a round trip of over 300km’s!! Everywhere else can do this but not this shower of useless money grabbing lying incompetent idiots! Tried calling the store numerous times to ask why it couldn’t be refunded back to my credit card as it would be if ordered online. Each time someone answered then immediately hung up. Managed after 5 calls to speak to someone who said we would both have to visit the store , me because it was my credit card and him, because he placed the order. Totally different information from what we were told the week before! She promised the store manager would personally call me back and you guessed it no call. It is absolutely ridiculous in this day age that they just can’t put the refund back on my card. They always have staff just standing around doing nothing just chatting in this store so it is obviously intentional calls are picked up and and quickly hung up on. Still waiting on refund of $1200+ and a call from the Manager. Do not buy from Noarlunga Good Guys ever. NB not the first time this has happened to us with this store but as we lived close then not too much of an issue. AVOID BUYING anything here as customer service is rubbish especially with past loyal customers.
An excellent store for electrical and white goods, which was what I was focussed on. Staff member Trudy was particularly helpful in showing me the induction stove tops. Although I haven't made my purchase as yet, it was great not to feel under pressure whilst doing my product research. I will definitely return to this clean, inviting store with easy parking and access 😀
Went there to see about a new dishwasher. Unfortunately the sales assistant was not overly helpful when we were asking about a particular one. Then she looked flustered and went on to assist another customer completely dismissing us. Not good customer service. Even if price was good probably will not go there to buy dishwasher
Great service and deals by the Good Guys but horrible delivery drivers. Balraj SINGH arrived 30 minutes late and said he couldn't park in the loading zone because the truck was too big. Stated he'll bring a smaller vehicle to deliver next time. Upon rebooking the delivery with Good Guys i was advised there are no smaller trucks available and never have been. I arranged a day off for this delivery for it to be cancelled by these useless delivery drivers. I will hesitate from here on getting anything delivered again from the Good Guys unfortunately.
This place is a joke. Ordered a product online. They took the payment. Drove an hour to pick it up a week later only to find they know nothing about it. They ‘found’ it in their system and said it had been refunded. They have had $500 of my money for 3 weeks now. The manager Matt was absolutely useless. He said he can sell me the same product for $167 more than what I paid online. Go somewhere else if you want service.

Don’t shop here. Drove an hour to pick up as I have with other “good” stores like Harvey Norman and JBs with just my invoice and no ID, only to be told that only the person who ordered could pick up, after messing around with phone call and cancelling the original order and paying again, but the lines of complete rubbish they gave me before that were unacceptable on any level. But would not buy here again if my life depended on it. It’s no wonder they have 3.8 as a rating.
Went to look for a dishwasher on Sunday and the sale lady with the manger offered us a price to beat appliances online and $85 for delivery.Went today( 3days later) ,Daniel our sale person couldn't offer us the price we had on Sunday ( didn't beat appliances online) wasn't cooperative at all so we asked to speak with the practice manager.Victoria ,the practice manager was very rude and said that the girl who we saw on Sunday gave us wrong information and that their prices are like petrol,changing every day and that one day they are able to price match and the other day unable. Was talking in a very unpleasant way .You would expect in such a big organisation to see people providing the same information and to be speaking the same language.Very unprofessional. Went to Harvey normal next door and had the best service.Much better deal and custom -focused service. Happy with my purchase#Harvey norman. #The Good guys NEVER AGAIN!!!
Noarlunga is my go to store. I had been quite frustrated with the updated concierge package. Jodie was very knowledgeable and helpful in guiding me how to use the app through my digital wallet. Thank-you Jodie.
I recently purchased a dishwasher for my new home along with a dryer. The range that the good guys have is amazing: and I was spoilt for choice. I purchased the items the day before “black Friday” sales & when I realised one of my items was $100 cheaper during the sale the good guys were happy to credit me the different for my purchase made the day prior. They were easy to deal with & i am beyond happy with
I called in buy a phone, not knowing what one, thinking a upgrade as my phone having some issues. Good Guy was polite informative, and told me that my phone was worth repairing, not replacing. Good Free advice, could have easily ripped me off, Thank you. For being so honest.
Counter service was abysmal !!!!! Took over 20 minutes to find what I had purchased. Huge lineup behind me. Lass called twice for counter assistance ... none arrived. I was apologising to customers behind us. Ended up another lass went to look ... found it in under 2 minutes. Won't be going back there again!!!!

Absolutely appalling customer service today by the manager Matt. Bought a dishwasher on Thursday, delivered Saturday morning. Did one cycle and then stopped and hasn’t worked since. Called the office and asked to send a video of the issue, did that but it didn’t go through. Went down to the store to speak to the person who advised us to take the video, said he’d get it swapped straight away as it’s faulty. Was left standing at the desk for over 30 minutes to get things sorted, the ‘so called manger Matt’ completely ignored us and wouldn’t make eye contact, swaggered about with an attitude and then went on a ‘conference call’ whilst he got a sales team member to tell us that our brand new product wouldn’t be replaced and now we have to wait for an engineer! Good on ya Matt for your rudeness, bad management skills, and your fake conference call whilst you were probably stood in a corner watching the camera and waiting for us to leave because you haven’t a clue what you’re doing
6-star for a great young man Jude who greatly helped throughout the process, super helpful. 2 star deducted due to the cunning sales lady there who only wanted to get the best commission for herself but I forgot her name. She turned her face worst once we rejected her recommendation. Will give 5 stars next time as I will go straight to Jude for anything.

The salesman was very helpful as my son and myself were buying a phone each but counter staff disappointing. Went to buy a phone seen online. Son made his purchase but i Had a slight payment delay and whilst waiting for my husband to arrive we waited at the counter for nearly 2 hours. Saw another customer come up and purchase the same type of phone Apparently it was the phone i had started to purchase! They sold it out from under me. So now i have to wait 3 days for the same one to be sent from another store. No apologies were forthcoming as apparently first come best dressed But the irony is i was first in line .
Love the Good Guys! I bought an LG TV a week ago at a good discounted price and went back today for a LG Soundbar. The service is fantasic at GG, very friendly and helpful staff, who talked me through the technology of the set up. I was able to come home and set up on my own, thanks to the time given to me from the staff. Also, got another amazing deal today! $100 off sale atm on the goods i was looking at, also then reduced again by the staff for paying cash. I am extremely happy with my purchase and the quality of service from the Good Guys. Will definitely go back again should i be interested in other appliances.
We bought a Samsung TV yesterday from Noarlunga. Being an older couple and not tech savvy, we were pleasantly surprised to be helped so wonderfully. The young man that had such a friendly demeanour and great knowledge, could not have been more helpful. His name is Nathan. He not only gave us a great deal on our purchase but revised our Telsta phone plan to save us money monthly. He was a great help and a very nice young man. A credit to Good Guys. Delivered the wrong dryer to our house (of lesser value than the one we purchased). They were quick to come and collect it, but unable to give us a date to get the dryer we actually ordered so we opted for a refund. A week later, we were still waiting for our money back. When we followed up we were told we had to come into the store even though we ordered and paid online? My partner went in store to get the refund sorted - but they refused to refund the delivery cost which makes no sense! How can we be charged delivery when all we received was the wrong item, and expected to pay for Good Guys mistake. He followed up with Head Office who did refund delivery charge. Another week later we are still waiting for the money to appear in our accounts. Awful customer service experience

TV wasn’t delivered on the agreed day. Rang to see what happened and after finally getting through to the delivery staff, 42minutes, they accidentally hung up. They had our phone number on the system but didn’t call back. So another 43 minutes later I get told that it wasn’t dispatched and will have to wait another day. Explained that we are only home until 3pm today and then have to work on the delivery day. I would have thought that being their mistake they would have express delivered it today.

By far the worst experience. Waited over 20minutes and asked twice for help, nothing. Staff behind the counter doing next to nothing. Walked out and purchased elsewhere!
Returned a Kenwood stick blender and all the attachments under warranty. They didn’t have them in stock to swap straight away so they ordered it and said it would take about 3 weeks. I also purchased the extended warranty. I had to buy another lesser brand set to get me by until the replacement arrived. It arrived 2 weeks later and I collected it and made a smoothie. The next day I went to make icing and opened the box again and fossicked for the blender bowl and couldn’t find it. Checked the box and it was not included in this particular set. I rang them the next day and asked them to order the correct one and I would try to get that one back ASAP. They said I had to bring that one in first before they would order the correct one. I returned it the next Thursday night as I work office hours 7 days a week. They said I ‘had it 3 weeks so I can’t return it’. I explained I only collected it last week and rang 2 days later when I realised they had given me the wrong one. They checked and confirmed that then said they can’t return it because its been opened and used once. They said I ‘should have checked the attachments on the box before I opened it?’ I explained I just presumed they had given me the correct replacement. They said nothing they can do about it and they would not accept it as a return because ‘they can’t resell it now (why would they be reselling a Kenwood warranty return anyway?). I asked if I can just get the old blender bowl back from the pack I returned and that would solve the problem and they said ‘no idea where that is’. I said it’s useless to me without the blender bowl. I calmly said they can keep it because it’s useless to me and left the entire new set and the invoice on the desk and left. I’ve been buying here for years and was pretty horrified by this and strongly recommend not bothering with this store again. I certainly won’t be! Huge waste of money and time. Just plain rude. Now I have to spend $177 buying it from another supplier (Appliances Online) that I’ve never had problems with and it will be delivered overnight!

The worst customer experience i have ever experienced. I was handballed between the store and customer service centre. I went into the store twice. I spoke to 6 different people in the store that said they would get back to me. No one ever called me back. No one actually wanted to help at all. So now im Left with a fridge that was delivered with a dent in the door and a broken shelf. Have bought 3 appliances from the Noarlunga store in the last few years. Never again will i shop there.
Just went to pick up my purchase from their dispatch and got the rudest woman I've come across in awhile, Never going back there again! Maybe she wants the sack !!

These Guys are not fit to get even One Star!!!! Good Guys Noarlunga deserve ZERO STARS for service!!! The WORST customer service I have received in my life. If you want to deal with rude arrogant staff (so called to be one of the Manager), then feel free to go and see these Muppets!!! They can't pay their suppliers on time, for which the customer has to follow up and then remind Good Guys Noarlunga to pay the suppliers invoice so we can get our product delivered. After explaining clearly we need the delivery before certain date, it still doesn't happen!!! Wasted 2 full days waiting for a delivery and 3 trips back to the store talking to useless people.
I had purchased an iPhone 14 pro from Gepps Cross Good Guys, they had instructed me to pick up the iPhone from Noarlunga as they were out of stock. When we arrived at the Noarlunga Good Guys after an hour drive, the ladies working there on a Sunday afternoon refused to give us the iPhone. They told us that the iPhone had already been sold, which was a lie as I had called before to make sure it was still available. Just because they didn't get the sale for the iPhone, they were selfish enough that they had to keep it from us who had already paid the money for it. This moment ruined my day and also wasted a whole 2 hours of driving, I want to hear a response from their management to hear what they say. I do not recommend going to this Good Guys.
No good when you go to Claim warranty. Kept us to wait for 1 hour and saying our system is not working.
