Yesterday I called target because I had a missing Christmas present and I spoke to Julian he was super helpful over the phone, and he sorted everything out so fast, and my daughter and I left target with a smile, I've never had any problems they have been always helpful. So a big thank you to all the staff at riverlink target.🙂👍

If I could rate a -0 I would when it comes to the “customer service” this store provides. Candice the manager who I unfortunately had to be serviced by demonstrated exactly why this store deserves a poor rating. If she is in charge of staff training/ providing customer service and looking after customers & staff I suggest putting her through further training. I purchased a pre lit Christmas tree from target Ipswich in November last year and I phoned the store today express concerns that it was only half lighting up & I had only used it for one Christmas - Candice was quick to assume this was not an electrical issue (the tree IS DEMONSTRATING having an electrical issue as the problem is with the lights that connects to a power source) and would not consider a replacement because the purchase was made last year, did not offer any alternative solutions and stated if I wasn’t happy with her service to call through to customer care.. which I did and much to my surprise and advantage, the tree does fall under warranty & is being replaced and due to it being a cheaper price now I’m receiving a store credit… so thanks Candice for your recommendation on going through the customer service team……it was the only positive that you provided when trying to handle the situation from store level.

For starters the store was a mess, i understand it can be difficult to keep things clean especially when busy, but come on it was so unpleasant and the amount of rubbish that is everywhere is crazy. I then had a rude interact with an older woman, possibly by the name of sally (by her name tag), i had placed a bunch of items on the desk next to the dressing rooms because i had got wrong sizes and realised some were stained or had tags missing and was in a time crunch, so i put them there, then she proceeded to be rude to be after just being on her phone texting away from behind the desk! On top of this the young boy on the checkouts rudely left me to help someone else when i needed the security tags taken off and didn’t even tell me he’ll just be a minute or anything.

Just bought a PS5 and the sales assistant, Crystal, was super helpful and nice and made sure it was the correct version that I was after. She was also patient when I was paying with electronic gift cards when the app on the phone was not being friendly. Thanks Crystal.

I don't like that it's all self serv

The last time I went to Riverlink Target I bought my daughter new clothing and a pair of shoes. The middle aged blonde woman watched me scan my items and pay for it. She waited for me to walk out to stop me, put her hand on my arm and brought me back inside the store with a male employee and took my bags from me and dumped all the items on the counter and then went through my receipt and the items only to tell me that it was fine and I could put the items back in the bag. I was treated like a criminal in front of strangers as well as people I knew and I didn't even receive an apology. I'll never be returning here.

major store located in the river link mall. wide range of clothing and household items at competitive prices, well worth a visit, mall has extensive free parking

Being a senior citizen and paying with a card it was a real pleasure when a young male staff member immediately looked after me without even being asked.Ten out of ten to that young man.

Great service

Have been shopping at Target for decades. I purchased here as a single working lady to a new mum to a grandmother shopping for grandchildren. As well as Homewares and Manchester. Great for festive occasions, too.

I want the choice of self serve, or full service. Every time I last went , there was only , Self serve I will not be back .

Good, clean, well staged store. Bought an excellent cropped denim jacket for $50 and a clearance bra for $8. You can't go past the value for money.

I have been shopping at Target most of the time, I found out now the home products are not too good. For example, I like to buy some bed sheets sets looking at the set they have not good quality it's polyester and looks at the plane colour they are a very nice colour but they do not come with the set. While making a matching set made the price all total far too high fitted + sheet + pillows case add up to $ 68 for the material 250 Q size and inconvenience because they do not have the pillows case to match with it is out of-stock. It would be nice if they have bright colours and more variety to choose from. The carpet is not a good colour and can not refresh the room at all. I do understand different people have different ideas but the person who is making an order should be understood now our country is multicultural from around the world.

I love going to Target it is always clean and bright and easy to move around, it has a good choice and range of items.

Really lovely store and the workers are super friendly too! they have a nice rage of clothes for the summer. Will definitely be coming back soon😊

Impossible to tell whether you are in Target or KMart.

I enjoy going to Target at Riverlink as they have a diverse range, their prices are reasonable as well.
